Had another fantastic stay at Elua 1004. This unit comes with all the accessories needed to make for the perfect family vacation. Very clean and always ready for us upon arrival. Renting property was easy with no issue. Location was perfection. The property and beach were gorgeous. As others have noted and what we expected our accommodations would be was found true. The unit was a bit outdated and most furniture could use some updating. Garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work. 3rd bedroom upstairs was uncomfortably hot even with fans. Recreational supply box in lanai was not worth opening. But all in all it was a lovely stay. Location made up for everything else.

The hosts, Bob and Sunny, were very helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay at Elua. The condo has a terrific location with stunning views of the ocean and close to the pool. The condo has 3 bedrooms and the arrangement is interesting. One bedroom is downstairs with a king bed and a bathroom/laundry room close by. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms- one with two twins, a lovely lanai, and an attached bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom has a king bed and is more a loft style, in that one wall is open to the downstairs. There are wood shutters, but you can definitely hear everything going on in the living/kitchen downstairs. It was also fairly warm up there, even though there is AC in the unit. I'm giving 4 stars for the general condition and cleanliness because there was no maid service for the week we were there. they need some additional door mats to help keep the unit clean, and the lanai could use a good cleaning (lots of leaves, table and chairs needed cleaning). Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location steps from awesome Elua Beach
Perfect location, well supplied with beach chairs, surf boards, other toys. Kitchen well supplied, as were towels, bed linens. Overall, suited our group well but could definitely use a refresh. Weather was perfect so we loved patio and BBQ, but indoor furnishings should be updated. Quite dark inside but as I say, we were mostly outside enjoying perfect weather and great location. Nice pool area and we loved the pickle ball courts.

Family Vacation
We’ve stayed in Elua condo rentals many times. This condo didn’t meet our standards for a rental. Cleanliness was poor! The quality/comfort of beds to the quality of kitchen supplies was poor. I will say the location is awesome.

We were incredibly satisfied with our stay in this condo. The location was absolutely unbeatable, steps to the beautiful pool and a fantastic beach. From the condo we were able to see the kids on the beach and in the ocean which was highly convenient! There were a ton of beach chairs, towels, sun umbrellas, mask/ fins/ snorkels, and sand toys.
The kitchen was very well stocked which was great because we cooked nearly every meal in-house. We loved that there was a main fridge/freezer as well as a separate beverage fridge for all our drinks. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was plenty of bathroom toiletries, towels, and blankets.
Overall, we felt like we were staying at a good friend's house rather than a rented condo. So great!

We have used Wailea Beach Rental for many years and they are great. Especially in these trying time of Covid19. The were super accommodating in moving us to another unit as our rented unit was unavailable. We stayed in 1001 which is a magnificent three bedroom condo right on the water. Well equipped for cooking. Plenty of gear to take down to the beach. Strong wi-fi. Liked having a code on door so need for a key. Cannot wait until to come back. Also, Sunny is truly sunny. Always in a good mood. Good people to work with. Aloha.

Best feature is the location. Provides excellent access to beach, quiet and private, lovely setting. Perfect views. Kitchen had all necessary equipment and utensils. Air conditioning struggled to maintain even temperatures throughout the unit. Downstairs bedroom had no closet. Downstairs bathroom no AC vent.

Beautiful view from property, Bedrooms warm.
This property overlooks the ocean and the Wailea walking path. The view is gorgeous. We were able to walk to the beach and snorkel from the property. The property had avbsolutely everything that we needed. I gave it a 4 star rating because the downstairs bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms were hot at night. The airconditioning did not keep these two rooms cool. There were floor fans in the rooms to circulate the air but it was still warm for us.

I have been to Maui over a dozen times in recent years and have been fortunate enough to have almost always stayed in the Elua condominiums. All of the units are wonderful, but #1004 is extraordinary. The unit itself is well kept and very comfortable, and the location is fantastic. The ground floor lanai looks out over a grassy lawn adorned with palm trees, and onto the beach. The unit is also only a very short walk to the nearby pool and guest facilities. The upstairs bedrooms each have their own baths, and one has it own lanai looking out over the ocean. There is also a lanai off the back of the unit where the BBQ is located. This separation for the eating area on the front lanai is a nice touch. Elua 1004 is my favorite spot in Wailea!

The property is situated in Elua Village just steps to the beach. Watching sunsets, snorkeling, and walking to the nearby hotels were daily occasions. Our host was prompt and responsive to all of our needs. The summer heat can be overwhelming and we requested additional air conditioning units and were graciously offered two and a nice big welcome basket. We will definitely stay again!
