Had a great time with friends at the property, despite the poor weather. Plenty of space and the views are absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great time

I was there with my family and my cousin’s family and we were all so comfortable. We cooked mostly breakfast and dinners and I loved that they had great pans! (My own quirk) the space was comfortable to everyone and left us refreshed to enjoy the slopes. Thanks again for a great stay!

The house is set up perfectly for families, especially with teens. Our four teenagers had their own space downstairs where they also slept and had access to the hot tub from downstairs. Everyone loved the hot tub! The adults got to enjoy the fireplace upstairs. The view is beautiful! Besides the view, the location is great as well. It is nice quiet spot and a very short drive to the resort. That is exactly what we were looking for.

Just a few things: The front door lock is weird so we had to try a few times before we could get in. Same thing when trying to lock it. The oven door would not close properly (broken) and needs to be fixed. Also the ("0") does not work on the oven. The silverware drawer is broken so you have to be careful pulling it out. Shower nozzle in first floor bathroom points at back wall. Almost impossible to use it unless over 6ft tall. Fireplace screen falls off. There was no tp in any of the bathrooms when we arrived. Trash bag in container was useless - like tissue. We brought our own so wasn't a big deal. Couldn't turn the bright light on the porch off. It was on all night. Odd that for a world cup race weekend, there was not toilet paper or paper towel or even soap to start off with. We had brough all our own stuff but it's just odd. Also internet did not work intially because wrong password information was provided.

Things to work on: The outside trash can box is flipped n broken . Various old rotting construction wood near driveway n back deck needs to be taken out or burned. Downstairs tv has no internet cable Xbox or roku and cant get to connect. No Wifi . Kitchen draws stiff. But nice place and amazing view.

We were two families of adults traveling together for a wedding. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had lots of fun sitting in the large open concept living/dining/kitchen area making breakfast together or chatting late into the night. The deck was very spacious and the view was lovely. It was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee!! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the fire pit was just perfect for our group to sit around and share lots of laughs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect Killington getaway - the house is beautiful. Photos of the backyard view don't do a justice!

This house has a great location. Parking is pretty good also. Easy short drive right to Ramshead Lodge. The house was remodeled but obviously not by a professional carpenter. There are lots of little issues in the house that needed to be repaired. Owner said she was unaware of them. Towels are kind of old and dingy. There are no bureaus in the bedrooms not many places to store your clothes. Heat in the basement doesn't work to well, it never really got to basement up to temperature. Kitchen was really small with not much counter space for cooking. Take a good look at the pictures provided.

Easy. Great house. Close to everything

This house is perfection. It’s so close to killington and has enough stuff in it so you never have to leave when you are off the mountain. Two living rooms accommodated our group and the fire place and hot tubs were just bonuses. The downstairs living room even had an Xbox.

The house was comfortable and well-appointed. We had plenty of room for 3 couples with 6 young kids and the house had everything that we needed. Yvonne was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

Great property more then enough space for 2 adults and 5 teenagers. Minutes from the mountains and super easy checkin.

The property was perfect. Comfortable. Only issue we had was trying to get into property. Somehow the checkin email did not go through but once we were in, very responsive and helpful. It was an amazing weekend. And couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks!

We spent 2 nights at this home for a family wedding. There were 8 adults and one infant. Very comfortable, well equipped house in the woods. Close to Rutland, Pico and Killington. Would definitely stay there again!

My family enjoyed their vacation in Killington greatly because of this home and it’s location to the mountain. Has greats views. It is private and cozy.

Our group of 12 had a wonderful stay here over President’s Day weekend. I have rented many houses near Killington over the past 10 years and this was by far the best- conveniently located, spacious, and stocked with all of the necessities. There is ample parking for multiple cars, easy access to loading/unloading the house from 1st or 2nd level, comfortable beds and tons of space to hang out! We cooked our dinners at the house each night and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great to have 3 full bathrooms, no one was ever waiting for a shower. Additionally, Yvonne was a gracious host and thoroughly communicated all expectations. I would recommend this house to anyone heading to the area for an extended stay- definitely book if it’s available!!

Beautiful house, perfect locations & my group loved the comfy beds.

Our group of a few couples had a wonderful long weekend over New Years! The house was in a perfect location for skiing and enjoying all that Killington has to offer! Just a few minutes drive from the mountain. House was modern, open concept, and had incredible views. We loved gathering by the fireplace, great living area for hanging out and playing games. Hot tub on the lower deck was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Overall, had a fantastic time!

Our group absolutely loved his house. Everything has been updated. The view out the back is spectacular of the woods and Vermont mountains. We had the fire pit going, kids were in the brand new hot tub and adults enjoyed the scenery and warmth of the fire. It was just what I envisioned our Vermont adventure would be. The beds were super comfy. You can tell the hosts Rich and Yvonne stay there because it’s not like a bare Bones rental house - it’s has hi-end comforts from the bedding, towels and furniture. Everything looks new. My kids loved that there was an Xbox - kids had there space and the adults had theirs in front of the fire upstairs. The hostess Yvonne was really nice getting me a pack n play for the baby last minute since I forgot to request one. Weather was nice except for the day we left. All in all everyone enjoyed themselves and we would definitely rent this house again.

I cannot say enough good things about this house. The owners really took the time to make sure our stay was perfect.We are getting our dates together so we can book again ASAP!

The house was perfect for our group, the kids loved the downstairs area and the adults had more than enough room. The pictures don't do the house justice, the fireplace and the hot tub were amazing and everything was new and clean. Yvonne did an excellent job of answering any questions we had. We will be back again.

We stayed at the house with two other couples for a long golf weekend, the house was perfect for our group with lots of room for everyone. The house very clean, the hot tub was amazing and the views of the mountains were amazing, we will definitely be back again.

This place was super clean and close to all the sites. I loved the open floor plan. We had a nice meal on Saturday before we went out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful view too. We will definitely be back. Still in shock at how much snow there is in April!!
