Host was friendly and had lots of info to offer. Great foodstuffs provided. Good location within walking distance to buses, trains, restaurants and stores. We would have liked more room to put our bags down.

Very nice room with everything that is needed. Fresh, clean and modern. Even if I couldn’t use the outdoor space (grey and cold November) it was very nice set up. Neil met me by the door and showed me how everything worked. Good to meet in person. I will book again.

As far as short stays in London are concerned, this has it all. Close to trains and buses our stay was fuss free, no stress and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

No complaints about the property - it was great! Especially the garden you’re in. Good neighborhood as well. It’s about 40min to get to most attractions in London. Fit my budget and even had the kitchen which I usually don’t get for this rate.

We enjoyed our little garden getaway very much. Found the area to be close to many transit options. Hope to visit again soon.

We spent a week here and had a great time and great weather. Neil and Sandra were very friendly and great hosts! The studio was perfect size for two people and very private! Everything you need is provided, including coffee, tea, milk, eggs, butter, bread and jams! Thank You Hosts!

Pretty cramped for people travelling far with 2 suitcases and 2 carryon's. Shower temperature gave us problems.Not the easiest place for getting into London - especially for older (over 70 folks). Neal and Sandra were very ffriendly hosts.

The property is well maintained and has convenient bus service to central London. It’s location at the end of the hosts’s garden makes it very private.

We enjoyed our stay very much in Neil and Sandra's Garden studio. Everything was fully working and as listed, and the "check in" was easy even though we were delayed. Added extra was the beautiful garden to walk through to get to the studio. Next time we visit hopefully the weather will be fine to enjoy the studio's patio terrace.

The studio was exactly as it looks like on the online pictures, you ca trust it with closed eyes! It is very clean. There's everything you need to feel at home. Be careful though, it's cold there in winter. A radiator quickly heat the studio, but don't forget to bring slippers. Furthermore, Neil made us feel very welcome at our arrival and was very friendly, thank you once again. The studio is close to Catford Bridge station which makes the centre of London very accessible by train. There is also a shop nearby which is open until late in the evening. It is very convenient for some shoppings. We will keep a excellent memory of this stay and recommend this place !

Great place to recover from jetlag, everything you could want to just relax and kickback, easy access to London, very comfortable and Neil gives great assistance to getting settled in, also proving the little things like ground coffee beans and plunger!, eggs for brekky, etc. Great start to our UK adventure, Couple of old Ausie's Ray & Marg Well done Neil, we'll be back!

We love the "cottage" ! Compact but all you need ! Spotless and lovely garden area to enjoy your tea in the garden--weather permitting!!!! Great for a couple who wants to explore London! It is an easy walk to the train to central London. Within 5 to 10 minutes are great pubs, pizza, and many convenient stores. The buses run frequently from a main road 2 minutes away! The hosts are so helpful and friendly! We will return!

Neil and Sandra provide a great holiday cottage in their backyard, we cannot speak more highly of them or their garden cottage. It’s modern and bright and nicely decorated, they keep it very clean and well maintained. We stayed nearly a month and never had one issue. It was a pleasure to come home to at night, we felt very comfortable and totally secure. Communication with owners was excellent. Catford is so easy to catch trains from, we had just a short walk to two stations, a local Sainsburys right next to the stations and a couple of great pubs on the walk home. We would highly recommend the garden room at Blythe Vale. We plan to revisit as we enjoyed it so much. Christine and Robo

This suite was the perfect home base for our trip. It is spotlessly clean, so nicely decorated and very well equipped. The private patio is very cozy. Our hosts are lovely people. We really appreciated the bread, butter, eggs and marmalade they provided so we could start our day with a quick meal. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Neils. Very clean, quiet and comfy! Wish it was a bit closer to London, but that was our own fault. Trains to London are close (10 min walk). We would recommend to anyone wanting to stay outside of London!

We had a wonderful experience staying in the garden studio. The accommodation is within easy reach from the city and check-in was easy. Neil greeted us personally upon arrival and was very accommodating throughout our stay. The garden studio is very well looked after and perfectly equipped. It is a real little haven in South London.

Neil 's Apartment ist eine perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man länger in London bleiben möchte. Nachdem die Stadt eher laut und schnelllebig ist, kann man hier wirklich zu Ruhe kommen. Sauberkeit, Ambiente aber auch die Gastgeber waren hervorragend! Man fühlt sich schon bei der Ankunft sehr wohl. Für Alle auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Sollten wir nochmal nach London kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder zu Neil und Sandra.

I loved staying here. Everything and more was provided. I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone. Shops and amenities are all very close and only takes 20 minutes to get into the city by train.

My daughter and I loved staying here. It had everything we needed to feel at home and was conveniently located near public transportation. Neil was very responsive to any and all inquiries. Love is in the details and this property definitely displayed the love, from UK adapters to fresh grapes. I would definitely love to stay here again.

We absolutely enjoy our staying. The position was great between 2 train station and then 15 min to get to central London. The street of the flat it’s nice and quite. The flat was great. Nicely decorated, clean and very warm. Also had all we needed for the weekend. Finally the host were really nice and accommodating with our requests. Thank you we’ll definetlly use it again.

Absolutely loved staying at this little hideaway apartment. Neil made sure we had everything we could possibly need, plus a few extras. It was wonderful to come back to after long days of walking. It’s close to the train station that will take you right into the heart of London in 20 minutes. You won’t be disappointed with your stay!
