This property is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach with a beautiful view of the waterway behind it. It is very close to shopping and dining in the area. The house was very clean (no bug problem). We had ample space for 6 adults for three weeks. The beds were comfortable, bedding and towels looked newer as did the pillows. Initially it was missing beach towels but the property manager brought some over shortly after our arrival.The openness of the floor plan was very nice especially for our 90 yr. old Mother as she uses a walker and she easily navigated through the home. The lower level bathrooms were another reason we chose this property over others. Every bedroom has cable TV and the wifi worked great.There was starter toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and small toiletries. The bottles of cleaning solutions under the kitchen sink and laundry detergent were empty but we are accustomed to picking these items up once we get into town. Since we like to cook we were happy with the roomy kitchen. It had plenty of cooking utensils but sadly lacked cookware. There were 4 very large frying pans but no lids and only two rather dented cook pots. No pot holders and the AC unit in the kitchen area does not work. Glassware and stainless flatware were a little wanting, we did a lot of dish washing to keep up with the need meal to meal. There were plenty of plates but only 5 bowls which also needed to double as serving bowls as there were none. The upstairs bath does not have an electrical outlet and none of the bedrooms upstairs have mirrors. We would have simply made use of the half bath in the utility room but the mirror and towel bar had been removed. Upstairs bathroom shares a vent with a bedroom so anything happening in one room carries over into the other. Only the second downstairs overhead bathroom fan worked. The property manager was extremely helpful. When we asked about possibly cleaning up the palm trees in back to avoid a constant battle with palm tree berries he arranged to have the entire property pruned and trimmed. The landscape company spent the day cutting and trimming which greatly improved the look of the pool area. Due to the noise and their activity, we opted to stay inside. The outdoor grill is not the one pictured and was much smaller. It worked but we chose not to use it. We also let him know that the pool was not being cleaned and he took care of it very quickly. We rented the house for two weeks, and had a super great vacation, loved the little pool and only 4 minutes drive to the beach.

Overall, this was a "perfect place" for our family. Between fishing and countless hours of marco polo, it will be a time for the memory banks. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a nice property. We do want to bring to your attention a few challenges we faced during our stay which we hope will be addressed for your future guests. On the top of the list was the a/c in the kitchen did not work after the 3rd day. We managed without it although cooking was not easy for any of us. We got thru it. We chose not to bother the management company, our fault. Suggestions after prepping some meals: - No pot holders? - Where was the first aid kit? No one could find it! It should be clearly visible and labelled. - Towel holder in half bath missing. - You really should consider some kind of shaded area pool side. Hard to have lunch with the sun bearing down on us. Yes, we could have gone indoors and sometimes we did but that should be a given poolside. - Upper cabinet door to left of oven coming off the hinges! We moved everything out for fear of an injury to family. - Replace/secure tv remote in 2nd master. I secured with rubber band. - Secure Loose tiles in pool/deck area - Tiny ants/mites on kitchen counters and island despite our constant daily sanitizing. Still, we had a great time. Those things weren't important enough to seriously impact our visit and trust the owners/management will address speedily. Thank you and yes! The pictures of the house were clean and modern but the house itself is a very rundown version of what it represented. The furniture was dated and the house itself needed a makeover. The house was comfortable enough and I would say the bonus was how close it was (driving distance) to Pompano Beach.

Our stay has been fantastic! The house turned out much better than the photos show! Everything has been very good, Julia's attention has been very good. Without a doubt I recommend this house to spend a beautiful holiday! Thank you! Alejandro

The house was just as pictured and was so nice. Ran short of toilet tissue and garbage bags but otherwise our stay was wonderful......would definitely book again. Close to all highways and stores and walkable to the beach.

The house is very clean with a large backyard. Very well located. Very good option to travel with friends or family. Without hesitation I would return

House was very nice and had everything we needed. Only thing was the nearby beach which wasn´t that nice. Not much to do in the area so if you do not have a car - rent one. Pool and garden area was excellent.

Beautiful spot! So nice and quiet. Space was perfect for us. We had one wheelchair user and she was able to access everything with some assistance(steps). We had a couple of minor issues but they were readily attended to and resolved by Igor. We’re already eager to return!

Really enjoyed our stay.upon arrival we noticed we didn’t have the basics. Soap,dish towels,beach towels but the manager swiftly brought these items. House was very clean when we arrived, it was plenty spacious for 7 adults. Furniture was very nice but not comfortable.overall it was a nice place to stay.

The house is beautiful, confortable beds, good kitchen, great open spaces, but I think the house need more pest control, some small worm inside of the house and showers.
