We loved staying at casa amiga. Everything was perfect, the location, the amenities, the pool area . We didn’t cook or use any appliances but if you wanted to, the house is fully equipped. 5 stars for sure !

The Casa Amiga was perfect for our family get-together. Very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of relaxing time there. If you want to use the nice putting green, be sure to bring a putter and some golf balls. Very nice place! Ver

This house is stunning! Kitchen is well equipped, as well as everything you need for beach and pool. The loungers and couches downstairs were perfect for lounging during the afternoon rain and the outside beverage fridges kept drinks close by. Beds were comfy with great decor in the bedrooms, plus tons of TVs. Don’t miss the rooftop deck at sunrise.

Great residence with 4 suites, great family area, pool, grill, an elevator and a rooftop. A little bit far from the best beaches of Anna Maria Island, but still walkable. Close to docks and to many restaurants and shops.

We were a party of 6 that stayed at Casa Amiga for a surprise 70th birthday for my mom. Everyone loved the home! It was clean, had spacious bedrooms, in close proximity to all shops, restaurants and beaches, and it equipped with all the essentials. We had everything we needed for our beach and pool time as well - beach chairs, floats, umbrellas, and a cooler. The outside patio was the perfect retreat after the beach. We had a issue with the AC when we arrived and the property manager had it fixed within 24 hrs of our stay. Other than that, our stay was perfect. I’d highly recommend Casa Amiga and we all agreed we’d stay there again. We loved everything about the house and Anna Maria!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in AMI! The house is beautiful but our favorite part was the outdoor hangout with the pool, bar, and TV. There were days that we barely left the house and just hung out by the pool all day. We also loved the location. Just a few minute walk from the pier and local ice cream/coffee shops. Pine street has a lot of great spots and is also walking distance. The dock on the back also made it very easy to go on kayak rides with the two kayaks available. Highly recommend!

We loved Casa Amiga! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. Spent a lot of time in the pool and movie nights outdoors! Quiet neighborhood and convenient to restaurants and shops.

The best equipped kitchen I have stayed in for a rental. Kitchen appliances and gadgets were high quality. House was very clean and tastefully decorated, not overboard Florida. Pool was awesome and is serviced professionally twice a week. Spa heater wasn’t working when we arrived. Had to wait for a new compressor and heater unit to be delivered. It arrived and was installed several days after we arrived. House is on a small lot and was very peaceful. Beach Retreats, the company that manages the property, was very attentive and responded quickly to a few minor issues upon arrival.

This gorgeous home was everything we expected and more. Proximity to multiple beaches, well maintained and extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this beautiful home for an Anna Maria Island visit.

It was perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed and was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and the house was just as beautiful as the photos.

We loved the house. New and clean. Lots of light with high ceilings. The pool and outdoor entertainment area was a perfect oasis. One of our children is in a wheelchair. Some of the spaces were a little tight including the elevator, but after we got used to it it worked out fine. There is a small step up to get into the house as well as a step down to the pool area so it is not 100% handicap accessible. We brought a portable ramp which worked well. Overall we loved to house. It was on a quiet street albeit a little further from the beach than we prefer, but it was an easy bike ride to the Gulf.

Beautiful new 3 story style construction well appointed. Rental is clean and well maintained. This would be a great home for a large family with a lot of kids, there are at least 7 tvs and a pool. There is an identical style rental built directly next door, so there may be a chance you will be renting next door to large families with lots of kids. If thats your thing awesome! Take your chances on a quiet vacation.

Great experience and fantastic location

Unfortunately, we drew the short straw on weather, with three solid days of rain before the sun peeked out. With two families of friends sharing the house with four daughters between us, one would think that equals a nightmare. However, this trip was all but that! The house was perfect and provided many different living spaces if you wanted to get away and read or be together playing cards and games. All of the amenities were just as or better than expected and even with our internet going out due to storms, it was back up and running quickly due to Emma’s persistence. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy bike ride to Pine, the beach and restaurants. Bean Point was our beach of choice for the few hours it wasn’t raining with an excellent breeze at the point and shelling on the bay side. Thanks for making it a great trip no matter the less than ideal weather!

.....FABULOUS House is well appointed and in great location. Pictures do not do justice. Three couples on annual getaway and everyone raved. We make it a rule to change location each year but this is one that may demand a repeat.

Management team was friendly, helpful and flexible. We were here 5 days for my daughter's wedding, traveling with 6 people, the home was a good fit and provided everything we needed to make this trip one to remember. Wish we could stay longer!
