Super Lage, nah an der Innenstadt, aber etwas versetzt von den großen Straßen. Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer.
Frühstück eher für den asiatischen Geschmack, Kaffemaschine war leider kaputt, für einen Tag war es aber in Ordnung.

The kindest hotel staff I have ever met. From the people working the front desk to the people working in the kitchens, every person went out of their way to make sure our stay was incredible. For instance, I am unable to eat red meat, so when I was struggling to go through the buffet menu, the kitchen chef saw and came to help me. She even offered to make me a dish for the next morning that I would be able to eat.

everyone here is so friendly and helpful. food is great plus cocktails drink is super great. especially the bartender is very well knowledge about drink
could improve more with cleanness in bathroom room. it is so obvious to notice.

there’s nothing exceptional here. the hotel has such potential and it just falls short of being great. the breakfast is lackluster and room could be so much nicer with a little bit of effort.

The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices including good coffee. There's also a safe parking area and enough privacy despite being located in the heart of the city.

The room was reasonably large however the in-room facilities were quite poor
The buffet breakfast was terrible, repetitive each day and was cold. Cold fried eggs taste awful. The restaurant appeared to serve breakfast only so you couldn't have a dinner meal at night. The Hotel is away from the main shopping areas. The staff were lazy, enjoyed chatting to each other but not serving guests. The worst part of our stay was at check out. We had used the slippers provided. They broke on the fist day and we threw them out. When we checked out they wanted us to pay BHT400 for the slippers which they say they "re-use" over and over again. How about hygiene Management? Of course we refused to pay for the slippers and the Management backed down.

A nice well maintained clean place with friendly staff and good food. We will be back next time we go to isaan
I have never been a fan of the multi cofee machine with 15 different sort of cofee/Cappucino and so on . Good black brewed coffe to the breakfast is the ting. But that’s just a detail. The breakfast was very good anyway.
