Exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved the availability of paddle boards and kayak.

We really enjoyed the location of this property and access to the beach. My girls loved using the paddleboards. I appreciated the communication with the property manager and his quick responses.

An amazing stay in T & C! Loved that we were a bit off the beaten path. Loved the beach access and having a pool. Spacious and the host was very amenable. Will definitely be back!!!!

Location was perfect. Close to stuff but off the beaten path. We felt like Hollywood celebrities in the place! Only had 1 "problem"; Netflix stopped working. Messaged owner and he replied with a fix in less than 5 minutes. We WILL stay there again on return to TCI.

We stayed here previously, and had such a great time we returned! The property is very nice, quiet, and extremely clean. We loved having a grill when we stayed in for dinner, and the pool for days with rain showers and we didn't want to run back and forth from the beach. Majid is a fantastic host, and the assistant (sorry, I did not get his name) was very helpful for little things we needed during our stay. If you want to maximize your vacation time chilling at the beach or the pool, this is the place!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property is gorgeous and the house was everything we thought it would be. Owner was great to work with and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. This place had everything we needed for vacation to the beach. And we felt safe. Sea La Vie is a quiet property in a residential area of similarly beautiful, high end properties. We felt safe there and although there were other guests it was a serene place to relax and enjoy the pool and gorgeous ocean that was a quick walk across the street. The apartment was clean and spacious and check in and out was super easy. We'd stay again!

Wonderful property on a quiet side of the island. Still within reasonable driving distance to all activities, restaurants, grocery, and shops. Sea La Vie has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing more I would add is a tray/baking sheet for the oven. The beach is not far. We loved the outdoor shower to remove sand from our feet. Large balcony was the perfect size for stargazing at night Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to visit again!

This was a great property. The pool was amazing. The area was beautiful and quiet. The beach was just across the property. Host was great. We had an issue connecting to Netflix so he came right away to help fix the problem. Amenities were good for a family. Laundry, full kitchen, loads of space and 2 bathrooms were a plus. This is a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. We rented a car so we were able to explore the island. Definitely would need a car to stay here. Thanks again Majid!

When we walked in it small so clean. The house had enough room for six to eight people. The view was beautiful, you can’t see much of the beach but it was still beautiful. My only complaint was the walk to the beach, you are sinking into the sand making it very hard to walk. The chairs are broken and there is nowhere to relax unless you go onto someone else’s property.

Major was great host. Perfect spot and access to beach for kiting and foiling.

The condo was perfect for the five of us. A car rental is a must to be able to visit all the island has to offer. We were on some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. The pool area is very nice

We were a group of three staying in this massive space! There's a deck that wraps around the third floor which offers a glimpse of the sea. The deck boards could use repainting and seems like the kind of wood that would offer you a splinter or two, so we wore our shoes out there. The bedrooms are downstairs with one full bath and a washer and dryer. The upstairs has the kitchen, the 2nd full bath, the dining room, and living room. All the furniture is immaculate and the bathrooms are fairly well appointed!! I just wish there were more hooks for towels, but that's a very minor complaint! Right outside there's a shed box that holds beach chairs and some shelter elements (we didn't use). The directions were perfect and communication was great! We were also granted late checkout although we didn't really need it (we checked out about 25 minutes after the official time.). All in all, I would stay here again!!

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Attentive, communicative host and staff. Incredible, really. An example: my mere passing mention of a wish that there was an electric tea kettle in our place was followed-up most expeditiously by Sea la Vie’s marvelous caretakers with the prompt purchase and presentation of a new one. For the sake of brevity, I won’t go into details of all the ways in which we found ourselves satisfied by our stay. But the essence of it is this: I cannot begin to convey how impressed I have been by the care and concern taken by Majid and the hard workers at Sea La Vie. The lodging had everything we could ask for - the location, amenities, cleanliness, condition of all things within and about our apartment were just great. Above and beyond - right from the get-go with meeting our check-in requests straight through to the end and meeting our check-out requests. Everything was made so easy by the understanding, flexibility, generosity, and kind attentiveness of Majid and the staff of Sea La Vie. A thousand times over, thank you. This was my second stay at Sea la Vie in only a matter of months (nov 2022, Feb 2023) and I am already planning my next visit. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to not feel the need to investigate other lodging possibilities for the next time and to be able to tell friends and family to straight-up book at Sea La Vie for their visits. Returning to Sea La Vie is an automatic for me and that’s such a gift right there. And now…. Countdown to summer!! See you soon, Sea la Vie!

Loved this spot, short walk to the beach, and centrally located. Short drive to anywhere we wanted to go! Host was helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

This property is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures, not far from the main strip of restaurants. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the fridge leaking. He was actually the fastest at responding to all messages out of anywhere we have stayed. The view from the balcony was stunning. We would stay here again.

We stayed here with our two young children. The unit was very clean and came with everything we needed. Check in was seamless and the location was great. Also very affordable. We hope to return next year!

Our location was a short drive to everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. Everything was as advertised and Majid was extremely responsive to every request. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! Everything was as pictured, the beds were great, the view perfect and it was very close to the beach. There was hardly anyone at the beach due to it being in the residential area of the island compared to the resort side. The pool was perfect and owner was very quick to respond. It’s also gated and locked which was good.

This place is great! 5 min walk to long bay beach. The property was very clean and accurate to what was listed. Drive to Grace Bay also only 5 min. I love that it is away from the main scene but only a short drive away.

We are a family of four and had a great stay at Sea la Vie. The unit we stayed in had two floors and doors on every side to enjoy the island breeze. Majid was quick to answer any requests. The location has a nice pool for a low key day and is a short walk from the beach. Nothing on the island is far by vehicle. The property is surrounded by wall and access gate so it felt very safe. My son would like you all to know the star gazing was excellent 😄

Our family of 5, 3 kids (10-16) had the most amazing week here. Unit 4 (2 bedroom unit) was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. A small cooler, grill, toiletries including trash bags, TP, and paper towels, beach chairs, and beach tent also provided (Neso beach tent- look it up on YouTube for set up). We also had laundry in our unit which was super useful! The beach was only a short distance away and had 2 paddle boards and a kayak which the kids spent many hours on. The location was perfectly located quiet and safe with basically the beach to ourselves but also a quick drive to Grace bay, snorkeling at smiths reef or the grocery stores. Majid is a great host! Our family didn’t want to leave! We would highly recommend this rental!

Majid was great (responded quickly) if we had any questions! The villa was clean and had a view of the ocean as well! Short walk to the beach! The beach storage box close to the beach was great to leave the beach chairs in overnight so you didn’t have to carry them back and forth! We really enjoyed our stay!!
