We had a wonderful stay in Eric’s condo. We have previously stayed in his units 3 times before. It was conveniently located to Canal and Bourbon! Eric is also quick to respond with questions or concerns. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay here. We attended a show at the Saenger Theater. It was an easy 10 mi. Walk there. The Trolly stop is less than a block away. We took the Trolly on a nice ride to the French Market. The Mediterranean restaurant downstairs smells AMAZING on the rooftop patio. It also rates great for supper. There is a 25 hr chicken restaurant 1 block away ans well as coffee and a bar. We will be back here for sure!

Property was exactly as pictured, very nice and a good area. Close to the French Quarter within walking distance. Host gave us many recommendations where to park, shop, and eat. Very helpful. Was a great place to stay and Eric responded very quickly when needed.

Eric is a great host and was very attentive/responsive to any question I had. His place was exactly as described and in a very convenient location to everything we wanted to do!! As stated, you will not need a vehicle as all of the (traditional) attractions and great restaurants are in walking distance. Once we parked, we didn't move our car until we departed. I almost requested an additional day, but had to get "back to the real world" :~)

My husband and I stayed here for my son’s Tulane graduation and it was everything I had hoped for! Being walking distance to the French Quarter, with a Rouse’s a block away and the trolley stop around the corner made everything so easy. Eric was a gracious, communicative host, which is rare! The apartment was a peaceful oasis during a hectic weekend-spacious enough to host our family for dinner one night and a quiet, comfy place to crash at the end of our activity-filled days. I highly recommend it!

The place is lovely. The pictures are spot on and everything is as described. The location is walking distance from great restaurants and the shuttle stop for those going to Jazzfest. Eric was great about answering questions and making our stay wonderful, I would happily return to this condo.

Perfect location, super clean, quiet but close, comfortable bed, updated condo with a roof deck. I mean, seriously, what more could you possibly want in NOLA? We street parked for free every night and moved to free neighborhood parking during the day. Thank you for a fab vacation Eric! We will be back!!!

We had a great stay in NOLA! The condo is in a perfect location. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. The condo had everything we needed and we appreciated the rooftop deck.

Everything was exactly how it was described and pictured, host was very knowledgeable in the location and gave us a list of things going on in the city and where we could find places close to the building. It was a wonderful stay!

Nice place. Good location. Deck was dirty, mice in the kitchen. Maybe bigger than mice, one stepped in the remote, turned on the TV middle of the night! Great entry system.

The condo is very pretty and in a great location for Mardi Gras. I do usually find they come with a few more things. We had mini bottles of shampoo, mini body soap but no conditioner or lotion. Two towels each but not washcloths.
The landlord did respond within a short time when we had to message that the electronic lock to the condo door was broken. He was prepared for this though with a ladder in the next unit for crawling in thru the window. We were only locked out for a little over an hour. If it were me I might keep a key in the mailbox. We did find the mailbox key in the condo…
The king size bed is extremely comfy! There is a parking garage only about 1/2 block down which charges only $40/night. I was seeing $50/night at most other places.
Overall a very nice stay.

As always staying in one of Eric’s properties was smooth and easy! Highly recommend, just not during Mardi Gras so we don’t loose out on it lol.

This condo was beautiful! The outdoor balcony was nice and private. It was walking distance from literally everything, while also being just far enough that it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. I cannot speak more highly of the host, Eric. He went above and beyind all of my experience in renting and is amazing! Highly recommended.

Loved this condo! Spacious and very comfortable. Everything that you need was there in the kitchen and bathrooms and of good quality. The location was perfect! Easy walk to French Quarter, restaurants and grocery store. We bought a Jazzy pass to visit the Garden district and took ferry to Algiers Point where we discovered a great taco stand. Saw a show at Saegar theatre, Oak Ally plantation and WW11 museum. So much to see and do and this condo is a great place to do it from. Eric, our host was wonderful! Slight problem with the tv and he was right there to fix it. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect property for a quick New Orleans getaway for New Years! Walking distance to great food and entertainment but far enough away from the craziness that we could have a nice quiet peaceful place to rest. Will definitely rent this property again when we come back.

Very well located in the French Quarter with easy walking distance to all areas in town. A plethora of excursions and tours available to introduce you to the history and foods of New Orleans. After walking about settle into the comfort of this condo that is both well-appointed and feels like home away.
From relaxing watching Football and Nascar to enjoying the outdoor poach, this was an excellent choice to meet our goal of enjoying New Orleans with a Great Location.
Eric was very responsive with questions we had and check in seamless when we arrived. If you have not experienced New Orleans or are returning to see more, this property is highly recommended as a relaxing and comfortable home base for your visit.
Thank you Eric, this is on our list of places to return to.

This was an awesome condo! Large and spacious, great kitchen, wonderful bedroom with large closet and en suite bath. We loved the outside patio, although it was a bit hot and humid while we were there. The location is perfect; short walk to the French Quarter but quiet, lots of parking. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board. We would definitely stay here again.
Eric was quick to answer questions and supply information. It made the entire process easy.

A great place to stay when exploring NOLA

We had a fantastic time. Eric was very communicative. Absolutely no issues with checking in/out. He had us ready to go as soon as we arrived. The property is within walking distance of the “loud” part of Bourbon street, but still far enough out to relax and sleep without excessive noise. The balcony area was perfect to chill out and have a drink. Public transportation is close and can take you anywhere fun for cheap. Uber drivers are near by for direct travel. We ordered in from Grubhub and Door Dash with no issues. Overall, everything exceeded expectations and would not hesitate to do it all again.

Great location. Clean and well maintained. It made my stay in N.O. more enjoyable. Allowed to be close to the action, but sneak off for peace, quiet and some recovery.

This is a charming apartment, nicely appointed, and in proximity to many places you will want to visit while you stay in New Orleans. The lodgings were light and bright and a great place to enjoy a rainy day. The owner responded to questions before the stay and promptly provided check-in and check-out procedures.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this rental property. The location is so central and fantastic. The area felt very safe and the building very secure. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful, well appointed, clean and interesting the home is. The outdoor deck is spectacular, especially at night and was just perfect to come home to and relax on after a long day out and about. Eric went above and beyond at every turn for us and was absolutely amazing to work with and we were just simply delighted with our entire experience! We spent five days in New Orleans, and truly can’t think of a better place to have stayed!

Eric's condo is fantastic. Close enough to everything via a short walk, but quiet and quaint when you are ready to relax too!!
Eric was great and responded to a few simple questions quickly and was very accommodating to some slight schedule changes too.
Would stay hear again if we ever get a chance to get to New Orleans again!!

Couldn’t ask for a better rental, the location was a perfect spot! Close enough to walk to the street car stops, bourbon st, waterfront, but just enough off the main streets so it’s quiet. Condo was great, absolutely beautiful and nicely furnished. We will definitely plan our future NOLA trips around renting this condo!

This was my second time staying at The Pulse and it will not be my last. This condo is amazing and the balcony just elevates it. Eric is an amazing host and has a very quick response time. I know the city well and you can't ask for a better location. I'll be booking my next visit soon!
