We spent our vacation in Trullo Fumarola in 4 families and, despite bad weather during 1st 3 days, we enjoyed it very much. The house and trullo are comfortable, big enough to easily host 8-10 people . They are also well equipped and swimming pool is bigger that similar ones in other rented houses. Location enabled us to frequently visit Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Alberobello (and Lecce and Matera) , so we were able to see majority of attractions without extensive trave. Hosts are friendly, respond fast to any request and share lots of practical tips about the region. I highly recommend this location and hosts.

Ina and Sandro were fantastic hosts who helped with all our requests before and during our stay. They organised pasta making and in-house dinners with Ilaria whose cooking was amazing. Great accommodation for multiple families and wonderful location to explore Puglia.

The villa and Trullo were really wonderful - beautifully decorated and lovely gardens and pool. We had such a relaxing holiday. Ina and Alessandro were incredibly helpful. Always at the end of the phone, with any queries we had. They booked dinners for us and gave us great recommendations for local beaches and restaurants. Really lovely, thank you so much!!!

Stunning villa in the picturesque countryside of Puglia. Great for two families and great for kids. We swam in the fabulous pool multiple times each day. Ina and Sandro were wonderful hosts, arranging dinners at the property and local wine tasting for us. Very spacious for our group of eleven and a great location for day trips all around Puglia. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a fabulous week staying here as two families with small children. Both properties are beautifully designed but also robust for small people. A great space to run around in the garden and the swings and slide a real bonus. Ina and Sandro couldn't have been more helpful in terms of directions, weather, activities, places to eat and coming over straight away when we briefly lost power during an electrical storm and were flexible with arrival and departure times. We could not have had a better stay in late October and would love to return during a different season.

We travelled as 2 families and the trullo and lamia were perfectly set-up to cater for us all. Everything was really well maintained and functional. The beds were confortable and the whole property was spotless. We loved the chill out lounge room in the lamia, which is where we would all start and finish our days. The master bathroom in the lamia was fabulous. I wish I could have one that beautiful at home. The pool was huge and the gardens well kept. We used both the outdoor eating areas on several occasions during our stay. Ina and Sandro could not have been more helpful. It was like having a consierge service on tap. Nothing was too much bother. They booked us restaurants and masseurs and gave us advice about doctors and hospitals when I got an ear infection. The surrounding countryside is very pretty, but you are only 30 minutes away from the coast. We have stayed in Puglia several times and this has been my favourite property. We can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful holiday we all had - our party consisted of 4 couples and 3 children and the size, layout and facilities were just perfect - light and airy and so much space - the Trulli was magical. The attention to detail was superb (many toys for the children) and our hosts Ina and Sandro could not have been more supportive and helpful. All in all a perfect place for my husbands 70th birthday celebration and we cannot wait to return.

We had such a great time in this most wonderful location!!!! Both houses are beautifully furnished and well equipped and the garden has lots of little corners where one loves to sit down, relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the area. We were ten altogether and everybody - no matter what age - loved the site. Sandro and Ina were extremley helpful with all the questions we had concerning places to see, going out for dinner, horsebackriding a.s.o. They were always available and that made us feel very much cared for. The area is great and has many little towns nearby to discover. It was our first time in Puglia and we will come back for sure and then hopefully stay again with Ina and Sandro. Thank you so much! Nini

We stayed at the villa and trullo with my sister and her family. The set up worked really well as it meant both families had some privacy whilst being close. It was also perfect for the five children. They had a lot of fun in the huge pool, playing on the lawn and on the swings. The pool area is very safeyly gated which provided peace of mind as three of our five children couldn't swim. Ina had provided loads of toys which also kept them entertained. Both houses are stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Everything worked well and if ever there was a small problem, Sandro came over very quickly to fix it. Ina and Sandro were very welcoming and very helpful with their recommendations in terms of beaches, restaurants and towns to visit. We really enjoyed visiting Ostuni, Lecce and Locorotondo as well as beaches on both coasts. We would definitely recommend the houses to friends, especially if they had children.

The property is expansive and well-maintained. We comfortably lodged our group for a week, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen in the Trullo is well suited for a sit down dinner of eight. Locorotondo is a gem, and only a few KMs drive (or walk). The historical section of Martina Franca is also charming. We toured Matera - a must see and about an hour and 15 minutes from Villa Fumarola.

Our family of 10, including two young children, enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing 10 day holiday at Trullo Fumarola. Ina & Sandro were welcoming and attentive hosts, easily contactable and happy to assist us with some business administration which had to be attended to during our stay. The very large pool, fruit orchard & outside dining facilities were favourite features and the location is great - quite secluded, but within easy driving distance of both Martina Franca & Locorotondo. Another highlight for us was a celebration dinner one evening, prepared and served by a local chef recommended by Ina. We found the property to be exactly as described & pictured on the website and the instructions for finding it were exceptionally detailed and clear. Thank you Ina & Sandro.

We were three families totalling 11 people with kids ranging from 2 to 9. We stayed for the last two weeks of July and we could easily have stayed longer. It was fantastic, beautiful grounds, amazing swimming pool, gorgeous villa and trullo, it had everything and superb value as well. We had more then enough space and everybody was extremely comfortable, especially the kids. The location is fantastic as well, close to the beach, the caves, medieval villages and of course Matera. Finally it's worth mentioning the hosts are always on hand to help with any queries or resolving problems, they understand perfectly well your needs and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend wholeheartedly!

This is a beautiful property and a perfect place for a family gathering. Hiring both villa and trullo means lots of room for everyone and a comfortable stay. The pool and grounds are gorgeous and wonderful for small children. Both are beautifully finished and fully equipped. Ina and Sandro were incredibly helpful during our stay and always around if we needed help. I would highly recommend Villa Fumarola!

Spent Easter holidays in this amazing trullo, together with some friends. We were lucky enough to stay in both the trullo and the villa and wish we could have spent more time here. Great place, lots of space and comfort, clean and very well kept. Owners are nice and friendly and go out of their way to help you. Having a (rental) car around is recommendable, as it's not in a town centre. Would recommend everyone to stay here!

Villa and Trullo Fumarola were the perfect match for our two families -- They are beautiful in a simple way -- very chic with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is large and well furnished, with a covered area for dining al fresco or relaxing in the shade. Probably my favorite house we have rented! This is the ideal place to come with small children-- everything is on one floor, the pool is safely fenced off and there is a small playground as well, which delighted our girls. Ina is the perfect host-- always available to help and full of excellent recommendations. It is the ideal set up for two families who know each other well and wish to holiday together -- a bit of privacy and plenty of space. The one note I would make is that the trullo only has one bedroom with a door-- the second bedroom is closed off of the entertainment space with a curtain only. This was not a problem for a child who sleeps well, but might not suit an adult couple due to lack of privacy. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend the villa and trullo to others and will look forward to a return visit!
