Our second year, celebrating the new year and playing some golf staying at this beautiful home with amazing accommodations/great beds for adults and lots of privacy. The short walk to the beach and several options for restaurants are a plus.

Well cared for, lots of simple functional kitchen equipment, comfortable furnishings, beautiful marsh views, room for 25 for Thanksgiving dinner, and enough plates etc!!! Lots of glasses---and plastic for safety. Neat thoughtful things like that made it a really comfortable staff....

Great place and location. Everything was clean and as described. We came a week after Hurricane Ian hit, and you could definitely see the aftermath everywhere around us at other homes and businesses, but management and the owners did a great job of making sure we were not impacted. Would definitely recommend.

Our family was very pleased with our stay at the property. The house was very comfortable, close to touristy activities and yet far enough off the beaten path it felt like home. We were very happy with our stay!

We had a great vacation with 4 generations of our family! There was room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and we did lots of cooking. We rented a golf cart to get babies and seniors to the beach but it’s an easy walk for most people! We loved the dead end street and the marsh views. It felt very quiet and private. We used the pool a lot and the whole outdoor area was a huge plus for this house! The owners are local and are very responsive to any concerns. They also made a great seafood recommendation at our request! Good location-close to lots of things in Cherry Grove!

The house overall is beautiful. The pictures are spot on. Upon arrival everything looked clean but by the end of the first night we could tell the floors had not been mopped. All of the babies had dirty knees from crawling and our socks were dirty. As far as the other reviews that have been written, I believe they are accurate. The refrigerator is a full size refrigerator but for 10 adults and three kids, it's small. If you choose the linen package, know that you are given only one washcloth and one towel per person. Each morning we looked out the kitchen window to see what kind of mess the neighbor's dogs did on their porch. We finally closed the shade after day three. We did purchase a nonstick pan which we used daily. We also had trouble with the speed of the wi-fi on the second and third floors. We saw several Palmetto Bugs but expected to after reading one of the reviews. We texted Blanche regarding a tripping hazard at the pool and she responded quickly to it. One suggestion I would make is to add more hooks to the bathrooms. Three families sharing one bathroom and there was only one (maybe two) hook. Each bathroom was like this. Again, overall, a beautiful home.

Let me start with what an amazing owner Blanche is. We had the misfortune of experiencing a bad storm on our second day at Palmetto Breeze unfortunately lightning struck our house and blew out power to microwave and fried several tvs along with putting whole in peak of the house. We immediately contacted Blanche and even though it was 4th of July her and her husband jumped into action immediately replaced tvs, cable boxes, Wi-Fi, microwave, and having electricians and HVAC people out. Couple more issues happened over next day or two from the strike but were fixed ASAP. Small flood was remedied quickly and ended with a fabulous story for our family to laugh and talk about for years to come. This place was perfect for the 9 adults and 6 kids we had. It’s exactly as described. The pool was perfect for cooling off and playing basketball with hoop we brought with us. Beach is literally walking distance though we opted for golf carts to help haul everything we were bringing with us. Beach is perfect we went morning and evenings not crowed and very clean. Short 20-30 min drive to Barefoot and Broadway. If you have a family and want best of both worlds this is the place. Thank you for making our stay as perfectly imperfect for our family and the memories. We will definitely be back

Blanche was incredibly helpful and the property was astounding. The pool, location and the kitchen were some of the highlights. We had a group of 18 which worked great. Definitely recommend!

The house location and number of bedrooms was great. However, the cleanliness I was not so good. The bed frames were very dirty There was sand in the beds, found grapes on the floor in one room. There were no chairs in the rooms to sit on. The icemaker was broken. Me and my elderly parents needed to leave early because we could not sleep on the mattresses. The dips in them show how old they are. I believe in rental properties, they should be replaced often. I think these are things that can be an easy fix. Despite all of this our family appreciated getting away together, and are grateful the rental was available.

Walking distance to the beach and other amenities were a plus. Home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were three separate families with adult children, a total of 14 people and we had plenary of space.

There were a few cosmetic items that need to be addressed but nothing that stopped my family from fully enjoying our Christmas vacation. We would definitely rent this house again!

This was a wonderful vacation for the 18 family members who came! The house was nice and clean. The open floor plan allowed all to be included, but there were a couple of spots other than bedrooms for some privacy as well. The family had a fantastic time spending the holiday together! The walk to the beach was not bad and the grocery store around the corner was SUPER convenient. I would recommend Palmetto Breeze to large groups for sure!

Lots of lovely updated bedrooms. Plenty of cooking supplies and enough plates and utensils to accommodate a large group. An easy walk to the beach and great view of the marsh. We brought our little pooch and what was so great was no carpets to keep clean. Everyone had a great time.

The property was excellent and in an excellent location. We had a party of eight and had more than enough space throughout. It had all the convenience of being home as we were able to bring our dog with us. We would highly recommend this property to any large party considering visiting North Myrtle Beach. Although not on the beach, it only take a short walk to get there. Great stay and look forward to future stays.

The pool was perfect - part sun and part shade most of the day and outdoor seating for all! The only things that were problematic for us was 1) the WiFi did not work upstairs and was unsecured, 2) The refrigerator was small for so many people and the ice maker is broken and insufficient and 3) the bathtub plug in the master bath was difficult to work and stay plugged, and 4) the shelves and baskets in the fridge were broken. Laundry room was spacious and the machines were oversized which was very nice - some hooks the the laundry room, a nonstick pan and wooden spoons would be nice adds. Overall it is a lovely well thought out spacious house in a beautiful setting!!

This house was very spacious. My whole family had enough room to spread out with no problems. I will definitely come back here soon. Everything worked but There was a small problem which was the time we were there the front door kept opening. Other than that the house was enjoyable and we all had a good time.
