We had a wonderful stay. The villa was spotless and was larger than it appeared in pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked. The community was luxurious gated community and very quiet with nice views and convenient to airport beaches and attractions. Would love to stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa vista. La vue est superbe sur toute la côte. Le lotissement est très sécurisé. La villa est très bien équipée. La piscine devrait être chauffée dans le prix de location . Eau bien fraîche au mois de juin .

The villa is very good. The location, even far away from beach, is very peaceful with a great view. Everything is excellent in the villa. The mattress shouldn’t have that sponge on top of it.

Great with a large group because everyone has their own space ! Two bedrooms have an en-suite, large living space inside and out. View is amazing and it’s close to a large mall and grocery stores! It’s also close to Faro fish market which I highly recommend! I recommend if staying at this location to have your own vehicle! Pool is a bit small but still had a blast! No shallow end for small children but that didn’t stop us from having fun

Superbe séjour ! La villa est magnifique et la vue très agréable

Overall the villa is comfortable with good facilities. The lounge area has lovely leather sofas and a large screen TV. The well equipped kitchen and spacious and the separate utility room provided a washing machine and extra freezer. The style and size of bedrooms and bathrooms are very good but the comfort of the beds could be improved by better quality beds and mattresses. The downstairs double bedroom occasionally suffered from bad drainage smells from the en suite. The outside space comprises three main areas - dining space, pool area and garden. The dining area has a large dining table and excellent BBQ and has lovely views to the coast - a great area for spending an evening. The pool was slightly deeper than we expected (1.58m throughout) - it would be useful to state the pool depth on the website. Pool temperature was 26C on average. The two poolside loungers were not really enough for our party of 6 (including a baby). The garden had 5 comfortable loungers which was sufficient for our party but only 1 parasol to cover the 7 loungers was inadequate. It should be noted that there is no on site parking although we were able to park somewhere on the street outside the villa throughout our stay (although often not immediately outside the villa entrance). The aircon in the bedrooms was a great benefit to deliver good nights rest. The Seashell staff were helpful and responsive during our stay. We appreciated the welcome pack on arrival (sparkling wine, water and delicious cake).

Having never been to Portugal before we weren't sure what to expect. This property is in a gated community up on the hillside on the way to Loule. It has lavish outside area - beautiful landscaping. Plenty of sun beds and places for shade / eating. Could not fault the views and location. The house has 4 huge bedrooms and everything you need - tasteful furnishings and friendly property management. We would recommend.
