Dirty disgusting Lanai with JUNK Blistered Rusty furniture disgraceful!. Bugs,Ghost ANTS & Roaches in the place had to leave for days as exterminator had to treat premises! Cheap nasty towels, rusted Refrg, pots and pans unusable rusted, washer machine sounds like a time bomb! Bathroom showers a joke! Unit is totally out of date like being back in the 70’s. TV’ don’t work and low priced TV service! It was like living in a basement apartment! Privacy rights were violated as the unit had devices tracking our actions! The unit has a mold smell as it had a broken pipe that caused water damage and owner only did minimum to repair and not disclosed to us in Ad or in unit description! False advertising! Sorry VRBO you have done nothing for us Stay well thank you should you even pay attention Sliding Lanai Door is broken slides open like metal on metal! Absolutely a disgrace and insult for the fee charged! The management are really wonderful people and available however the owner has their hands tied! Area good, neighbors great, very quiet area some good points! We left place every opportunity as it was extremely disappointing and took away some of the pleasure of celebrating our Anniversary. VRBO did absolutely nothing with support and after seeing photos & videos & pictures of Roaches? Total waste of time, energy, Money never again! VRBO does nothing and just disconnects your call to get rid of you! No customer Support and NO Customer respect! Very Sad & unprofessional.

Great property, centrally located and as advertised. Pool is just steps away and grounds are well maintained. Probably the friendliest residents in the community of anywhere we have stayed. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I booked this condo for my elderly in-laws. It was a quite, safe neighborhood where there were able to walk every morning. First floor, clean condo had direct access to the pool. The kitchen and beach closet were well-stocked. Gianna, the property manager was very helpful.

Lovely unit in a perfect location. Central to downtown Naples and Marco Island. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely first floor condo in a quiet location. It has beautiful views out of the screen porch of the pool area and a golf course. The pool is heated and there is also a hot tub. The residents of the community were very friendly. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It looks just like the photos. Grocery stores are a short drive away. It was a great place to stay and would recommend it!
