Nice location lake rental. Home was stocked well for linens, paper goods, spices, kitchen items. Kayaks & paddle boat were a nice addition. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Had a wonderful vacation. Location was great. House was well maintained. Great living areas, space for a full family. Kitchen was plentifully stocked, well organized and had everything needed for cooking. Kayaks and paddle boat were great to have on the water. Would stay again.

Great place to stay on the lake. Incredibly clean. Plenty of beds. Super close to Penn Yan. Very shallow part of the lake. Kayaks were a HUGE plus.

We had a wonderful sister reunion. The accommodations were great with all the amenities. The location was wonderful!

The chalet was clean and well supplied. Also very comfortable accommodations. The bedrooms large and had all the comforts of home. Heaters available although didn’t need as gas fireplace kept place cozy. We found trails to explore and enjoyed walking our 2 small dogs. Highly recommend. Weather was iffy which meant we couldn’t enjoy the lake and kayaks but was enough to see in the area to keep us happy. Watkins Glen only 25 minutes. Back deck overlooking the lake was so nice! Highly recommend.

Had ALL the amenities you could want, including 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, a dock for our 18ft fishing boat. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was very quiet in mid May. Used the grill a lot. Our dog was very happy and settled in quickly. Fished off the dock at dusk and got fish, catch & release.

The owners of this home have thought about the visitors every need. Great bedding, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and newer appliances. Organized, and very clean! Great place for a small group! Close to everything you may need, and lots to do in the area!

Overall, a very nice property. We have stayed at numerous VRBO's and AirBnb's, and Vacasa and we were impressed with the cleanliness, ease of check in, communication, overall condition of the property, the neatness and completeness of the cutlery, tableware, glassware and cookware in the cabinets and drawers. Beautiful views off the back deck with a quick walk to the small dock and very easy access to Penn Yan and its restaurants and shops. And one of my pet peeves; a coffee maker that worked. Some small gripes. If you are going to have a sound system or some type of entertainment system, it should be modern and work properly. The only one available had an extremely old Apple iPod hookup....circa early 2000's.... and the FM radio was useless. Also, I can't remember is this is in the listing, but if you are tall, or have tall guests, you DEFINITELY need to watch your head, especially the lower floor kitchen area. Lastly, the front door, and back door need screens on the storm door portion/opening to allow the flow through of air that is mentioned even on the instruction sheet on the dining table. Without those doors having screens, the airflow was significantly reduced and at night the bugs would have flooded the place. As I mentioned, overall very minor gripes on what we all saw as a superior property and location.

My friends and I absolutely loved our weekend getaway! It was so clean, cozy, and cute! With BEAUTIFUL views and everything you need! Also, was a perfect location for a great price! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

There was 4 of us and two dogs for a half-week retreat and this place met all of our needs. We enjoy cooking for vacation and this is likely the most well equipped kitchen with all of the basic needs I have found. The view of the lake was replenishing and the 2-kayaks were a huge plus. Overall, this place is the perfect sweet spot of amenities and price in a great location!

We had a great time at the Fingers Lake area, we loved the hikes and lake. The house was perfect for our needs. My husband is tall 6'4" so our only challenge was he kept forgetting to duck when he walked through the door jams downstairs in the house and hit his head several times but other than that everything was great.

The home was Exceptionally clean and well stocked with every kitchen item needed to make the stay convenient. We thought the home looked better in person than in the pictures! It was great! Plenty of space to spread out with teens. The teens loved being close to town. We are new dog parents and loved having the ability to have Hudson (the unplanned surprise rescue dog) join us. His crate fit nicely in the front porch/Florida room. We absolutely loved being right on the water with a nice gated deck, small yard for doggy duties, and the dock with kayaks and a paddle boat. Several PFDs were available as well as a fishing pole. All linens and towels were nice and beds comfy. Bring beach towels. You should bring water shoes as well. As with most lake homes, there are many steps. A.C. was needed for our trip as it was unusually hot! The bathrooms did not have A.C. but we didn’t mind. We used fans. The home used every inch of space very well! We met the friendly cleaning lady on our way out and made sure to thank her. Next door neighbors are friendly. With Covid 19 we weren’t sure we’d have a vacation, but this was a nice way to socially distance and feel normal for a bit! We hope to come back!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Our stay at this property was very seamless and enjoyable. The location allowed both the time on the lake and the opportunity to walk in to town. We appreciated the use of the kayaks and the dock. Friendly neighbors.

The cottage was neat, well stocked and just as we remembered. We stayed at The Chalet on Keuka in 2016 and liked it enough to be repeat customers. We love the paddle boat and kayaks that are included. Fishing was great (all catch and release). Thank you so much for the flexibility of staying over a weekend and allowing our furry family to stay also. The weather was perfect for the cherry on top of our stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed to make it our home away from home for the week. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the spectacular view, especially at sunset! We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and the paddle boat. And for our family the fact that our dogs (3) were welcome made this the perfect choice! Close to some great wineries for an added bonus! We did have one “small problem “ but our phone call to the owner provided a quick remedy which was greatly appreciated.

Loved staying here! The views were great and the location was easy to get to all the wineries and over to Seneca Lake. We were here for a long weekend and couldn't have asked for a better place.

The chalet was nice and clean upon arrival. Everything was as described in the listing. Easy to find location with convenient access to local attractions and shops.

So close to downtown Penn Yan. Walked and biked daily either downtown or the bike trail to Dresden. The cottage was super clean. Bryan went out of his was to accommodate us. The cottages are very close together so if you need alot of privacy this is not for you. There is a set of maybe 10 stairs leading from the road to the cottage. The bedrooms are on the upper level (3 stairs?)..super comfy beds. The kitchen and living area are downstairs (7 stairs?)..so there is not alot of natural light but plenty of lights so we got used to it. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Bryan!!!

Rainy week, but the fishing was great! Great family vacation with lots of memories to look back on!

We just spent a wonderful week on Keuka Lake! This cottage was perfect! 1. Great location...north end of the lake, 5 minute drive to restaurants, grocery, drug stores, laundromat, and Seneca Farms (best ice cream and fried chicken ever) 2. Clean and updated...both bathrooms are new, kitchen has been recently remodeled, beds are comfortable (no lumpy mattresses), place was spotless when we arrived 3. Well equipped...there was nothing we needed or wished we had brought from home while we were there, Plenty of cookware, pots & pans, utensils. Even a hand mixer and beaters when my daughter decided to make cookies 4. Unlike many rentals, linens and bath towels are provided. The only thing we brought with us were beach towels. 5. All cleaning and paper products were plentiful. This was awesome! The closet upstairs is loaded with everything if/when you run out. Paper plates, paper towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, etc. 6. Kayaks and peddle boat included for lots of fun out on the water. Everything about this spot is 5 stars! If we return to Keuka Lake, we would definitely stay here again!

This cottage was the perfect headquarters to our finger lake wine experience. The location was great as everything we needed was very close by. This included a grocery store, coffee shop, and (of course) wineries. The place was so nice and clean that we felt we were truly on a relaxing getaway. Being lake front was a huge plus. We took advantage of the kayaks, paddle boat, grill, and deck quite a bit. Plus: the beds, pillows, and comforters were amazing! All of us felt as though we were sleeping on clouds! Overall, I would highly recommend! I'll never go to the lakes and stay in a hotel again!

Lovely views from this very comfortable lakefront home. There is a paddle boat & kayak available for guests. We used the kayak and had a wonderful time. The house is well stocked with almost anything you could possibly need. Two of the close by neighbors live there year round, & are freindly and helpful. If you're social types like we are, you will be able to entertain in this spacious, well maintained home. On the other hand, if you want to get away from life in the fast lane, you can close the door behind you, and relax to the lovely veiw and quiet sounds of nature. I highly recommend this property.

Cottage was was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you would need in the kitchen. Loved the deck, kayaks and paddle boat. The deck has a gate so the dog could be with us without being tied up. The only thing I was not crazy about was that all 5 of us could not sit in the living room at the same time because there was only a small couch and 1 chair in that room. Fortunately we had good weather and were on the deck and dock for most of our week. Bryan was great to work with. Responded very quickly to emails and was very accommodating. Loved the fact that we could bring our dog. Sunsets were spectacular! Definitely would recommend.

Good location. Great facilities. A lot of new amenities like a dishwasher. Not a huge living room space but no problem when the weather is good with the Florida room. I would definitely consider staying here again.

My husband and I stayed at this cottage in September for a mini-anniversary getaway. We had a wonderful visit!! The house is excellent - great location close to Penn Yan, very clean, updated and cozy. Not to mention it's right on the lake with an amazing view! We brought our two dogs on the trip too, which was very convenient! Bryan was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We are looking forward to our next stay at this house! Spent three nights at the cottage. It was most enjoyable-beautiful lakefront with deck and enclosed sunroom to enjoy the views. Close to town. Cottage was very clean, nice layout, stocked with everything we needed. A plus is the kayaks available for guest use. We were there for the fall dog show at Sampson State Park and had a very relaxing long weekend...and of course visited our share of wineries while there. Thank you Bryan.
