The location was fantastic, easy access to the beach and nice views from some of the windows and back garden
Not very well maintained. The lounge carpet exposed the carpet grip, which I cut my foot on and has since caused great discomfort. The kitchen was awaiting repairs on the cabinet doors and the hosts did not provide washing up liquid or sponge, which was an issue with a young family of 4. The hosts only provided 2 toilet rolls for a family of 4 for 5 days. I reported the problem but no compensation offered, just a list of reasons why these issues arose. Expensive for a property and hosts who can could easily make amends but don’t in the name of cost cutting.

I REALLY loved our flat, nice size, full equipped kitchen, a bbq on our the private terrace,Tv, dvd, the amazing view of the garden,everything to drive you to relax properly! And just few steps from the beach and local shops. A solid 10/10.

We are a family of 5 (3 kids aged 10, 12 and 14). For a family this was the perfect house in terms of layout, location and comfort. The apartment is practically on the beach so you can't get a better location. Great to have free parking with the property. WiFi connection was strong and good to have a smart TV.
Communication throughout was really superb. Lovely gesture arriving to a bottle of wine and chocolates!
Best thing about it was its location... perfect!
Nothing major... would've been nice to have tea and coffee (unless I missed it!) and more loo roll!!

Absolutely stunning location! Perfect for the beach and local restaurants. The apartment was clean and decorated lovely with everything we needed for a week away. Parking was right outside the building and the storage space for our body boards and wetsuits was ideal.

Great location, beautiful views. Tasteful furnishings. Good standard of cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Welcome bottle of wine is a lovely touch!
Parking spaces a bit awkward with bigger vehicles overflowing into next space. Washing machine rubber needed cleaning but did not use because retaining drum brackets were loose so washed by hand. TV instructions in living room stated HDMI1 but finally managed to get it working on day 2 by selecting HDMI2. French windows needs great effort to open and needed to be open as no fan and temperatures 33C. Gave up the night I arrived after a very long journey and fear of breaking something but managed to get it open next day. My partner could not join me and it would have been a struggle for him to get up and down two flights of stairs as it was hard for me and he has COPD. I have been to Woolacombe 8 times in the past 12 months and all other apartment had a small bottle of milk which is great and much appreciated (for those who do not drink alcohol), perhaps something to consider.

We liked everything about this place, we was fortunate to come here when the weather was like Greece, and the best location in Woolacombe, beautiful apartments, and the owners are very nice people, highly recommended this place.

The location was fantastic. The garden and barbecue area with a view of the bay was amazing.

how spacious it was, also the fact it had a dishwasher, I wanted to bring it home 😂
only thing I would of preferred would be a more clear view of the beach. however that’s not the owners fault and they made use of the little views we did have.

The location of the property was great and our room was a good size.
Check in time was quite late and check out time was quite early.

We loved the location of this apartment, it was literally on the beach. Our room had a Juliet balcony with the most amazing views. The communal gardens and bbq area was amazing, again fabulous views. The apartment was clean, modern with everything we needed. The outside shower for the wetsuits and the bodyboard lockers were so useful. The owners were really helpful and on hand if we needed them.

The location was ideal, wonderful views of both the beach and the village, particularly from the vast decking area. The apartment is literally 3 minutes walk from the bulk of the amenities of Woolacombe, including some excellent restaurants and bars.
Our luxury apartment was on two floors, linked by a spiral staircase. We are both in our seventies and found the staircase hard to navigate, particularly without rubber soled shoes, as the stair tread were very polished. It was only when we were leaving that we met the owners and discovered that we could at least have taken our suitcases up another flight of the main staircase, where we had an access door from the bathroom.
This in no way detracted from our stay as we adapted ourselves to the situation and had a wonderful town.
We intend to stay at Southover Beach again, but would choose a ground floor apartment the next time.

Stunning location - beautiful vantage point overlooking Woolacombe Beach. The garden flat had a huge balcony perfect for sitting out and having a bbq and easy with a dog and toddler. Great facilities in the room, nice to have a sitting area and big bathroom. The hosts were very accommodating and lovely to chat too. We wished we could have stayed longer. the beach is perfect for kids and dogs, so clean and lots of places to eat and drink.
Just taking the full amount 3 months prior to arrival was little difficult for us. We understand needing a deposit. The hosts did email us about it which was good.
It's a long drive - so next time we will go for longer!

We thought the name “Wow holidays” was most appropriate.

Lovely apartment. Spacious and clean. Fabulous sea view.
The bedding smelt musty and was damp on my skin. I had to strip the bed and use my own bedding.

Very spacious, good amount of crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc..Lovely outside area.
The beds could have been more comfortable. The extra work required for COVID regulations don’t always seem relevant and hopefully won’t be here to stay.

Perfect location.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but apart from that we had an amazing time.
