From the moment we chose Villa Esencia Premier, everything was perfect the villa’s accommodation on their website was exactly as stated including an SUV which was such a essential part of our vacation as you needed groceries or just wanted to visit the island, the communication from Ritama & Kabir the villa’s host was exceptional, once we arrived literally getting out of the taxi at the villa we where greeted by host Kabir which was amazing he gave us a brief tour and the experience just continued to be outstanding after that, the beach was breathtaking & amazing the villa was clean, well maintained anything you can think of they had from a pasta strainer to a pizza cutter there was nothing that they did not think of to ensure their guests experienced a 5+ star time, your own pool, to palapa to your own private beach, the white sand was so amazing we truly did not want to leave this paradise, if you are looking to truly leave all you worries, stressful job needing a recharge, honeymoon, anniversary, birthday just a family getaway this is the location for you, if you needed anything the host where a phone call away as they also live on the property, Truly a piece of paradise an amazing vacation spot, Thank you so much Ritama & Kabir for sharing your piece of paradise with us WE will be back.

A dream vacation!!! I’m not sure where to start. We stayed in the Esencia Premiere, which was incredible. Waking up to look at the blue water was insane. Our 16 year old spend so much time in our private tiki hut. We absolutely loved having the private pool right out our living room. It was so great to hang out in there at the end if the day as a family. We used it way more than I thought we would. Are we missing out not having one at home? Hmmm. And having a car was the best. It allowed us to get to the grocery store, snorkel tour, mangrove tour, kite surfing lessons, and dinners out. What a picture perfect vacation. The sand on the beach was pristine, and I feel like we could have walked to the edge of the earth.

From start to finish, Villa Esencia was fantastic - we had everything we needed: the pool was perfect for play/lounging, utthe beach was not even a minute walk from our villa…just perfection! Ritama was incredibly helpful with our needs -bringing young children on an international trip is already tough, but Ritama helped make us comfortable with everything we might need. This place is a gem and we highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property! Clean, prime location, close to Grace Bay, private. Property came with a rental car which was a game changer. We appreciated this luxury so much! You can walk out your back door and take a 30 second walk to soft sand and gorgeous turquoise waters or go explore the rest of the island. We did both! We will definitely come back!

We came here after Christmas to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We fully enjoyed catching the sunrise every morning and walking on the beach. This house is an amazing destination for kite surfers. Even though we don’t kite surf we enjoyed visiting a different beach everyday with the use of the vehicle the host included. Would definitely stay again!

Just spent a week in a beautiful villa surrounded by lush vegetation providing a private and peaceful experience. Each day we would get up early and walk the beautiful sandy beach overlooking the turquoise waters. It was very relaxing to enjoy such a quiet beach and watch the kiters on the water. The car provided with the Villa was a great asset for us to grab groceries or go out for lunch. The Villa had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were able to cook great meals on the BBQ and also on the stove or in the microwave/convection oven. We met the lovely owners, Ritama & Kabir who chatted with us and made us feel very welcome on their property. We also had another awesome visitor each day, Bindi, the resident dog who was very friendly and enjoyed people’s company. We highly recommend this Villa and look forward to returning in the future.

We had an incredible stay at villa esencia premiere. Ritama and kabir were kind, wonderful hosts. The property is stunning and we had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool, beach, pergola, and exploring the island and cuisine. The home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed visits from bindi, the dog, too! We absolutely will be back!

We are so happy we found this property, it truly is an oasis! Although there are about a dozen homes on this property, you would never know! This house was nestled in a beautiful tropical garden, it was extremely private and just a few steps from the amazing Long Bay Beach. The home had everything we needed for a 4 person birthday week trip. It was great that the house came with a car, which made it easy to get around. The groundskeeper was so nice and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One thing to note about this specific property is that the owners residence is just above this home on a second story, but that wasn’t a problem for us as we are not a loud group. It’s conveniently located minutes from Grace Bay which has some good shopping and restaurants. If we ever come back, we will absolutely stay here again!!

5 days of paradise! The house and manager were perfection. Our house was fully equipped with all cooking utensils (we made breakfast everyday) and the island has a ton of delicious restaurants (Flamingo was our absolute fave). The beach was steps away from our home. We felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves and loved every minute. Highly recommend. ❤️

Villa Esencia is beautiful and has all that you would want in a beach vacation. The property is shared but very private and we loved all of the the paths that kept each space private. The unit that we stayed in was well equipped with all that we needed for our week stay. The weather was a little crazy (stormy/windy) but other than that, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Loved it!

Esencia Premiere at Villa Esencia was a perfect unit for our family of 4 to enjoy a 10-day stay in Turks and Caicos. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-stocked and Ritama was a wonderful and accommodating host. Our kids loved the private pool, which we used everyday, and the private beach hut was the perfect spot for the grownups to enjoy morning coffee. The beach, which is only steps from the unit, is beautiful and in our opinion, better than the more recognized Grace Bay Beach on the other side of the island. The car that comes with the unit was a convenient cost-saver and everything we needed (grocery store, restaurants, excursions, shopping) was within a 10 minute drive. Even though the Long Bay side of the island is much quieter and less populated than the Grace Bay side (which we prefer), we also found a great happy hour spot just down the beach at the H2O mini-resort. We highly recommend this unit!

Our family stayed at Villa Esencia Premiere during the spring break of 2022. The villa is modern, comfortable, and functional. We particularity enjoyed the multiple outdoor lounging areas; between the poolside chairs, the beachside covered deck, the beach chairs, and the BBQ dining area, it felt like there was always an ideal spot to relax depending on the time of the day, the direction of the sun, the breeze, etc. The self-check-in to the villa was easy. The beach is spectacular (one of the nicest in TCI) and is just a few meters away; we would wake up at 6:30am most mornings just to see the sunrise from the beach deck, which is always very peaceful given that Long Bay beach is much less crowded than Grace Bay. The owners, Ritama and Kabir, live on the floor above - they are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and discreet. The private pool was always clean and inviting after a day at the beach. We will definitively stay here again during our next trip to Turks and Caicos.

Very relaxed and laid back. Beautiful place

This villa was unbelievable. Lots of room to spread out, including a great living room, cabana, places on the beach to sit - under umbrellas on lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs. We utilized the gym and the stand up paddle boards quite a bit, we use the great kitchen to cook (nice market about 8 minutes away), and we used the pool area a significant part of the time. The car was a great touch and saved us a lot of money although we like the place so much we rarely left. Thank you!!

Stunning property, only steps from the beach. We came to relax and recharge and that’s exactly what we did! The condo itself was comfortable with everything we needed. We loved having our own pool and private cabana. We sat in our cabana every morning snd watched the sun rise. Perfect!

Ritama and her husband were excellent hosts. Our villa was perfect and close to everything (the island is really small🤪), having the car was so convenient. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Amazing 2 bedroom, huge open living/dining/kitchen area. Spotless. updated. all the amenities. Steps from the most amazing ocean. Loved having our own pool and gazebo. Ample access to water sports. Short commute to fantastic restaurants and having the car/SUV was a game changer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The premier villa at Villa Esencia was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The home was beautiful decorated, clean and bright. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool right outside our door, which was completely private and also blocked us from the winds! A few steps to a tiki hut and white sandy long bay beach. It’s a quiet area of the island and only a 7 minute drive to Grace Bay. Ritama was happily accommodating to any of our needs. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t imagine a better experience in Turks than Villa Esencia! Everything a couple could want right in their access. Met lots of wonderful people that and got to experience the best area to kite board. Shoutout to Bernard and Louise for being two very welcoming people from the time entering the property! Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.. we’ll be back soon.

Spent a week her me for my 50th birthday. The place was great, and in the perfect location on Long Beach. Ritama was great to work with. Looking forward to returning!

The pool and access to beach were perfect, always providing a small bit of shade for the anti-heat members of our family. Owners were very helpful and responsive! We wouldn’t normally book something with owners on site (above us) because we like total privscy and after hours quiet, but you wouldn’t know they were ever there unless you sought them out! Very kind to share a beautiful place!

The location was breathtaking and the hosts were wonderful. A true gem.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The pictures are spot-on and when you arrive, it is even better. From the clean and beautiful furniture to the comfortable beds and the awesome rain showers to the washer and dryer and all included dishes, cookware, appliances right down to the pool and tiki hut -- all of it was so well appointed and thought out. The a/c units kept the whole home cold and comfortable. The dishes, cookware and utensils were all very nice (matching and beautiful) The pool and hot tub were awesome and the furniture outside was so well done. Even the beach towels, laundry soap, hand soap, dishwasher liquid as well as the bar soap were provided. Loved the soaps and other sundries. Everything was white and clean and smelled good. We have dogs at home and having Goji and Seven (sorry I forgot the third ones name) made us feel like we were at home. They greeted us every time we came "home" and spent time with us by the beach -- it was wonderful. The beach was so clean and no current so we could relax in the water which was warm and wonderful even in the morning!!! This property is the most wonderful stay we have had to date with VRBO. The caretakers were absolutely wonderful, only had to ask for paper towels but had them right away. Lastly, the car provided with the property was a great added bonus. I have to say the owners have thought of everything right down to a gate opener in the car. You guys, the caretakers and the dogs were wonderful and the property is paradise. Overall our stay at Villa Esencia was fantastic. The people of Turks and Caicos are wonderful. We vacationed during off-season, and had to worry some about approaching hurricanes. We also experienced no trade winds the entire time we were there. That wasn't a problem other then not being able to watch kite boarders sail through Long Bay. The house itself was everything the website presented it to be. We did feel that several things were missing in the kitchen, and hope that the owners will add some of our suggestions. The car that came with the rental needed a few repairs and again hope they will be addressed. One thing that the website does not address is that the owners live above this rental. They have the ability to see the pool and outdoor facilities from their balcony. This was not a huge problem, but we could occasionally hear walking and chairs being dragged across the floor. I would love to visit Turks and Caicos again and would highly consider going right back to Villa Esencia Premiere.

Villa Esencia is a truly beautiful tranquil place to visit. The villa is very private and lends towards a modern beach theme which is tastefully decorated. The private tiki hut on the beach is amazing! This property gives you a feel of the true Turks and Caicos.
