We had an amazing time! The beachfront property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could need to make our stay nice and easy. There were tons of beach games and chairs, kitchen gadgets and other essentials. We had one small issue with a mattress and the owner and caretaker were super prompt and immediately fixed the problem. There was so much space for our large group. The outdoor spaces were perfect for watching the sunsets and birds. We will definitely be back!

First time I rented a vacation rental property. Fourteen family members ranging from 8 months to 63. Everyone was impressed with the home, the rooms, the living space, the pool, the pool/water toys, sand chairs, etc. We had a wonderful time! Eva was very responsive to all requests. We loved it!

We were wowed. The house was perfect for our large group (13) with plenty of room to spare. The view was amazing. Lot's of amenities. Lot's of things to do nearby. It was the perfect week. Host was quick to respond to a minor problem and provided answers to our questions. Highly recommend and we would do it again

The property is perfectly located for fun and sun. The house was clean and despite an algae problem with the pool ( it was corrected within 24 hours) and a few minor maintenance issues in the house I would give it a five star rating. VRBO has demonstrated once again that it is the best choice for short term vacation rentals

Great time, house stocked well, close to boat charters, restaurants and shopping. Perfect spot for sunsets, guts went fishing and we ate delicious fish for 2 days, dolphin, snorkel, shelling trip enjoyed by all Would book again- no hassles, easiest check and out Good communication Thank you😎

The house was perfect! Only steps from the beach with incredible sunset views! Pool was great for the kids after playing in the ocean! Walking distance to restaurants and short drive for groceries. House is beautiful and well stocked for cooking! Very clean! Communication with Evangeline went smooth! Overall a great place and would stay again!!

Family of 10 on a pre-Christmas getaway. We were very happy with the property, the location and all communication w/ the property manager. The house is exactly as shown - very clean, very well stocked and perfectly situated on the beach. Would highly recommend this property and we will return!

Bert couldn’t keep up and fell asleep the last night. We all stayed out by the fire pit drinking and having a great time with friends. And the one guy who’s supposed to be a great partyer ends up falling asleep at 5pm? Just goes to show you that you can’t take anything for granted. House was awesome though. The beach access was the best thing early on. I saw two manatees and that was as close as we got to Bert all day.

The property was exactly what we needed and the location on the beach was excellent.

We arrived at the house on Saturday April 9th, to our shock and surprise, the house next door was under complete construction. Very disturbing, since nothing had been mentioned about this and the posted pictures did not reflect this situation. This house could be very nice but everything mentioned in previous reviews that had issues had not been repaired. In fact, there was mention of the wonderful motorized blinds in many rooms to capture the beautiful views, but many of them were not working, so you either could not open them - or you couldn't close them - (miss the beautiful view - or be awakened by beautiful sunrise between 5a and 7a on your vacation). The manager did authorize the caregiver/handyman to buy some curtains, however that should have been checked and fixed before our arrival. Saturday, Sunday and Monday the repairman was a frequent visitor; he was very nice and tried to accommodate us, but when you are paying over $26,000.00 for a week, we didn’t want to be living around a repairman's schedule. The ice maker did not work, so he brought us bags of ice and then brought us a little countertop ice maker. The bedroom behind the kitchen did not have a door on the utility closet, so washer and dryer and gas water heater were exposed. Missing mattress on one of the murphy beds. Missing umbrella. No pool table or ping pong table which were in pictures and listed as available were not there. Repairman did bring a foosball table and a small ping pong table. Also, the whole first floor was not available for use, that meant that anyone at the pool had to go up 1 or 2 flights of stairs for a bathroom, that should have been mentioned, as in a house this large - that is a usual and expected amenity - especially with children! Lots of beach equipment and pool floats were available for use. Kitchen was well equipped, with lots of dishes and appliances. Monday morning 6:30 am the construction crews started, pneumatic drills, Jack hammers, sawing, hammering, yelling and swearing - all going on all day long for the rest of our stay. After speaking with VRBO, we should have been notified of this situation, but we knew nothing. Had we know we would never have rented this house. After contacting host, owner agreed to credit us a measly $1200.00 for this disturbance. Really insulting, there was no quiet enjoyment in this house with workmen daily overlooking the pool area and so much noise.

We loved the property and enjoyed the locality. The kids were disappointed that the pool table shown in the pictures was not there. The only small issue was that there were not enough trash bags and dishwasher tablets. The pool toys and towels were plentiful. There was early morning construction right next door. Hope to visit here again.

Great communication with host Evangeline. Roomy, clean and well appointed. No need to bring beach towels or chairs, plenty are provided. Great pool/patio /game/ outdoor kitchen hot tub area. LITERALLY on the beach, exactly as photographed. Great for a large family group with kids, since there two suite type arrangements with rooms with two queen beds connected to/ sharing a bath with rooms containg 2-3 twin beds, plus four king rooms with ensuites for a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 baths. Everything was well equipped and Evangeline left us tasty treats and was responsive and helpful with the few questions we had. All of our hopes were realized, snd there were no disappointments or unpleasant surprises. You get what you pay for...comfort, space, gorgeous views and perfect location on the beach. 2 minute walk to a couple of decent restaurants, and a longer walk or very short drive to several more. Only suggestion: Don't count on icemaker, it is tempermental. But there are 2 indoor fridges with large freezer spaces, just pick up bagged ice on arrival. That is literally the only thing I can think of to caution you on. You can go forward with confidence in renting this house for your vacation; we were thrilled with our choice.

My husband and I took our six children +2 of their friends to celebrate our twins 10th birthday! we also brought 2 other couples with us and we had tons of room! The house is beautiful inside and out. Beautiful beach with amazing sunsets! The layout was perfect for kids and adults!

I stayed in this home with 11 other friends. The layout of the home is perfect. There are a ton of beds, a ton of showers, no one felt cramped what so ever. The property's location couldn't be better. Quite literally on the beach, a great pool, hot tub, deck seating. The inside of the home is well up to date / stylish. It was spotless clean. I have nothing negative to say at all what so ever. Thank you Eva for a great stay!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had plenty of space to accommodate grandparents and three different families with children. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of beach gear for our large party to use while we were there. It does need some general repairs, but when I shared those with the property manager, she was very receptive to our feedback and very helpful when needed!

We overall enjoyed the stay. Some of the finishing touches on house not completed. Door to laundry room missing, some lights not working.....

We booked this property for our annual team-building trip. Plenty of room to hang out, and plenty of beds for 15 non-bed sharing men to sleep in! Would definitely book again.

We traveled with 6 adults and 7 kids. Their was plenty of room for all of us with lots to do. We had a slight issue getting the hot tub on but I think that was more of a user error then anything. One we figured it out it worked great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

From the sunsets to the beach right out your back door the location of this property is amazing. Everything worked great and was clean. The only thing I will say is that the property is not a usable 6k square feet and needs a face lift outside (which i’m sure is in the plans) but the inside is updated perfectly for a beach house. There’s nothing better than waking up to go paddle boarding in the AM and watch the sunset on the board in the PM.

We had a great week at this property in Redington Shores. There were 19 of us.. ranging from ages 9-65. Pros- There was plenty of room to sleep and play. Kitchen was well equipped...although maybe too many pots and pans actually. There was no room for food storage. Bedrooms and living areas were good.. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beach was only steps away and was beautiful, as were the sunsets. Cons- online pictures should be updated. The property is not as well kept up as it appears. Cupboards and drawers need to be cleaned out..a lot of junk and such. The ice-maker works poorly. We did see the notes about closing door tightly etc, but it didn't seem to matter. Ants were an issue. The dishwasher on the right as you face the sink, doesn't work properly. Restarts itself, doesn't drain properly, tips out forward when you open the bottom drawer......does not fit into counter tightly. A few of the blind remotes do not work. I would stay here again with the hope that things were cleaned up a bit and issues fixed.
