Villa Sunrise was perfect for our stay. The location is excellent, so close to Chica beach, right between the old town and the strip. The view from the villa is amazing and there is lots of space and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday in Lanzarote. The pool was lovely and warm even for our stay in January.

Location was very good. Good views from terrace.
No air con. Bedrooms got very warm. Cutlery disgusting. Ensuite shower needs updated. Very difficult to close open doors. Big hole in Ensuite. Only 1 toilet roll for the week...

Location is perfect for both old and new town. You also avoid all of the hills. Villa was clean and easy to access.
The property is grand. Hole in between the Shower walls is a bit strange and the en suite could do with some tiling. It is very warm in the Villa with no air conditioning or fans.

The local agents sent a tirade of emails telling me that I had not provided them with some information. I thought I had provided all necessary details to Booking.com. I think you need to find out what they need and act as agent.
Everything was OK except the local agents. They were obstructive and their demands were incomprehensible to me

The location was ideal very close to all bars, restaurants, shops etc..the house was very modern and the kitchen contained everything you would need...very well equipped! The pool was a fabulous addition and we used it a lot and the outdoor areas were large and very convenient to have. Would definitely book again.
The bedrooms were very warm. Would have been good to have a fan!

Loved the villa was set in a quiet location .2 minutes walk to the beach and all bars and restaurants, view was lovely from the balcony.

Good walking distance between old and new town. Modern refurbishment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Next door local residents overlook the pool area and balcony (sometimes noisy). Sea view interrupted by tv dishes etc. and untidy yards. The photos were a bit “economical with the truth “.
