Check in was extremely easy and the place was very clean. It was stocked with basic essentials and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans and a small spice and seasoning assortment.
The beds master bedroom was comfortable but the other 2 beds were pretty stiff my kids didnt love them. There were plenty of extra blankets or towels if needed which is nice. The bathrooms were very clean as was the rest of the house.
I loved the broncos decor I grew up in denver before moving to other states and am still a broncos fan so is my husband so it was fun to check out the sports memorabilia they had at the unit. There is no tv in the smaller front bedroom maybe they can see this review and put one in there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay the place is very clean and pretty comfortable and the host was nice and easy to contact if needed. Would stay again if traveling to mesquite in the future

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The house is wonderful and in a beautiful neighborhood. There were plenty of cookware, silverware and spices in the kitchen and even a fresh purified water dispenser. You are walking distance from two great golf courses and two casinos. You will not find a better host. We had the opportunity to interact with Jill (the host) and her father who lives in the area. Wonderful people. We look forward to staying here again in future visits to Mesquite.

This place was great, perfect for what we needed for a quick guys golf weekend. If I had any complaint it would be how dirty the outdoor BBQ grill was when we wanted to grill up some steaks, nothing bad just took some extra time to clean. Other than that the house was great and we would definitely look at staying here again on our return visits.

This was a great location for the soccer tournament that my daughter played in. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in between games as well as look around Mesquite and even had a day to drive to Las Vegas. Very comfortable and enjoyable home.

This was my 2nd time staying here and both times have been great. The unit is very quiet and stocked with all essential household supplies. The owner reponds in a very timely manner and we will definitely stay here again.

For 20+ years we have traveled to Mesquite from Colorado for our annual golf vacation and spent the week in our timeshare. Late last year we were notified that our timeshare has been dissolved/terminated so we decided to try a VRBO for the first time. The experience was awesome! The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owners. We have already booked for next year. A big thank you to the Garcias for making their home
"a home away from home" for us!

This is the second year that we have stayed here for a Spring golf getaway. We love this house! Close to the golf course, clean, plenty of room. Sitting outside and grilling on the patio. Way fun.

My wife and I have been spending March in Mesquite for a few years now, and this house filled the bill nicely for us. The location was very good, right up the street from the Oasis clubhouse, and close to the Eureka. The floor plan was great, and the Master bedroom was very nice. And JJ, the owner was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and we've already booked it for next March!

We just moved to Mesquite and needed a place to stay for nearly a month awaiting the completion of our house. When the rental house that we had lined up cancelled last minute, we were so lucky to find this place! Everything about our stay was great. Check in was easy, and we had absolutely no problems throughout our stay. The house was very clean, and it was very nicely furnished and equipped. The bed was comfortable. The patio was a great place to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything in town. Thank you for the thoughtful amenities - small items that really make a difference!

This house perfect for our stay in Mesquite. House well equipped with everything we need for a week. Nice patio area which we enjoyed early mornings and evenings. JJ was great host —helped immediately with our requests.
Certainly would consider stay again on next visit to Mesquite.

Great overall experience. At the time of booking, a community hot tub was available. But, when we checked in, the HOA didn’t allow guests any longer. That was the only glitch, because the hot tub was a main reason why we rented this property. Would definitely stay at this wonderful property again.
