We stayed in the Villa in July for a week and had a lovely time. The Villa was spacious with plenty of outside space being detached and had a good view over the pool. The accommodation was tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The Villa is located in a quiet area of Golf del Sur which was perfect for our holiday requirement. The complex facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained with day activities/evening entertainment if you wish to participate. The pool is of good size with a separate pool for young children and is surrounded with plenty of sunbeds. They do have an on-site restaurant but found this to be expensive compared to prices in the local restaurants and bars which are plentiful and cover many cuisine types. Communication was very good throughout with Alex and all in all we had a great relaxing week in this Villa and would definitely stay again.

We had a good holiday overall because the property itself is in a fantastic complex. But there were many issues with the property itself which I will get to. Having arrived home and thought about going back to the same destination next year, we received an email from the host saying that the cleaner had reported that a door handle and locking mechanism wasn't working and that we were being charged £150 for the repair. The thing is that the door wasn't working from before we got there and I noticed this immediately after gaining entry to the property. I explained this to the host via Vrbo and got no reply. He still hasn't replied. This is nothing more than having a guest pay for maintenance of his property which he should be doing himself. Now the property, we had two infestations of ants whilst there. First one was in the living room and the second one was in the upstairs bedroom, we even had ants in our bed on one evening which obviously freaked us out. We had cockroaches in the kitchen almost every night, we had them in the cutlery drawer on more than one occasion and found one crawling out of the toaster too, which we obviously never used. The rooms were scorching hot, especially the downstairs one which the kids were sleeping in. They were waking nightly sweating. There are ceiling fans which we kept going each night, and there are two portable fans one of which is falling apart and therefore not working. Would return to the complex but not this property.

We stayed at this villa in May 2023 and were not disappointed. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The accommodation was spacious with plenty of outside spaces to relax in the sun or shade. The villa has one of the best positions on site where you can sit on the rear terrace which overlooks the pool and listen to the evening entertainment. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will definitely be booking again. Graham and Alison

Villa is good in general, an only comment is shower at second floor is really outdated and requires renovation. Neighborhood is very quite (if not to say boring), we have spent most of the evenings at Los Cristianos which is 20 minutes driving, but be prepared to parking space shortage over there.

Nice and small holiday village. Villa ultra clean and perfect space for us, 2 couples. Great restaurant on-site, and also a good small shop. Personnel very kind and helpful. A bit of noise from aircraft from time to time. Overall a great relaxing stay.

Beautiful and superb place for a mid winter break. The place could do with a good vacuuming (loads of hairs floating around), and the bed in the master bedroom is one of those linked coil springs: I hated sleeping in it, but i know that is a preference.

Probably the best located villa on site. We loved enjoying the nightly entertainment on the patio which also overlooks the pool. New WiFi is a great addition which the kids were most grateful for. Beautiful villa, perfect location, just the right amount of entertainment for us - such a welcoming place where we always feel at home. Owner Alex is always available and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Sunningdale Villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday with plenty of space to enjoy. The location on site is ideal, over looking the pool so you can relax on the balcony and keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool. There is plenty of activities taking place throughout the day and live music in an evening, that being said it’s not intrusive like some places. The villa is modern and very clean and well equipped for self catering. The location in Golf Del Sur is in a quiet area but there is access to local shops and a great Irish Bar a short 5 min walk away. Within 10 mins you can access the sea front and marina where there are additional restaurants and 15mins you are in San Blas with a wide variety of restaurants and shops. I would recommend taking a walk further along the boardwalk to Los Abrigos where you will find a quaint harbour surrounded by restaurants. I would recommend Sunningdale, if you are looking to stay in this area.

Although we had stayed at this resort previously this was our first stay at a private villa. The Villa is perfectly set within a super resort that is ideal for families with access to verandas to capture the sun for the whole day. The villa is roomy and well equipped and the hosts were easy to message and quick to respond to questions. We like the Golf del Sur area and would consider returning to this villa in the future.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations as did the host. The villa has a wrap around terrace and is prime position at the resort. We had the ability to have our own space if we wanted it or come together as a group. We were unlucky with the weather but from previous visits we know this is because we went a bit earlier in the year than usual. Overall, we were very happy.

This villa is wonderful. Perfect location overlooking the pool, great terraces front and back , lovely decor and so spacious. My only one gripe is I'd have liked the villa to be cleaned to a better standard before we came. It's the only fault I could find though. We will be back 🌴

Just returned from a weeks stay in this villa. We are a family of 4 and it suited us perfectly. The grounds are great for kids with a heated pool and a lovely little play ground for the kids which is close to the Resturent. The villa it’s self is spacious and has everything you need. It has a great pool view on one side. Alex was a perfect host always available if I had a question. Sunningdale village is very well looked after, with friendly staff always happy to help. A great atmosphere amongst all guest too. Only thing I would say is we needed more towels as there was no washing facilities. We had a super week can’t wait to visit again soon. Thanks Alex

Fabulous villa, located overlooking the pool with an easy walkway leading down to pool bar & restaurant. Restaurant food was very high quality with an ample menu to select from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only made it onto the second page of the menu the night before we left! Resort staff are second to none. Friendly, helpful and fun. The daily quiz (optional) over lunch was a great laugh. Villa was spacious and had everything we needed. A few extra towels would be an idea and the shower curtain in downstairs bathroom needs replaced but we all loved it and are already looking at dates to return. My mum has MS and walks with a stick. She was delighted when we arrived and realised how easy it was to get around the resort. The location of the villa to the pool, restaurant & bar couldn’t have been better. Total silence at night even though near restaurant. Nightly entertainment was also surprisingly good - we even got up for a boogie at one stage. We went out for dinner one night and had planned to go out more but we enjoyed the restaurant food so much we spent most evenings there. Great holiday - would highly recommend.

Stayed for 1 week with 4 friends. Lovely apartment excellent location on a very well run complex. Hopefully going to return next year 😀

A lovely apartment, beautifully decorated. I have been going to this resort for many years and it’s perfect for families/couples, staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Communication with the owner when needed was fast and helpful, very much appreciated. Had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Can’t wait to return to one of my favourite holiday destinations - and apartment. Thank you Alex and Paula :-)

Adequate kitchen for anyone staying at the villa considering most would eat at the local restaurants. Bedrooms are nicely furnished and the roof top terrace off of the master bedroom makes for a lovely escape for parents! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting the villa again.

Great property, just as the photos show. Lots of space, we had 5 adults staying and it still felt spacious. Complex is very good, with lovely swimming pool and bar area. We went out most evenings, there were a few bars/restaurants within walking distance, those along the harbour are worth a visit. Had great communication with Alex, before and during our visit, responded very quickly. A lovely relaxing week away.

Have stayed In this resort for many many years. The cleaners and maintenance staff keep the place in immaculate condition. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is of a high standard, a better varied choice over the week would be welcomed. The villa we stayed at had a terrible sewage smell through out the whole week. I did contact the owner to ask if maintenance could come to check if there was a blockage. No one contacted me or came which was a big disappointment as it was really unpleasant.

Six adults shared this villa, for a 4 night break in March.15 mins drive from the airport. On arrival,we were pleased that the villa lived up to our expectations. Clean and tidy. Kitchen fairly well equipped. 2 towels per person on each bed.Table and chairs on a veranda overlooking the pool,which is situated right next to the villa. Table and chairs at the front of the villa,which was a good sun spot as well. Plenty of sunloungers available. Pool was pleasantly warm. Pool towels available from the reception, 10 euros per person deposit. Played mini golf,which was sited next to the pool,as well as a pool table. Mixed reviews about food available from the pool bar.Had a tuna salad for lunch,that was good.Cooked breakfast was poor,unfortunately. Had an evening meal in the restaurant,which was nice.Plenty of restaurants around for different eating experiences. Had a couple of good meals when we walked down to the seafront,which was about a 15 -20 minute walk. On site supermarket. Larger supermarket is about 20 mins to walk to,if you are wanting a bigger selection. Generally,this villa was good value for the money we paid. Feedback on a couple of things.Only two tea towels available,for the amount that they cost,it would have been nice to have had a couple more. It would also have been nice for there to have been a disposable cloth for use in the kitchen.There weren't any in the on site shop and again, for the amount that they cost to provide. The villa was clean,but both showers could have done with a little more of a scrub.Needed a cutting board! Sorry, probably nitpicking, but little things that could be easily remedied!! Would recommend!

On arrival the villa was found to be clean with all appliances in working order. It is safely situated within the Sunningdale complex and has car parking just a few meters from the villa entrance. There are three verandas all of which get the sun at various times of the day. The rear veranda which overlooks the pool was the one most used by us and it is the only area that WIFI connection is possible. Noise from the nightly entertainment ceases about 11pm and from then until around 9am the following morning there is silence. The silence coupled with a comfortable bed was conducive to a good nights sleep. (or was it the alcohol.) Anyway the villa is very nice and although there are some minor issues with drains (which is inherent throughout the island.) a few minutes with the doors open quickly dispels the problem. This believe me is nothing to be concerned about and is only mentioned because someone else in a review mentioned it in a highly negative manner. The complex has its own restaurant but there are loads of other places within easy walking distance or if you have a car, Los Abrigos and El Medano are only a short drive away. All in all a very nice holiday villa, treat it with respect and you will have no problems.

Villa is right by the restaurant and poolside. Plenty of inside and outside space. Could have done with more tea towels ( only allocated one, had to ring for another) and hand towels ( one between two people) . Would we return, already looking at going again next year

Having stayed in this villa for the past 6 years on alternate years for a month at a time,the improvements to the whole apartment really stood out. The new decor and the new kitchen layout and appliances were first class. The extra clean and bed change was well worth the money at the half way stage of our holiday. The overall change to the exterior of 19B made it look really smart. Our French friends thought it looked really ' tres chic' and cooked several typical french meals, and my speciality 'crepes'. We really enjoyed eating our lunch on the balcony at the rear overlooking the pool, the glass top table was a real asset. Hopefully we will return again in 2 years time. The only draw back for us was the lack of a coffee table to put our drinks and nibbles on each evening for aperitif's ,this would make the lounge complete.

My family spent a wonderful 10 days here. The villa was really nice and is exactly as the pictures shown. It was very nice being able to see our boys in the pool from the balcony, knowing they were being closely watched from the lifeguard. The complex is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The restaurant on the complex (Zachary’s) was always busy during the day and had a varied menu at lunchtime also providing refreshments and snacks all through the day. Can’t comment on the evening meals as we never dined there, but again also busy in the evening with some sort of entertainment every night. The drinks were a little pricey if you don’t drink beer but they do offer happy hour between 5 and 6pm. There is also an on-site shop which was very handy getting ice-creams and drinks and at one point arm bands for when your near the pool and if you are self-catering. The pool was amazing, again very well maintained and clean and the added entertainment around the pool was a bonus. All the staff we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly and great with my children. There is not an awful lot to do around the golf de-sur, if you have a young family, but the complex does offer free buses into various parts of Tenerife and the tourist attractions. This was not an issue for us as we hired a car for the duration. Siam and Loro were the better parks in our opinion. However the dolphin show in Aqualand and the bird shows in Jungle world were fantastic and are still very much worth a visit. Driving to Playas or Los Cristianos was between 15-20 mins and a taxi was between €25-€30. Downside is, we felt that the complex was more for the older generation or couples, rather than families. However we do understand that we wasn’t there during peak time. And many of the staff and regular residents did say that it was flowing with families in the summer. At the villa we could of done with another tea towel as we only had the one for our 10 day stay. During the time in the villa, we never had our linen or towels changed once, which is a little annoying as we had been charged a cleaning fee. We also shared the villa with some ants, so we assume there is a nest somewhere but we wasn’t able to locate it. Not a major issue for us as we kept the villa clean from anything sticky ect and there is spray provided to help eliminate bugs. Overall, a wonderful time spent here and would more than likely return but in the peak season.
