Nice apartment with lots of outdoor space to relax in. Access to a nearby swimming pool and proximity to the Old Town of Gallipoli made for a very enjoyable holiday.

Vincenzo Gianni is a wonderful person. Gallipoli is beautiful. The beaches of Padula Bianca super. We had a good time. On the terrace we always found a place without wind. Gallipoli always has wind.

This is a wonderful property. We stayed for a week in October 2022. It is very comfortable and well equipped with fabulous terraces providing great sunset views. We were able to park outside the property each time easily rather than use the underground garage. There is a little (free) sandy beach just across the road from the apartment which we used nearly everyday. Our host Vincenzo was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this appartement. It was nice and clean and the roof top perfect. There were option for grocery within walking distance and the ocean was super close. It was air conditioned, what was nice and defentely needed. All in all we can highly recommend this place and the friendly host Greets from Germany

Vincenzo una persona squisita, disponibilità sotto ogni profilo e attico fornito di tutto ciò che occorre senza contare che il mare più del circondario è a 2 minuti di macchina dal residence che bella fresca nel garage fornito con l'appartamento è un attimo raggiungerlo..... The apartment matched the description. The cleanliness was excellent. Everything was there that is needed. The landlord Vincenzo was very nice and helpful. Communication with him was great. He responded to questions promptly. We'll see each other again for sure.

Beau duplex conforme à la description avec 3 grandes chambres à la décoration design. Mais ce qui étonne le plus, se sont les 2 grande terrasses dont une partiellement couverte avec une pergola toile. le BBQ gaz est un petit plus. La grande terrasse du bas pour manger et celle du haut comme solarium. La vue mer et Gallipoli est omniprésente quelque soit l'endroit de l'appartement. Etant 4 adultes, nous n'avons utilisé que 2 des 3 chambres. Ce qui est remarquable, c'est le grand confort de la literie. Le quartier est un peu éloigné du centre historique mais ça se fait à pied. Si vous prenez la voiture... attention au parcmètre ! (emplacement marquage bleu) Garez vous plutot dans les petites rues ou vers le petit port à gauche avant le pont de la vieille ville. Sinon 30€ l'amende à payer à la POSTE !!!. Le contact avec Vicenzo a été très facile que ce soit avant, pendant ou lors du check-out. Bref une très belle location dans une ville très belle et très animée le soir avec de très bons restaurants et gelateria. Vicenzo vous donnera une liste des bons endroits. Bref à recommander sans hésitation Le point peut-être à améliorer est un léger manque de vaisselle. Pour 3 ça allait. Une cafetière plus grande nous aurait facilité le petit déjeuner et quelques bols et couverts auraient été bienvenus.

L’appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e confortevole. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la grande terrazza dove si può mangiare, prendere il sole, rilassarsi ed ammirare il mare. La posizione è ottima, vicina a tutti i servizi. Vincenzo è una persona squisita, cordiale ed ospitale.

Had a fabulous holiday staying in the penthouse , beautiful views and sunsets hard to leave the place attention to detail is brilliant both inside and outside the property Penthouse is well located across the road from the sea and restaurants Vincenzo is extremely attentive and was kind and bought us some essentials when our luggage went missing. We are very sad to be leaving here today

L'appartement est tout a fait conforme a l'annonce. La vue sur le centre historique de Gallipoli est splendide. Il y a de nombreuses activités dans les environs. Nous y étions avec 3 jeunes enfants qui ont pris beaucoup de plaisir dans la piscine et a la mer toute proche. Les différents espaces de la terrasse apportent un +. Il y a de la place pour adultes et enfants. Mais surtout, Vincenzo est super sympa. Le contact est super facile, très disponible. Merci! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances! A conseiller👍

La casa è veramente confortevole, il terrazzo è ...perfetto! si vive praticamente all'esterno per tutta la durata del soggiorno e si può prendere il sole comodamente sul solarium. Casa molto silenziosa. La spiaggia sotto casa non è come l'immaginavo, ci sono gli scogli, comunque l'acqua è molto pulita, la piccola spiaggia non molto pulita. La città storica si trova a mezz'ora di cammino circa, è una piacevole passeggiata se si passa sul corso Roma, pieno di locali e di bei negozi. Supermercato sotto casa. Vincenzo è una persona veramente gentile.

Attico davvero molto bello e comodo, dotato di tutto. Vincenzo molto gentile e disponibile . La distanza fino a Gallipoli vecchia é percorribile in 15/20 minuti a piedi e il corso Roma con i suoi negozi, bar e ristoranti, non manca nulla. Mare splendido anche nelle vicinanze peccato per la spocizia nelle spiagge pubbliche. Esperienza da ripetere magari la prossima volta in un trullo sempre dello stesso proprietario.

The apartment is located away from the bustle of the old historic center of Gallipoli but still close to the sea. The owner is as pleasant as can be and extremely responsive to requests. We asked for a sharp knife for the kitchen at one point and he had it to us - not just one but an entire set of them - in less than an hour. We were there in late April and the weather was quite windy. No doubt it is calmer later in the spring and summer. Enjoy your visit and prepare to loosen your belt a notch or two, as the food in the region is outstanding.

Vincenzo was a great host. Lovely apartment, great views, thank you for wine, water, and getting us coffee. We Americans just don't know how to work the Italian expresso machine especially since we are older and hard to learn new things. The garage in the basement was very very tight and was much easier parking on the street. Location was convenient for driving to other destinations. The button on the elevator was a bit tricky but that was overcame. Would definitely recommend

Das Penthouse liegt etwas abseits der City und befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage. Im Oktober war es dort sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Meer befindet sich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite allerdings ohne Sandstrand. Die schöne Altstadt von Gallipoli kann man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Einen Einkaufsladen findet man in 50m Entfernung. Wir haben Gallipoli als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge genommen und die südliche Gegend von Apulien erkundet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage super. Vincenzo war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We arrived in Gallipoli by train and were met by Vicenzo who kindly drove us to the apartment, which was light, spacious and well decorated. A real bonus was the lift, which takes you right into the apartment and a lovely touch were the bottles of wine and soft drinks awaiting us. The 3 bedrooms were a good size with comfortable king sized beds. The bathrooms were fine, particularly the chic shower room on the top floor. The kitchen was well equipped with a dining table. There was good AC in all the rooms. However, the real delight were the 2 large terrace areas, surrounding the apartment, with dining, sitting and sunbathing areas, offering great views of the sea and old town, which is 20/25 minute walk away. There is a small supermarket very near and a hypermarket within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it for a great holiday in a most attractive town.
