This house suited our needs when visiting Asheville for a wedding. The house was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Outside space was also nice especially the fire pit and the deck. Only thing that we would change is the kitchen. The range and cabinets in the middle of the room made it a bit difficult to prepare meals...especially with more than one person in the room. Outside of that...great stay and we would stay here again.

We hosted an engagement party for some of our closest friends at this rental home, and it worked out perfectly! Even with a lot of rain in the forecast, we were able to set up comfortably on the back deck and in the sunroom, living room, dining room and sitting room to give people plenty of space to eat, mingle and celebrate. We planned on using the beautiful outdoor venue space for the celebration, but the weather had other plans for us. Fortunately, the property is set up well for both types of events. Becky was communicative and helpful throughout our entire experience, and we highly recommend working with her!

It’s rare you get a property where they not only allow events but also provide supplies for them! This was an amazing spot for my rehearsal dinner and the back yard / event space was perfect for about 25 of us, but could hold even a few more! Great area for kiddos to run around while the huge tables and chairs and extra event platters, lanterns, and setup were so so helpful and appreciated! It ended up being the most gorgeous outdoor garden party on the patio area, but the tables even fit in the event space if you needed it! The bedrooms and bathrooms general living space are clean, and there’s a huge dining table. Great communication with host and she even FaceTimed me and called me proactively to show me the space! On a weekend like your wedding you need low stress and I was so grateful for this property! We also got ready here and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our wedding and reception at Becky's venue behind the house. It was absolutely perfect! Becky was extremely helpful and her house was beautiful and spacious. Every comfort had been thought of and provided. Our family really enjoyed the spacious home and beautiful wedding venue!

The house and yard were perfect for a small baby shower and to for family to stay at while visiting. Becky was so easy to deal with.

I took my three sisters to stay two nights in this beautiful home! Everything about this home/property was beautiful! This home was cleaner than any motel I have ever stayed and the bed linings smelled so so good and the beds were so Comfortable that we all slept later than normal! Lol The owner gave us detail about if how far were were from the highlights to visit during our stay! We visited the Biltmore Estate and visited a few local restaurants she told us about! Definitely recommend this home if you plan to visit Biltmore or the town of Asheville NC!

Close to downtown Asheville and plenty of room in the house. Loved it!

Great property!

This home is beautiful, and it was by far the cleanest home I have ever stayed in! The wood floors are amazing! The bedrooms are spacious, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Each room has high quality linens. There are cozy quilts and soft blankets in the linen closet for snuggling on the couch. There is plenty of seating in the living areas, and the furniture is clean and comfortable. The home is in a great location since it's close to so many Asheville attractions, as well as stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet -even on New Year's Eve! I texted a couple hours before we arrived and asked Becky if the kitchen had a crockpot. She said no and asked what size we needed. When we arrived a bit early to the house, Becky's husband was delivering a brand new crockpot! We found the kitchen well stocked. The appliances all worked and were in great condition. We looked for the turkeys, but didn't spot any. We looked for bear as well and were disappointed we didn't see any. Maybe next time! Becky responds quickly and is very accommodating. If you are looking for a home in this area, this is the one you want! We will be staying again!

Very clean and spacious house! There were 2 couples in our party. We had plenty of room. We went to The Biltmore which is not far away at all. Communication with Becky was superb. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

This was our second year staying at the house for our Christmas trip. Everything was perfect again. My family enjoys all aspects of the house, the game room, year, fire pit, kitchen, bedrooms and baths are all great and help make for a perfect trip. We will definitely be returning next year.

A really nice place to stay! Plenty of room for the four of use to spread out. The bedrooms were spacious and the grounds were so pretty! It’s close to the grocery store, gas stations, and a bank. Also close to restaurants and shopping. 10/10 would stay here again!

It was a lovely area. The owner readily available when we had a question. We prepared two dinners in the well equipped kitchen and would definitely go again. It is very convenient to Asheville and the Biltmore.

Peace in the woods gave my Family respite between events around a destination wedding. Sunrise over the front yard and a wild turkey coming out of roost. Sunset over the back deck while communing with the song birds and squirrels! Becky was so thorough in setting us up before checking in, avoiding the need for questions. We look forward to staying in this beautiful home again

This home is a great find. Interior is beautiful, well cared for and very clean. Sheets & towels feel high end. Whole house has an upscale feel. The 2 dining areas & 2 sitting rooms, both with televisions, we’re enough to give 6 adults their own space Located close to outlet area, but once you’re on the property, you feel miles away from the main roads. Deck & backyard are quite and very peaceful— a great place to get away from the hustle & bustle of traveling and family events Highly recommend and I usually stay at 4-5 star hotels

We loved the house. It was clean and convenient to visit the Blue Ridge parkway. Also convenient for visiting the downtown. The property manager was very kind and easy to communicate with. We made lots of fun memories!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There is plenty of seating and tons of outdoor space. The house was very clean if a little dated. We were about 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville, but the property itself is in a quiet neighborhood close to the NC Arboretum and blue ridge parkway. The owner was also very responsive. We would stay there again.

We had a great trip to Asheville! The house was super clean, quiet and spacious. Becky was very responsive and the house had everything that we needed. It was a 10 minute drive from the airport and 15 minute drive from downtown. Very convenient to other activities/excursions:-)

She offered to keep our luggage while we were out and waiting for the house to be cleaned. This house was perfect for our family that included 3 kids under 7!

This house provided so much space for our family of four. There were multiple areas to congregate inside, and the outside was equally inviting. We loved the deck, fire pit, and expansive yard. Becky was a wonderful host and she responded to my questions immediately and offered fantastic suggestions for things to do in the area. The bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked and the home was spotless when we arrived. The Blue Ridge Parkway is literally in your backyard, and downtown Asheville is only a 10-15 minute drive away. We hope to return!
