The only good things were that the bed was comfy and the shower was hot so if you only plan to sleep here and be out all day long its fine

The entire second floor is a construction site so lots of noise during the day and the wifi didn’t work at all! We had planned to do work during the day and it was not possible. The owners were never around only to knock on our door late on our last night for payment and the girl who cleans the rooms just barged in without knocking a few times. She also tried to get us to leave our room before checkout because other people were checking in later…. Pretty sure thats not how it works. We wouldn’t stay here again!

Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Very clean throughout and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location and not too far from the main centre. Staff were helpful, allowing us to check in early.

There was some confusion over payment of iva (peruvian tax) on the booking. As a foreign national we had not paid this anywhere else in Peru and understood that you usually did not if you paid by US $ or a foreign credit card. However, the matter was resolved with the owner.

Absolutely convenient location. 10 minutes walk to the center yet very quiet. You also get to see the beautiful view to volcanos around. The room was clean with everything we needed. daily cleaning of the kitchen and the room as well. all staff were nice and helpful.

The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plus the showers were hot with good pressure. Its only a couple of minutes walk into town, all the tour companies can pick up from the door, and there’s a couple of small shops nearby to get drinking water or snacks.

The WiFi wasn’t the greatest in the evenings when most people were in their rooms.

Room was clean, bathroom was good. kitchen was a good size.

A little bit far from town so be prepared for a 10 minute walk to get to anything. Walls were also very thin, could hear the next room talking late most nights

The property is still under construction so not the most pleasant. The bedrooms seem a bit unfinished, the interior is styrofoam which insulates the room well but a not very aesthetic, plus a fire hazard. The bedroom also had no light so we had to use the lamp. The window lock and main door lock we're a bit dodgy. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main town but can feel far given the heat and high altitude The propery also has no clear signage The lady of the property was very pleasant and helpful but couldn't speak English Overall I think there are better hostels/ hotels in San Pedro for a similair price

Super clean room. Crisp, brand-new bedsheets & cosy blankets. Clean bathroom with hot shower. Very friendly and helpful staff, despite the language barrier. Room was simple (no TV or AirCon), but done up well. Good budget choice if you are only coming to San Pedro to do some tours in the area and don't feel like sharing a dormitory.

No common area (there is a shared kitchen though), or outside seating area/patio/terrace. But the property is currently still under construction, so there might be improvement.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Able to make your own meal in the kitchen. Location is just outside the center. You can book your tours here as well for the same or even beter rates than in the center

The room was not entirely finished. It didn't bother us, but for that money you would expect it finished. The walls are not really thick, we heard our neighbour snorring the entire night.

Hot water, clean sheets, quiet, good kitchen appliances and the staff was super friendly. Our room was done every day and felt very clean. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was good enough to stream, sometimes.

It's a bit farther from Calle Caracoles than we would have wanted. The patio door didn't lock, but at least it gave onto a private area.

Its a very good hotel. Very nice, honest owner. Very clean room , spacious kitchen with common area.

Comfy bed, private bathroom, super clean and room done up in a cueva style. Host very friendly. Secured parking space. Common kitchenette and patio. Walking distance to Centro and grocery store.l

Owner tried to charge VAT even though it should ONLY be charged to Chilean residents. The owner also charged a hefty commission on a 3 day Salar de Uyuni tour (~20k CLP on a tour that should cost ~110k CLP)

About 15 mins walk from caracol street. Wish it was closer to the main street
