Room: The room was fresh and appeared newly renovated. The inclusion of new furniture added a modern touch, and it was evident that attention had been given to detail.
Amenities: The room was well-equipped. Whether it was something basic or a bit more specific, it seemed like the room had just about everything one might need for a comfortable stay.
Terrace: An added gem to the living space was the terrace.
Private Bathroom: Clean, functional, and private, it checked all the boxes.
Parking: In a tourist spot like Opatija, this is an invaluable feature, ensuring security and peace of mind for those traveling by car.
Location: Situated just a 10-15 minute stroll from the beach. Close enough for daily beach visits, yet distanced enough to avoid the beachfront crowds.

The apartment was extremely clean and very well designed, furnished with all necessary equipment and appliances for a comfortable stay. Thank you Suzi for the kind hospitality, we will come back for sure.

The apartment was really nice. At the nice location near the beach and some restaurants. Host was really helpful and really nice to us. The location is also really quiet and all furniture was pretty new.
Location is a little bit far from city center, but bus stop is 2 minutes walk from there so it wasn't issue to get there at all.

The apartment includes everything you need. The people owning the apartment are very hospitable and nice. It is very close to the promenade and opatija is a wonderful little town.
Nothing really. The only thing might be the curtains which were thin and all the light came through.

This room is simply perfect for a couple. We had plenty of space for the two of us, The kitchen and bathroom was great for the few days we stayed there, you could easly prepare a simple meal as well. AC was working great, and the bed was super comfortable. Our hosts were super kind, they made us feel at home. The beach was about 10 minutes walk away.
There is a parking space next to the apartment which was spacious and nice, we felt comfortable leaving the car there for 2 days. I would 100% recommend this space!
A microwave would be nice in the kitchen, but otherwise everything is great :)

The location (Volosko) is suprisingly great with a lot of beaches. The apartment is not big, but for a few days it can be perfect especially with the nice terrace. Not fancy, but comfortable with a decent kitchen. Room is quite cold which is great at hot summers.
If you want to spend a lot ot time at your aparment or for many days I wouldn't reccomend it. You have to walk uphill from the main road, but that's like almost everywhere in Opatija.

Everything was fine. We travelled with our dog and he felt great in that flat. It's about five minutes walking from sea and restaurants.
