The apartment was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were all excellent

I do not like automated entry systems and computer check in where you have no human contact. The in-room tablet check in was difficult if you have no computing skills

The flat was amazing. I love the building itself and the apartment was lovely. It was very cool that it was two levels.

There is so sound insulation whatsoever in the bedrooms so it is possible to hear even low conversations between the rooms.

The Maisonette apartment was beautiful! Spacious, nicely decorated and prepared in the most welcoming way. It gives a feeling of luxury and comfort without being pretentious. The bathroom is nice with a two-person bathtub. The location is good with two bakeries within 200 meters and the entrance to the old center just around the corner. The balcony is a very nice add-on and behind the house is also a garden with pond and seating facilities. The management of the place is contact-free, only by messenger, but highly professional and very responsive; absolutely no complaints.

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped with more plates and cutlery, and for serious cooking, the working areas are a bit small. But this is complaining on a very high level.

This is a wonderful place to stay and Quedlinburg is a delightful city. There was a woman selling fresh strawberries, cherries and asparagus just outside the door, which were delicious! Easy walking distance to everything. Sadly the Abbess’s Schloss is currently closed for renovations but you can still visit the Abbey Church. Highly recommend the Audio guide town tour in English if you aren’t fluent in German ( available at tourist office).

Fantastic finding in a place we did not really know. We can only recommend this place to everyone! The check-in and preparations are all done online, communication is via tablets and mail. it works! The departments have all you can ask for.

Quirky, great location, superb value

Bed mattress was too firm, internet signal was poor.

Great location in the centre of Quedlinburg, everything is within easy reach on foot. The property has generous space and is very comfortable. Everything is well maintained and spotless clean, with many "loving touches". "Starter packs" of dishwashing tablets and coffee capsules were a nice touch.

The property is a mansard apartment, the sloped ceilings give it a great atmosphere, but you have to be careful not to bang your head in some areas. You have to climb several flights of stairs up to the property, not a problem for us, but something to be aware of.

This residential unit was quaint and very attractive, in a beautiful being; it contained most necessary facilities, including an excellent coffee machine!

We were AMAZED that BBC World was not available on the TV! We have travelled the world in remote places from Laos to Costa Rica, and only on one previous occasion have we ever found a location without BBC World! Even Lufthansa play BBC World in their airline lounges, as we experienced at Frankfurt last night. The WiFi was satisfactory when it worked, but it did not work always. Because of the shape of the building, space in the bedroom was exceedingly cramped. The lighting in the kitchen is appalling, and needs improving! For an old couple (I reach 80 next month!), having the bathroom downstairs from the bedroom was an inevitable disadvantage, but we coped with this OK!

Villa le Palais Quedlinburg was well located, and a very easy walk to explore the rest of Quedlingburg. The rooms were perfect for our needs and the kitchen was an absolute delight to cook in. I can't recommend it enough. We were unable to hear any of the other guests, and only the road traffic when the windows were open (excellent sound insolation). Parking was also easy to find.

There wasn't anything to not like!

Lots of space, very neat, clean and fully equipped in every room. The kitchen was also fully stacked with all kinds of equipment, Espresso machine etc. Conveniently located in the midst if historic Quedlinburg. It really holds what previous reviews suggest and promise. Responsive staff that answered immediately when question came up (it was all virtual, due to Covid restrictions).

Nothing to dislike. We didn’t even book it for the purpose of “a wedding” as the apartment is featured - but it’s a great place for any trip.

The apartment was beautifully appointed; the very solicitous and gracious host thought of everything a traveler could need. We lived like kings for a full week, savoring our time in this first-rate property.

The location is fab. So close to the beautiful centre of the town but still very quiet and peaceful. The bed was also very comfortable.

The apartment was significantly smaller than expected and there was a damp smell when we arrived. We were also given incorrect advice about the parking outside the building.

Very clean rooms. Very helpful and responsive staff. There is a kitchen with appliances in a room.
