Excellent staff backed up by the lovely location and hotel. Clean, damage free and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day. Good quality tea and coffee in the room, everything was as advertised.

A beautiful hotel overlooking the bay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order, with a large continental option. Free parking is always a bonus.

Our room (7) was too hot, despite the radiators not being on. There was no fan. The evening meal at the hotel's restaurant was a bit of a let down for a four star hotel. Pricey too.

Food in the restaurant was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location with great walks and close to the beach and village.

Everything went well ! Room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast enjoyable, dinner was exceptionally good! Staff were very welcoming and helpful ! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view was amazing.Some staff were excellent and very helpful especially the cleaning staff. Manager was quite nice and very approachable.

Behaviour of some staff not all of them.Radiator was not working . Quite cold at night. Also we had not booked table at the restaurant of the hotel and we end up sleeping starving as is the only restaurant about in the whole area. Manager tried to fit us in but bad and rude behaviour daugther of him rejected us even though we dine there the previous night making a good bill knowing we had a toddler with us. That is what i do not forgive .karma is going round though.😉

Everything you needed and wanted to be right was spot on . Staff were fantastic - food at breakfast and dinner first class . Hotel bar very buzzy and well stocked . Room and bed very comfortable . Great views and walking distance to beach and village . Hotel itself spotlessly clean everywhere .

What a cute cute place with such a lovely view! The food in the restaurant is pretty great too!

The manager in the bar was a complete jerk to my son. We ordered a drink that ended up being ridiculously sour and my son asked if he could switch it for a coke so he wouldn’t get a stomach ache. He asked nicely too. The manager yelled at him and said that’s what it supposed to taste like and if you want another one you have to pay for it! Like yelled at him. I heard because I was at a bar table next to them. He is 11. Who yells at an 11 year old??? They also didn’t have any fans for the top level rooms and we cooked in the room one night. They said they looked for fans when I asked the next day. And they said we didn’t have enough. No one got back to me the night before.

The hotel is a short walk from Cemaes Bay with lovely views from the dining areas and patio. Food in the restaurant and the cooked breakfasts were excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. We had a great shower in our room though some others looked rather small.

Unfortunately the matress in our room (room 8) was terrible - it was out of shape and although deep not pocket sprung. And the duvet was a winter weight one far too warm for me to sleep under in July. We asked if there was an alternative but were only offered a fan. So I did not sleep well at all. Such a pity in an otherwise lovely hotel.
