La atención fue muy buena de parte de todos los empleados, limpieza y desayuno excelente!. Lo mejor de todo fue su ubicación, esta frente a la playa y cerca del centro. Sin dudas volvería al mismo hospedaje.

Es para destacar la atención recibida por Juan y Romina en el restaurante del hotel. Realmente nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Mil gracias!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Es ist aber etwas abgewohnt und hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr gut.
Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht sonderlich groß. Die Zimmer bräuchten eine Renovierung. Das Bad war sehr klein.

Large room with 2 large comfortable beds. The spa is excellent, I had 2 lovely massages here. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
A bit of a soulless place. The breakfast was average compared to others we had on our trip.

Location was amazing. Breakfast area and lobby were beautiful with great local artists' work on display.
Access to the car park via the automatic gate was sketchy. Room was underwhelming. Promised sea view gave me a stiff neck. Noisy. No working air conditioning. Staff fluctuated between helpful and helpless.

Pleasant staff, big and comfortable room, great shower and bath and very reasonable price.
Breakfast is a bit lean, but good enough to manage.

Everything — great sea-facing room, clean bathroom, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Next to a bunch of restaurants and supermarket. A great hotel option to visit all the wonders of Peninsula Valdez.

Nothing it particular, it’s an ok hotel - nothing impressive
1. We left at 6am when breakfast only opened and didn’t have time to eat so we wanted to grab a cookie and a fruit to go. They wouldn’t let us!!

Nice view and great location, next to good restaurants and shops. The hotel shows its age, but is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good.
The room is on the small side, but the view and comfortable bet makes up for that.

The location and the breakfast were great
The room needs maintenance, closet doors were old, tha toilet door was broken and old, the sofa was dirty and the carpet needs a deep cleaning or to be removed.

I already wrote and complained to Booking but I guess u have no time as und busy selling!!! i am more upset with booking than with the hotel.
you sold me a 4-star hotel - it was barely 3-star.
just because there is an empty fridge and a safe doesn’t make the property 4-star
The bathroom was so small the door wouldn’t even open to the end.

The location was perfect close to the beach, shops, restaurants but quiet and pretty. The personnel were very friendly and helpful and followed covid protocool without a hitch. The car park was close and free of charge. We would recommend this no frills traditional hotel.
The breakfasts could have included some fruit.
