Where to start from? To begin with I would start with Staff/Personnel- everyone was helpful, smilling, willing to help and it felt good to have this type of service- starting from Manager, to Reception, Cleaning Staff, Restaurant Staff. Congratulations for the nice team. We were a group of 4 ( 3 adults and 1 year old child). Cleaning- rooms were cleaned daily, restaurant and pool area you can always spot somebody doing something to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Rooms- we had one apartament and one studio we sea view- I highly recommend them- really nice view, you can spot the entire resort and surrounding area. Even the park view rooms they had nice views towards the filled with trees hills which were surrounding the hotel. Location- It is a 10 minute walk ( with baby stroller) to the nearest beach. The hotel also offers shuttle service to the beach and back every 2 hours. Even tough we had this service included we preffered the walk. Coming back it's a 15 min walk because it is uphill, but nothing too difficult. Even if we had acces to the shuttle service we did not feel the need to use it. Food- there are some really good options for everybody, every day 2 types of soup, we stayed for 6 days/5nights- and we had something new everyday. Good pancakes during breakfast. Lunch and Dinner with fish/chicken/beef options and of course lots of options for vegetarians. 2-3 nights/week thematic nights Elevator- it is true we were there not in full season, but we never waited more than 1 minute to take elevator Pool- really clean, lots of sunbeds, a really nice wallnut tree close to the pool, there is also a pool for 2-6 years children, outside playing area near the pool, snack bar near the pool, nice lobby. All in all it was a nice vacation and it was definetely more than what we paid for. Will come again.

Reception: very friendly and very helpful staff, they made us feel like we were home Parkinglot: 15 leva/day is at the hotel, not in a remote location Room: we had an upgrade from two room apartment to a studio. Big space, big dressing room, big balcony, big fully equipped bathroom, three beds and an extendable sofa, fridge, TV, big windows with a great view to the Black Sea, telephone, safe. Cleening: every morning, the room was spotless. Common areas: reception lobby offer a big waiting area with refreshments, wine water. Restaurant: Very large dinning area, inside and outside near the pool. Food: A rich, diverse and tasty dishes, you could find anything you want to eat and drink. Plenty of fruits Drinks and refrements: Beer, wine (white, red and rose), cofee, tea, juice, still water. Pool bar: opened between 11:00-17:00 with light food like pizza, donuts, ice cream, spirits, juices Bar: spirits, juices, cofee, a large serving area. Pool: there are two, a big pool and a kids pool. Thank you for everything. Thank you all for making me and my family happy.

I just loved the view from the balcony and the food which was very tasty. Great value for the money, I highly recommend the hotel. Even if it does not have a beach on its own, there is a shuttle for a public beach, but I chose to walk to a quiet beach nearby.

Good location, 7 mins by foot to the beach, amazing food, nice, clean and very comfortable.

There was some noise but by 10.30pm everything was quiet.

This is truly an exceptional hotel! We loved every minute of our holiday here. Starting with the staff and ending with the food this hotel has it all. Right from the beginning we were impressed with how the staff treated us. We were greeted by the hotel’s Manager who is a delightful lady who made sure we had the best experience throughout our stay. When we had a problem with some guests next door making a bit too much noise I went to tell the hotel’s manager and she took care of it right away. We totally appreciate it, thank you! Also, the young gentleman, the Front Desk Manager made us feel like VIPs too always checking on us and making sure we’re being taken care of. The reception staff is great too especially Denitsa who was always very friendly and attentive with us. Her colleague, Petroslav (I hope I’m spelling it correctly), was as well very professional and helped me find the perfect spot to park my car. About the hotel and it’s facilities I must say it’s truly exceptional. We had the “all inclusive” package so we spent most of our stay eating 😂 The food is great, so many options to choose from even if you’re a fussy eater like I am. My favourite meal remains the breakfast because they serve THE BEST bacon ever. A big plus is the coffee and tea selection. We’ve been to a couple hotels around Bulgaria and this hotel is the only one serving barista style coffee. Totally worth it!!!! ☕️ The rooms are big and the beds are super comfortable with thick mattresses. It really made us feel like home. We also were super lucky since we got rooms with sea view. Waking up every morning with the sun coming in through the large balcony windows was just amazing. It really felt like a true holiday. This is totally worth all your money. 10s across the board! There’s nothing to complain about.

Staff is very nice, food is good. Good value for money.

About 5-10 minutes to the sea, and you have to climb up at the way back. Unfriendly cleaning ladies. The pool could be bigger. Nothing critical though, and good price covers it.

The reception staff and the animation team were really nice. We enjoyed our stay so much :)

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The hotel is in a peaceful area, in the middle of the forest, at about 5 min walk to the beach and a spectacular view to the sea. Good food, many options for vegetarians, delicious soups. Parking available at the hotel, 15 BGN per day

Wine was awful, Beer and soft drinks too gassy. No sugar free drinks and having to pay for water! If you list a minibar in the room it should be filled with all inclusive drinks otherwise, its a Fridge!

everything was great, but like most hotels in Golden Sands, not completely worth the money. Cheap alcohol for the all inclusive.

I am happy for choosing this hotel, everything was nice, I will recommend it to my friends.

The was quite good, but sometimes it was too salty, too much oil or too sweet.

That's not a 4 stars hotel, it's a maximum 2 stars. You have to pay even for the safe and water. For 7 floors just 1 lift, waiting time is too long to get it. The pool's closing time at 20:00 Don't have reserved places on the beach

The location is nice - in the forest and just 7 min to the sea. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The parking is paid and small. The food was delicious but the quality of the products can be better.

The view towards the sea was fine. Parking ok. Food of acceptable quality. Enough sunbeds.

The hotel was crowded. The personel did not enforce the sanitary measures: people without masks in hotel or inside elevator, even with shoes in the small swimming pool. The entertainment speaker had broken sound and was too loud.

Extremely clean. Great service and very friendly personnel. Very very nice and diverse food and adequate restaurant capacity (virtually no waiting). Magnificent view towards the see(we ware on the 4th floor) Nice animation for the kids. Inside the restaurant the COVID measures ware actually enforced and respected! ( which is nice!)

The rooms are not extremely new, but was nice never the less The hotel is on a short walk to the beach but with steep incline and it is not so convenient if you plan to mix see and pool bathing and you would like to go back to the hotel for lunch
