A last minute cancellation of 'Lakeview Retreat' allowed me to spend an extra month in beautiful Ranch Mirage, an unexpected and very welcome surprise. The house was perfect for me, a bit smaller than Villa Verde, which I rented for January, but just right for me. Two very large bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen (I love to cook), a private courtyard, ample sized living room with a fireplace, a pool and hot tub, and best of all an incredible lake and mountain view. The Greenday Staff, as usual, was wonderful. I only had one little problem operating the hot tub and when I reached out to them they came and fixed it immediately. I give the property and Greenday high marks all around.

With a pool & spa outside and a view of the snow-covered mountains in the distance, and a beautifully-equipped home inside, there couldn't have been a better place to retreat to than Lakeview Retreat for a mid-Winter escape. A wonderful spot; we look forward to returning. And, especially, thank you to Dan & The Greenday Team!

The Lakeview Retreat is a perfect place to......relax, enjoy lake and mountain views - at the same time - while sitting on the pool deck - or even better - while in the pool! We loved spending November in this wonderful condo. From our first steps in the door we knew we had picked the right spot and that Greenday had given thought to their guest's expectations and concerns during COVID. The condo was very clean and to our surprise a bag with gloves, masks and hand sanitizer was there for us. A very thoughtful addition during this interesting time. The condo itself is well laid out and spacious for just two. It would easily accommodate 4 very comfortably. There is good separation of the bedrooms and a full size laundry room as well. The kitchen a nice size and has much of what you would need to prepare your daily meals. Additional surprises were the two bikes and the golf cart in the garage available for our use. Mission Hills Country Club has much to see and enjoy whether by foot, bike or golf cart! In short, the Lakeside Retreat was perfect for us and we hope return!!

First off, working with Steven was fantastic, so kind and helpful. We very much enjoyed the location and couldn't have been happier with the lovely Lakeview homes, comfortable both inside and out. This house has a beautiful set up and the pool is to absolutely die for. really good atmosphere to relax and have fun with the family and hanging out by the pool is by far the best thing to do, highly recommend to everyone looking for a great house with a pool.

Speechless when I entered the home. Pics didn't do it justice. Stunning views, clean, peaceful, exquisite backyard and pool. Very open space and high ceilings. 10++ in customer service, helpfulness and friendliness from all staff. Stayed 1 month-would've stayed longer if it was available. Grounds kept immaculate. Neighborhood wonderful-people nice, quiet, neighborly. House loaded with every item you'd ever need. Never needed to leave for entertainment or beauty. It's all here. Truly the nicest place I've stayed including most hotels. Going to cry today because I must leave my paradise oasis. Must experience to understand. Even my daughters 21 yr. old friend who visited described it the same way and said they didn't need to leave to go into town. Grateful for this experience.

A true retreat - quietly apart but definitely part of Mission Hills CC. A wonderful Greenday property that has been well-furnished to comfortably accommodate couples or families with a beautiful pool and duck-filled lake beyond the pool deck and Mt San Jacinto in the distance. A wonderful place to spend a season or a shorter stay. Well-equipped in the tradition of Greenday which professionally establishes the property and is always discretely available to help with any question. We have enjoyed ourselves here and look forward to returning. Thank you, Dan, and your team!

Can't say enough about our accommodations. Everything was top of the line, inside and out. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Inside, the house is beautifully furnished. Will definitely stay here again!

We have recently concluded a wonderful two month vacation stay in the Mission Hills Greenday Managed Property known as "Lakeview Retreat". The home is centrally located within the Mission Hills Country Club and has a much desired west facing exposure and view of the San Jacinto Mountains. Each evening we thoroughly enjoyed magnificent mountain sunsets from the backyard patio. This was a special part of our day, relaxing by the pool with a glass of wine and enjoying the spectacular setting sun behind the mountain scape. Lakeview Retreat has a fabulous floor plan layout consisting of a large master bedroom and guest bedroom, both with their own ensuite and shower, large living room, den sitting area, kitchen etc. You will enjoy the terrific "flow" of this house and all the natural light that floods the main living areas throughout different parts of the day. One thing you will most appreciate about this property is the great privacy it offers, especially when using the backyard salt water pool and spa. From our initial contact with Dan Phelan and his Greenday Management Team through to the conclusion of our stay, Dan and his Team were highly professional and excellent to deal with. Any need we had was always addressed in a timely manner. Whether you are considering renting the Lakeview Retreat or any other Greenday Property, we can highly recommend Greenday Vacation Rentals as your Mission Hills specialist, they have been excellent to deal with. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

We were here for February, 2019, and could not have had a better experience. The home, pool and spa were in perfect condition.

We have enjoyed the Greenday experience before so we were not surprised by the exceptional service from Dan and his team, efficient and unobtrusive and highly recommended. The Lakeview Retreat in every respect is superb. Externally it is obvious care, creativity and quality have been expended in bucket loads, comfortable furniture, superb view, well designed with pool, lake and landscape combining to keep you outside. Interior layout is excellent, the house flows, great views through large windows from wherever you are. The saying ‘the devil is in the detail' certainly applies, everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided and all to the highest quality. We enjoyed nothing but quiet, pampered relaxation. You will love it!

This was my 3rd stay at a Greenday property, every property has been fabulous but this was the best. All I can say is wow!!! My family and I will be back to Mission Hills and will definitely choose Greenday for our stay. They go above and beyond to make the stay the best.
