It was just ok Manger said we could leave dishes since that is what she pays her maids for after all.
The staff was rude and they trespassed us for no reason. We had a 12 checkout and the they called the cops becausewe were just putting our stuff in the hallway a few minutes b4 12. . Manager said we could leave our dishes but she she called us pigs and said we were disgusting. We took all our garbage out and left the room and bathroom clean. We will NEVER GO BK THERE AGAIN AND WE WILL TELL ALL OUR FRIENDS ABOUT OUR UNFAVORABLE EXPERIENCE. WE DESERVE A FREE NIGHT OR A REFUND!!

Friendly staff, clean, quiet and nice environment!
For the rate of the hotel they had to cut back on the morning coffee and pastries that were included, it was a bit disappointing

The staff was nice
The point that they said they had continental breakfast and there was no continental breakfast. Unless you consider dry oatmeal and coffee be in a continental breakfast and then one of our rooms on the beds did not have any pillows nor covers and then the other room. It didn't have any covers on the bed. And by the room where my girl stayed at there was people that were on drugs. When we went to knock on my girl's door they come out the room till my who is it. Who is it? Oh I thought that was for us

all the dogs barking at all hours hard bed as my kid walked down the hallway and all you smell is weed that some one smoked every day

Everything room wasn’t stocked..had to ask for rags and towels. Dogs barking all the time.. The bed made my back hurt I can keep going.. the smell of the hotel was a big No iron no blow dryer and on top the want to to pay for laundry room 👎🏾 Never again

NOTHING! upon arrival there was no staff at the front desk. I called and mentioned that we would be very late checking in due to flight delays. when we arrived the front desk gate was shut down and the door was locked. the use of the courtesy phone was of no use being that there was NO STAFF to answer. horrible experience I had to sleep in my car and find another hotel to stay at for the remainder of my stay.
I didn’t like the fact that no one from the front desk called me even after I told them about my situation. the rep I spoke to NEVER MENTIONED that there would be no one there upon my arrival. if I get charged for this reservation, I am going to have a real issue about this.

Sheets so thin you could see the mattress, girl working was on the couch with some dude not even ready to check us in. Pube hair all over the towels in the bathroom, dirty mirror, and some type of clear liquid on the window blinds/shades.

Big beautiful property located just minutes from the beach.
Whats not to like at the property it is an excellent place to stay!

the property has roaches I have pictures I tried reaching out to management numerous times and it was effortless

it is well kept and the staff where courteous.
it has a small kitchen but no pots or pans or silverware. I have been to a lot of hotels and even the 1 star hotels have provided Them. I don’t want to purchase them on vacation. and the hard wood floor in our room is sticky.

Lady at front desk was not very nice.

You have to pay extra if you want pots and pans, silverware, etc, while other extended stay hotels in the area provide them free of charge.
Their elevator is outdated for inspection and has a "3 pound" limit.
If you need a refund, forget it. No matter the circumstances they flat out refuse. Emergency leave? Nope no dice.
The top floor smells like weed.
