We had a wonderful stay over Christmas break at this beautiful condo. Plenty of room for us all and the view was amazing. Updated master bath was a bonus!

My kids were thrilled that they could surf right outside the condo and I could watch from the balcony with a coffee and the sunrise! While the building is a little older, it is well maintained, and the unit has been updated! There is a beautiful, brand new master bathroom, and all the rooms are spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive. The location is great - right on the water with beautiful views, and we walked to several different restaurants as well as an amazing gym right across the street! Would definitely recommend.

This is our third time staying at this unit at this particular property. We have stayed at other properties in the area and this is our favorite. We like the size of the building, the ease of the parking, and the good quality of the unit. Even with 2 hurricanes impacting the beach causing massive erosion, the pool area and other areas are still in good condition. My favorite thing is to sit on the balcony and read in the mornings. The sound of the ocean as you sleep is soothing. It's an amazing unit and property.

We visited the week of Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay here. The unit had everything we needed from cookware to beach chairs. The staff is very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend renting this unit Very roomy and the beds are super comfortable Thumbs up to this unit

This property was in an excellent location. On the beach, near many amenities, but small enough to have a really private field. The unit was updated. The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean. Plus they have everything you need for the beach (chairs, boogie board, even a rental company to set up chairs and umbrella on the beach if you prefer). In the unit they had a coffee maker, a Keurig, crockpot, all you can eat with regards to kitchen items. We really enjoyed her today and will be back.

This property was way better in person than in the photos and the view is just spectacular! The condo was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was tons of beach supplies, even a beach bag to use. I would highly recommend it !!!

Very well appointed and spacious 2 bedroom unit. Oceanfront view from balcony is beautiful. Steps to the ocean and pool. Plenty of space for our family of four. Plenty of beach equipment and toys for the little ones. Will definitely think about staying again next time we're in town.

The property had a great view of the ocean and the on-site management was helpful when I called to inquire about the property. However, the washing machine did not put enough water in when I washed clothes. About half-way through the wash, some of the clothes were still dry and the tide tab never got wet enough to dissolve. In addition, the light switches were in unusual locations and the decor wasn’t what I expected.

We have stayed here twice and have enjoyed our vacation. Great property and location! Will stay here again. Loved our stay.

The location was wonderful. The beach was never crowded & that was a shock because it was 4th July weekend. Condo was very clean & it was fully stocked for the beach. We had a wonderful time & will be back.

The view is amazing and you can watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony! We saw dolphins daily and even saw a momma sea turtle returning so sea after laying her eggs. The owners were great to communicate with and everyone in the condo complex was friendly and respectful. The unit had lots of beach toys and several chairs to use.

This is our 2nd time staying here and enjoyed our stay immensely! This place has everything you could possibly need … not to mention the best view on the coast! Had so much fun watching the pelicans, dolphins, AND 2 launches from Cape Kennedy. Janet and the management team are so nice and easy to work with.

We had a great trip! The place was nice and clean, the ocean was so close you could hear the waves crashing from your bed. The beach and water were clean and. It crowded. Overall it was great!

As soon as we opened the door, our reaction was WOW! The view is spectacular…watch the sunrise as you turn over in bed and open your eyes in the morning. The private balcony is a wonderful place for your morning coffee and sunshine. The unit is stocked with everything you can imagine and more. Clean as a whistle. And then there’s the beach! Literally steps away. Doesn’t look like a whole lot from the outside but honestly is the perfect place for a getaway. Thank you Jane for sharing your place with us.

Everything about our stay was amazing...the booking process, communication with the owners, the unit itself, the location! I grew up just a couple of blocks away, and this will definitely become our go-to getaway!!

Overall it was wonderful. More than we anticipated. Beach was great, short walk over No glitches at all. Management was wonderful and helpful. We suggest the Brevard zoo for a couple hours of your stay it was delightful and well done

We stayed here for our honeymoon. This was such a great condo. Everything was super clean, and it was right on the beach. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I stayed at this condo while visiting with family that live in the area. The condo was just as described. It has plenty of room for families, lots of closet space for storage, and is tastefully furnished with a beach theme. I found the kitchen supplies a little lacking as most of the plates and bowls are not microwave safe and there are not many pieces of cutlery - I think there were 4 teaspoons. I had made my meals ahead of time and ordered platters from Publix so I didn't have to cook, but found myself constantly cleaning spoons & forks and large glass bakeware so I could warm up the food. The view is spectacular. The internet is good. There are luggage racks near the elevator. The covered parking is nice and there are extra spots for visitors. This has nothing to do with the condo itself, but be warned that the beach in this location has rocks in the water. They are large rocks that are just under the surf and can be very difficult to traverse, especially for small children & elderly. They are also sharp and jagged. My son was unable to get into the water the unless it was very high tide, and then he was afraid of the pounding waves as they break right onshore.
