We spent 1 week at Julie and Tony's place in august, with 2 children (2 and 6). The place is absolutely perfect and have all you could wish for to have a great time in Tala, near Paphos. The swimming pool is ideal for children (and adults!) and the appartement is big and well equiped: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a terrace with direct access to the pool and a stunning view, a washing machine, a kitchen with all you need, games for children and parents, toys for the pool and the sea, BBQ and so on! Julie was very available and reactive for every questions we would have, but we did not have a lot because the hosts had prepared a file with the procedures for departure and suggestions of things to do, places to eat and so on... Definitly a place to recommand! Thank you Julie and Tony

What a beautiful place. Have travelled to Tala for 30yrs and this is without doubt the loveliest place i have stayed. It has everything you could possibly need down to toiletries, tea, coffee and fresh milk and bread on arrival plus much more. Julie and Tony were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going to stay again next time i come to Tala...just hope the apartment will be available!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment. Vor und während unseres Aufenthalts waren Julie & Tony jederzeit erreichbar zwecks Anfahrt oder auch bei Fragen zwischendurch. Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts, außer vielleicht scharfe Messer und eine Spülmaschine ;-) Die zwei Bäder sind sehr gepflegt und liegen direkt neben den Schlafzimmern, was leider nicht auf den Bilder zu sehen ist. Da wir während des Aufenthalts teilweise arbeiten mussten, waren wir auf das Internet angewiesen. Videostreaming sowie Skype/ Teams-Calls waren ohne Probleme auch parallel möglich. Wifi war dauerhaft stabil, was in Tala angeblich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr schön - Sonnenuntergang ist allerdings hinter dem Haus. Da die Terrasse recht dicht an der Straße liegt (getrennt durch eine Mauer) hört man vor allem am Morgen ein paar Autos. Am Abend und auch in der Wohnung hört man allerdings keinen Lärm.

I am so pleased with myself for picking this property. It had everything I could think of to make our stay the best. If my case had gone missing all I would have been missing would have been clothes. Everything else was provided. It was that good we have booked for next year.

Alles wunderbar, Wohnung super, Pool auch. Vermieter auch super nett und hilfsbereit. Lage durch die vielen netten Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung auch bestens. Nur zu empfehlen!

Great communications with owners (Julie and Tony) prior to and during our stay, they are wonderful hosts and do all they can to make sure you enjoy your holiday. The apartment is lovely, a home from home with all you need for a great holiday. Lovely terrace to eat out on and relax overlooking the swimming pool, with beautiful views of Paphos below, especially with it's twinkling lights in the evenings, lovely to watch whilst sipping a glass of wine or two! We had a fabulous holiday beautiful sunny weather and we hope to be able return again in the future. Many thanks to Julie and Tony for everything!

What a fantastic holiday and stay in Julie & Terry’s apartment. From the moment Terry picked us up from the airport we were looked after so well, even taking us shopping on the first morning so we knew where the best places to go were and helped us get our bearings. The apartment really does have everything you need and was perfect for us, especially our eldest son who loved having every sky channel you can think of to watch! Being a corner and ground floor apartment makes it feel more like a private villa and with only 3 of the apartments in the block being holiday rents, we had the pool to ourselves for most of the week, and that was in the kids summer holidays! Tala is a really nice village with plenty of restaurants and bars that have a more local feel which was brilliant and being slightly out of Paphos meant the prices were cheap too! Our favourite bar was Joep’s as we jammed with him on the piano and guitar, and our favourite restaurants where Casa Luna (Italian) and Melitzia (Cypriot) for the meze’s, just make sure you’re hungry when you go to get through the 18 courses! We rented Terry’s car for the week and although you could get by without, we found it great to just drive around and explore the local area and go to the beach, so we would recommend getting the car. We’re already planning our return trip and will be taking more of the family as Terry & Julie also look after another apartment in the block. From start to finish of our stay in Tala Julie and Tony have been fantastic, communication at the booking stage and their local knowledge of the area, restaurants and beaches was wonderful. The apartment on arrival was spotless, basically a home from home experience, they have included everything you could possibly need, even offering a car for a very reasonable rental (fully insured). They also offer a welcome pack (basic food/wine/bread) on arrival which was a godsend as we arrived late...a nice touch... The pool is literally out side your patio door with fantastic views below of the sea and towns below. We would recommend a car as you are in the hills, with the local restaurants a 5 min walk downhill, maybe a little longer on the way back however..driving around is easy, as they also drive on the left with many places to visit...Paphos is 15-20mins away which is a nice trip to the harbour and the sea front. We had a fabulous holiday, in a fabulous apartment, certainly would recommend to anyone. Julie and Tony have high standards and you can see this in the apartment itself. They are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble..we would certainly have no problems booking again next year..
