Just back from this fabulous apartment with the most amazing sea views in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. The owner Louise was great picking us up from the airport and taking us back. She provided an excellent welcome pack as well as all the basic things needed for a self catering stay. More than happy to recommend and would definitely return!

Lovely first time in lanzarote, great apartment with great views , unfortunately a sandstorm, which no one can help, obscured it but on the good days it was beautiful. Good location in the old town

Lovely apartment with fantastic sea and mountain views from the balcony. Well kept complex that is very quiet and peaceful yet still close to shops, restaurants and bars. We very much hope to stay again in the future.

We have just spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. It is the best we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need and more for an extremely comfortable holiday. The view from the patio is fantastic, and so peaceful. Louise picked us up from the airport which was great, and supplied a welcome pack which was very much appreciated. Louise is an amazing host. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is beautiful and all the little additions with Louise picking us up from the airport showing us the area on our way to the apartment the welcome wine and beers and snacks plus return to airport. Did not want to leave was like home from home

We booked Louise's place after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures , we were not disappointed in any way. Louise goes out of her way to make your stay the best it can be. Firstly she collected us from the airport and laid on some beer and wine plus a few essentials at the apartment ready for our arrival. The apartment is as good as it looks and the balcony was perfect for lounging in the sun. It is on a hill but we walked everywhere as it's not far from the Old town and also the newer part and the strip with loads of bars and restaurants. We couldn't rate this apartment any higher and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto del Carmen. Louise even took us back to the airport. She really is a top host.

In one way I can say without any doubt that this has been the best place we have stayed in Lanzarote but I kinda want to keep it to myself. Spotless, beautiful view, all very well equipped and Louise is so lovely. We really couldn’t have asked for more

Property was spotless and the view was to die for. Lovely big balcony with sunbeds to lounge around on all day if you wish. Louise was amazing and kindly collected us from the airport and dropped us off aswell. We had the most relaxing 10 days.

Sometimes I find that reviews and pictures are flattering but not in this case. Everything was as we expected. Property and location are first class, although not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Louise is the perfect host.

Lovely apartment, well equipped for a self catering holiday. The apartment is very modern and clean, spacious balcony with beautiful views of sea and mountains. The balcony is very private it has comfy sun beds and south facing for sun worshipers with shaded area if required by others. The service Louise and her mother Helen, provides is excellent from picking us up and returning us to the airport. The welcome pack was lovely giving us essentials and some luxury items so we did not need to go to shop day of arrival. The location of the apartment is near the old town and harbour with plenty of restaurants close by however it is also close to the main strip with additional restaurants and bars. We had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend the apartment

We thought that Louise collecting use from the airport was good, but on arrival at the apartment where do we start. Great view, the apartment had everything and more that we needed, and Louise had provided all the essentials. We needed some R&R and that’s what we got. Love the apartment especially the shower. Huge thanks, hope to stay again.

The apartment was exactly as shown on the website. Like most properties in the resort it is down hill into town but a bit of a climb after a good meal. Good exercise for the thighs!! Taxis are cheap and plentiful. Louise is an excellent hostess, collecting us from the airport and taking us back. She left many basic necessities including beer and wine meaning grocery shopping was not a priority. All round excellent stay and we hope to return. John and Penny

When we arrived at the apartment we were greeted by Louise and Helen and they gave us the guided tour explaining how everything worked. Louise gave us her mobile number to contact her on if we had any problems. The apartment was spotless, sleek and modern and all the electrical appliances are new and up-to-date. The kitchen is extremely well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. There was an extensive welcome pack, which included a bottle of wine and 6 beers, not to mention the soft drinks, milk, water and all the snacks. very impressive!! The views from the terrace out to sea are amazing and we watched the sunset over the mountains in the evening. The apartment was well stocked with all the cleaning products you could possibly need. It’s all these little things that add up and show you how much time and care Louise has taken to provide everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was loads of storage space in the bedroom. The apartment is in a great location, it’s a 5 minute walk to Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre, there is a large well stocked Hiperdino within a 5 minute walk, 15 minutes walk takes you to the main strip and 10 minutes walk takes you to the old town harbour. We have been holidaying in Lanzarote for 20 years, we have stayed in hotels, villas and private apartments but I have to say this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. We will be booking this apartment again when we work out our dates. You are both doing a superb job ladies, keep up the great work. See yous soon, Louise & Ken

This apartment is in a great location close to bars and restaurants. However it is really peaceful out on the terrace with great views out to sea. Louise the owner goes above and beyond with her welcome pack and hospitality. We loved our time spent there.

When we got to apartment she showed us round, Explained how things worked, there was a comprehensive book of all things we needed to know to make our stay perfect, & a wonderful welcome pack of goodies. From the minute we stepped into apartment we felt at home and the decor is just stunning. Pre-visit Louise kept us updated on all of the COVID-19 related info that may have had an impact on our stay. She sent us links for all relevant forms we needed and all information. Louise assured us that she was there for anything we needed during our stay & gave us contact numbers to call her. We also met Helen, Louise's wonderful mum, who also has a beautiful apartment on Colina Del Sol. There are plenty of beaches shops restaurants & bars within walking distance & taxis are really reasonable & reliable. I could go on & on but I’d run out of space . I finish by saying that this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in & will be booking as soon as next years holiday dates are confirmed. I would give this more than 5* if it was possible. I'm not sure what I can add that hasn't already been said. Our thanks to Louise and Helen for the welcome pack. The airport runs were much appreciated. This apartment is very clean with lovely decor. Comfy loungers on the terrace with grorgeous views of sea and mountains. If there is availability then just book it!

This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in, ever! It is so clean, well presented with everything you would need and Louise the owner compliments it all with her helpfulness and is only a phone call away should you ever need her help. Right from the moment we were met on arrival at the airport by Louise and her mother Helen and throughout our stay they just couldn`t do enough for us. So a big thank you to them for helping us enjoy our stay in the fabulous apartment. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully very soon. If I could give it more than 5stars I would without hesitation.

Well where do I start. From the very first enquiry about the property to actually being picked up and taken to my forward holiday hotel in the resort by the owner everything was perfect and well above our expectations. Louise was the perfect hostess and we would highly recommend her luxurious property without hesitation to all our family & friends.

Beautiful apartment!! Luxurious furnishings, very comfortable bed, every utensil you need and spectacular view. Owner Louise and her mum Helen are lovely and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is stress free. Would say this area is unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems as it’s quite hilly. We will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Just returned today from a fabulous time in this wonderful apartment.....really is 5 star and luxurious and more than met our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend to family/friends and will definitely return in future subject to availability of course as aware calendar already busy most of next year... Louise and mum Helen are very friendly and helpful and can take pride in what they offer and do for holidaymakers. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always at end of phone if needed...beautiful apartment with beautiful views and really is a gem in the sun!!!!

From start to finish Brilliant 👍 Spoke to Louise before booking to make sure it was really going to look as good as it did in photos, and it did👍 Spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything needed for start of holiday and more👍🍺🍷 Perfect location for us with family just 10 minutes away. Picked up from airport, taxi sorted for return. Really can’t fault anything about apartment or help from Louise and Helen Will definitely love to return soon👍
