The Dove articles in the restroom were great! Nice to have a desk and a fridge in the room, very clean surfaces.
Bedsheets smelled odd, check-in took long and the breakfast offered a small selection and was … cheap.

Front desk checked us into 3 rooms that were occupied and after 1 hour of looking for rooms he gave us a room which looks like he straightened the room before we went in. Room wasn’t stocked with soap and used toothpick was on the nightstand.

The beds are very comfortable
Floors and walls are very thin, called the front desk because the people two doors down were fu(king for over two hours and it literally sounded like the lady was being murdered. Needless to say nothing was done about it and it was 3am when it started. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this. I also had two of my kids with me which is pathetic they had to hear it. I left a day earlier and was still charged for my stay.

Extremely unprofessional stuff, just everyone except the manager and the guy at the front desk - Will. Will was the only person who was able to work with people. But at the end manager covers all unprofessional stuff. So, the fish rots from the head down... .
Very impolite and rude, they don't want to do their job at all, very lazy, extremely lazy. They don't clean the room without a request. But even with request they forget to do it. There was no breakfast one time during our stay at all. They didn't apologise they just didn't care. All they said: "we forgot to order it". The most horrible experience was with front desk workers Jocelyn and Nanette. It is even hard to express how unprofessional and rude they are as hotel workers. We just left our country, where we were bombed every single day by Russians, we so hoped to find a safe and pleasant place to stay but instead we experienced such a horrible communication, lack of professionalism and customer service, terrible attitude in the most democratic and developed country in the world. Very, very disappointed.

Bed was comfortable
It was no where near the airport as claimed. I spent over $100 in taxi/uber to get to and from the airport.
It had no hairdryer. The room phone was not working. I went to ask for a hairdryer to be advised they didn’t supply one. How ridiculous is that. I had to sleep with damp hair.

Great location. Overall nice property.
I have stayed here before…but someone tremendously dropped the ball. There wasn’t a complimentary breakfast as stated, nor any wash cloths or towels in any of the guests room who were with my group.

Hotel was very clean
No condiments in room for coffee - breakfast was not available due to mechanical problems - staff made no attempt to compensate for this such as getting pastries or biscuits from local shops - coffee bar ran out of coffee and creamer - downstairs mens room urinal was out of order - not enough towels in room

The place was very clean and organizes, however the customer Service with me at the front desk terrible, I was mistreated and very upset with the situation.
At the reservation it was saying that I should have breakfast, however we did not have.

The breakfast had a variety of items, both hot & cold. The staff worked hard to keep the breakfast items stocked, and the area clean.

Location was nice
The room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the tub. There were not enough towels in our rooms. There were five of us…only 2 sets of towels. There was no towel to step out on. There were no sheets for the sofa bed. The body wash bottle was empty. It just seemed like the room was not prepped for anyone to stay in it. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express frequently in other areas. It was my expectation that it would be as good as other times. Very disappointing. Especially being located in an area that seemed to be really nice.

Nothing major they ran out of most of the condiments! Ex cream cheese, mayo and etc. Still was not a deal breaker.

I like the location, the offering of breakfast and the area the hotel is located in.
I didn’t like that I was placed in a wheelchair accessible room, what if someone who was truly disabled arrived and needed it. The bathroom was also very dirty, it was surface cleaned- but when I recleaned the floor, it was black! The shower was dirty and under the bed had not been vacuumed.

Elevator quit working a couple of times. Had to wait for reset - then made you feel a little concerned to get on after that!

Amazing staff. The two seniors in the reception(front desk) were so kind and helpful. They displayed remarkable kindness and provided invaluable assistance. Their demeanor brightened my family's day significantly. Similarly, the staff members in the breakfast area were also incredibly courteous and helpful. Such exemplary service is a rarity in hotels across the United States.

I was welcomed when I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile. At first when I got my key to the room I could get in, but it was a easy fixed. Breakfast was great on Saturday morning. Sherry did an excellent job. We didn't had any juice to drink, but that was fine. Milk was good for me. Saturday night was a little disturbing because of the people who were in the room above us was kinda of nosey. But overall it was a great stay. I will go back again. Thanks everyone who worked on the weekend of April 21st - 23rd.

there were tenants of previous customer in the room; had to request extra towels, shower curtain and linens for sleeper sofa; room was reserved for five so we needed more than three towels and needed that sleeper sofa.
