Strategic place, easy check in, clean and comfortable. Matress was comfy, extra pillow n blanket too.

1. Wish it has carpet at least at the main area. 2. Swimming pool was poorly maintained. Since owner paid for maintenance fee, why not do some complaints.

Good location, lot of restaurants around

the location was only a walking distance to many popular cafes in ipoh. it was also relatively close to other attractions like concubine lane, kek look tong and qing xin ling cultural village. the place itself was well equipted with excellent facilities like a swimming pool, beautiful sunset views and a gym. the security guards were very friendly and nice to us as well. the unit was clean and organised: bonus points for a lot of shelves instead of drawers which eased packing before check out. overall, we are very happy with our stay!!

The location was very good. Eateries and a large number of cake shops selling famous Ipoh specialities. The apartment was big and clean. There were 7 of us and four bedrooms with four attached bathrooms suited us well.

It was like Mother Hubbard's cupboard. The barest minimum of fittings and living provisions. Zero bedroom cupboards, no dressing table mirror, no dish draining rack. Each time we washed up, we had to place a towel on the counter for drying crockery. The worst thing was, only one flat, hard pillow per bed. We attempted to sleep with the one pillow on the first night but after waking up with strained necks, we asked management for extra pillows. 'No', they said. 'We don't do that.' After some terse communication from us to them, they VERY reluctantly agreed to provide extra pillows. Much better sleep after that.

The location is great and the facilities are nice.

The pictures in the booking are a little confusing, as we also saw pictures from another apartment. The check in process is a little complicated.

Nothing great actually

I am profoundly disappointed by my recent experience with an Airbnb unit, as it bore no resemblance to the way it was portrayed on the Booking.com app. Upon addressing my concerns with the host, I was met with a sarcastic response that dismissed the glaring discrepancies between the unit's advertised images and its actual state. Even the sofa was broken. The overall level of service provided was deeply unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling let down and frustrated.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is very convenient.

Noise when night time, as can hear water sound from the above. Sound proof isn't that good.

The location of the apartment is very good. Near to shops and places of interest. The apartment is very clean. Would recommend to others also. Next trip to Ipoh, will definitely stay here.
