My stay (6weeks) was more than I could have dreamed. Casa da Fonte-Jardim felt like home. It’s perfectly located in Cascais with restaurants, grocery stores, language schools, banks/ATMs, the beach and so much more located not far from the apartment, which meant a lot to me as I was recovering from back surgery and walking long distances just wore me out. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that Sr Silva took in arranging the apartment with appliances, products, conveniences and even fresh flowers to insure every guest’s needs were met. I highly recommend Casa da Fonte, for any length of stay.

Perfect location with everything close by. The apartment was very comfortable, and very nicely appointed.

Very nice place in center of town. Very old building, so pleasantly surprised there was air conditioning in the bedrooms. Bathroom very small. I had to turn my body to use the toilet. Beds were on the soft side for my tastes.

From first contact with Henrique everything was perfect. All correspondence was responded to very promptly and helpfully. The apartment itself is in a lovely old building and has been very sympathetically and elegantly done out. There is ample provision of all utensils etc and a very comprehensive handbook. It was spotlessly clean and nice white towels and bed linen provided. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the centre of Cascais.

Superb apartment in the heart of Cascais!! This apartment has plenty of space for your weekend getaway and an old school charm of a building built in the 1880’s. Super quiet and within walking distance of many great places (soya noodle bar comes to mind). The only down side is the parking can be difficult and is to be expected with any historical area. We hit up the free parking that was a 9min walk with no problem.

We enjoyed Henrique's property even if it is a little dated. New A/C is coming and that will really help. The location is central to everything; lots of great restaurants, the beach, the train station, and a number of really nice nature walks.

Henrique was very helpful and professional. He showed us all around the apartment and how everything worked. Lovely apartment that has everything you need, centrally located too so easy walking to everything in Cascais. Would highly recommend!

This stunning 2 bed apartment was absolutely perfect! We were right in the centre of Cascais so it was so easy to get to all the amazing restaurants and beaches that Cascais has to offer. The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated to a very high standard, and Henrique, the owner, personally came to greet us which made us feel very welcome. We truly felt like locals living in Cascais and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our first reaction was the online photos don’t due the apt. justice. It has been expertly decorated, perfect location, beds were very comfortable, and the apt. was spotlessly clean. It was well equipped with everything you might need including a bundle buggy. There was a delicious cake, fresh fruit and bottle of wine waiting for us. Henrique was wonderful to deal with and even arrange for Eddy from Seagull Travel to pick us up at the airport. Highly recommended.

This apartment is centrally located in Cascais, (you can walk everywhere) is loaded with charm and has the best host, Henrique, that you could ask for. He really cared that our experience was memorable. Upon arrival we received a bottle of wine, cherries and a sponge cake. He had coffee pods, sugar, and even a bundle buggy which we could use while shopping in town. The apartment is clean and tastefully decorated. Pamphlets about the surrounding area and tour suggestions were provided. My husband had a bit of difficulty finding parking but Henrique gladly assisted him with that. I highly recommend choosing Henrique's apartment for a comfortable and hospitable stay and due to the trust you can put in Henrique as a host with integrity.

Excellent stay overall! Henrique handled check in in person, with clear guidance and payments with receipts. Everything went as agreed, we were even allowed to have late check out for free! Apartment Jardim has 2 bedroom, kitchen,wc/shower and living room. We did not really use the kitchen, but it has all the equipment, including dish washer and loundry + espresso machine. You could cook everything yourself. We did not as we wanted to try local restaurants, which are really close. Eg. Try Taberna Clandesdina. Apartment is very clean, all amenities 2x towels etc. , nice beds (4), and 5min from main street and 10 from the Beach. Only improvement suhgestion would be electric air ventilation / ac to have more fresh air. Yet, for a really old house not having this is understandable.

The apartment is in a central location in Cascais . Very clean and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Lovely and quiet we sleep very well. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. Henrique kindly waited for us to arrive. Thank you We will certainly book again . I will definetly recommend this appartment.

This was a taste of luxury. The apartment is very comfortable, central and well equipped. We enjoyed staying in a historic property and the owner has made every effort to maintain the feel of this apartment. The four of us really enjoyed staying here.

Pretty town house that might be "listed". Perfect if you like old and traditional with all that it entails. Central location handy to all attractions and facilities. Good host made us welcome, as did most other local people we interacted with. Happy days!!

We found the apartment easily with its bright yellow façade. The interior was just like the photos. It was a joy staying here during our holidays and it was just great for both adults and children. We spent a lot of time in Cascais pottering around and also we caught the train to Lisbon on several days to enjoy the zoo and oceanarium. We also hired bikes and cycled to Guincho beach. Our 6 year old managed it easily on the bike baths. I really recommend Casa Da Fonte. Lovely place to stay. We'll be back!

This apartment was easily within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the ocean, and sights. We had plenty of room for our family of three, good sized bedrooms, large kitchen, and lovely living/dining area. Henrique was a great host, very professional and thorough. Thanks for everything!

This was an amazing apartment, a real home from home. Well equipped, and immaculately presented. Situated in the centre of Cascais, the apartment is an ideal base for exploring Cascais town and surrounding area (the station is a 5 minute walk for Lisbon trips). Henrique was so easy to deal with, answering emails promptly, helping with airport transfers and even a local restaurant booking! The apartment suited the 5 of us well, the kids appreciated the tv channel selection, and wifi! We were sad to leave after only a short stay, and are already planning a trip back to Casa da Fonte!

This was our fourth stay at the apartment in three years and we are always very happy to return. Henrique is very helpful and if you have any concerns ( which we didn't) you can contact him at any time. The apartment is in a perfect position for the beaches, restaurants, marina, shops and train station. We enjoy cooking and the apartment is well equipped. There are so many good restaurants, but we would recommend Dom Diniz around the corner from the apartment, where we have eaten many times. We are positive anyone booking this apartment would have a very happy holiday in Cascais.

Enrique was very friendly and helpful and very concerned about our noise complaints ( which he had heard from others also). The apt was charming, clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bed pillows were great! Very spacious and well decorated apt which was close to everything. Even though there was no air conditioning the apt was cool as long as you could keep the windows open at night. We did suggest to Enrique that it was time to update the bathroom!

If there are more then 5 stars , for sure I will give it to this flat and this owner , I spend 28 nights at this property and the one downstairs ( same building ) I can not imagine something better .. my concern was clean first and location second .. and both was perfect , the flats have everything you may need to enjoy your stay in Cascais .. definitely I will stay again at those flats .. thank you Henrique, for everything for your honesty , kindness, and proficiency ..
