Linda was very kind and supported us very well. Location is wonderful; if you don't mind walking on the rocks, you can get into the water just in front of the house. The villa is very well equipped, the 2nd kitchen / terrace outdoor with sea view is where we spent most of our time.

The neighbour villa did one and a half day of noisy garden work, which is however understandable this time of the year

We loved the place, whole family had a great time here. Fantastically spacious, nicely furnished, with two courtyards, and possibly the most well equipped kitchens any rental can have. View of the sea is amazing, and we all enjoyed the pool very much. The nighttime lighting of the garden was perhaps the biggest highlight for us. Communication with the owner was super easy, and he resolved every small issue we had within hours.

As others mentioned, no restaurants in the vicinity, so be prepared to make your own food. There is a very large supermarket within walking distance (ca 15 mins), and the outdoor kitchen with view of the sea makes cooking a joy though.

Very beautiful villa with brilliant seaview from the terrace. Villa looks exactly like in the pictures. It has everything you need and Gabrielle the host was very helpfull when we needed him and giving us tips about what to do arround. Overall we had a great time.

We had some problems with the boiler as we needed some heating during the night and had no hot water for one night, but this got solved early next morning. This shouldn't be an issue when heatting is not required (99% of the time 😊) but hopefully they get it looked at.

Absolutely superb villa, spacious, comfortable with everything and more that you could want for a holiday. Along with the views of the sea just 50 yards or so away I really could have happily stayed for much longer.

Nothing I could fault the villa on in truth, however the area near Augusta was bereft of public transport (buses) and therefore unless you’re happy to relax at the villa you will need a car. There is a train station but it’s a bit of a distance. The area is not a tourist area for a Sicily but the coastline more than compensates.
