Apt was lovely and especially enjoyed the sheltered seating area as it was extremely hot 32degrees. It is ideally situated, only a stroll to the beach and a little walk into Juan le pins centre. Would recommend.

Upon arrival we immediately loved the apartment. We arrived late evening and were met by Anna straight away for access. Myself, Husband and 5 year old daughter all had a fantastic time with the beach a five minute walk. Joanne has provided everything you could need within the apartment. Plenty beach equipment. Chairs, beach towels, toys, swimming aids and more. The terrace was fabulous. We loved sitting down to breakfast in the morning sunshine. Supermarket 5 mins walk and we enjoyed lovely evening strolls into the main nightlife area in Juan Les Pins where there are many lovely restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. We also enjoyed visiting Nice and Cannes. Easy to travel around by train or bus from the apartment. We hope to return.

Easy booking. Good communication with Joanna who provided excellent information about the property and the area. Key pick up from Anna’s daughter was straightforward. Property is all that the info and photographs suggest. It is comfortable and well equipped and the outside space is wonderful. In October, the sun was on the outside area from just after 9am for breakfast until around 6 for aperitifs. Walking along the coast to the Cap or to Golfe Juan was lovely and we walked to Antibes in about 40 mins. In October it is beautifully quiet but most things are open. Buses are not crowded. Easy stroll to choice of boulangerie and two small well stocked supermarkets. Plenty of restaurant choices very close to the apartment. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Getting to the apartment was easy on public transport. If arriving in Nice Airport you get the 250 bus from outside terminal 2 which takes about 40 minutes. The apartment itself is lovely, beautifully finished, and the owners have thought of everything that you might need during your stay. They have thought of everything - even freeze blocks to put in the lunch box. The apartment is south facing and the patio is lovely for having your breakfast on, or a wee glass of wine in the evening! The complex has its own large swimming pool which is never busy we are visiting in September. The apartment is also very well located with a lot of amenities close by. There's a supermarket, Boulangerie, fruit shop, a cash machine and a McDonalds for a Big Mac if the notion takes you all within 5-10 minute walk. Juan Les Pins town is about 25 minute walk away along the promenade. The are loads of restaurant's, bars and amazing ice parlours! The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the apartment which you can go left to Cannes or right to Nice - each trip is only 1 euro 50. The local train station is also about 25 minute walk away which you can get the train to Monaco which is definitely worth a visit. There is also a sandy beach only about a 5 minute walk. We took the folding sun chairs down a couple of times. The owners are very easy to deal with and respond to communications and queries very quickly and ensured a smooth seamless booking process. In summary this is our 3rd time visit to this apartment over the last few years which gives you an idea of what we think of it. Will definitely be back for a 4th visit soon!!

Loved this apartment, well sited and well equipped, a home from home. Advance information left nothing out. Easy walk to beach though prior heavy rain meant underpasses were under water, but they almost dried out by our last day. A long weekend was not long enough so maybe a return visit will be planned soon!

Great little apartment 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. The terrace pretty much doubled the ground floor area available in the whole apartment and was very usable and quite private and offered a good balance tween sun and shade. It was nice having the pool on site but we only used it on one occasion due to the warmer sea being so nearby! We had big plans for visiting Nice, Monaco, etc, but shelved some of those once we'd hired bikes when cycling casually along to Antibes to find various bathing spots became 'our thing' during the week. We also cycled to Cannes which was quite doable from Juan-les-Pins. The general area has a lovely retro feel to it which added to the ambience. The apartment itself had everything we needed though the British channels weren't working during our week which was just a technical issue as I understand it. We also couldn't get the lounge cool enough for sleeping well but that does say something about the very high temperatures we experienced during our week. As far as provisions are concerned there are two supermarkets within a ten minute walk, the larger one meaning that we didn't need a separate trip to an out of area superstore which really helped. Overall the apartment was a great little find and we'd highly recommend it's position and great value on this part of the lovely Cote d'Azur.

This apartment is lovely, a real home with everything you could need. Gated complex and immaculate pool. It is conveniently placed 5 mins from beach 10 mins from town. Lovely area to explore on your doorstep, we are looking forward to our next stay.

Near the bus stop a pizza truck arrives every night and cook up beautiful fresh pizza in 5-10 minutes. The apartment is lovely with all home comforts and the terrace is fantastic. The sofa bed is nice and comfortable and easy to setup. The terrace is a great place to relax with all furniture you need.The pool area is great - well looked after and secure.The apartment is a great location from which to explore with easy bus routes to antibes which is stunning and Cannes which is also nice with great boat trips to the Lerins Isles.Eating out is pretty expensive but there are some fantastic supermarkets minutes away with everything you need.Moonshine in Antibes and le barbecue in Nice were firm favourites.We recommend a walk from the apartment down to the Cap d’antibes and milliards baie and also a boat to isle saint honorat and walk round the circumference of the island.Would definitely visit again.

We were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings and the high standard of decor in this modern ground floor apartment which is situated within a gated quiet complex between Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan. Much thought has gone into catering for every need of prospective guests. Our only disappointment was the fact that the shared pool was in the process of refurbishment and was not ready for our June holiday but this was outwith the control of the owners.

We, a family of four (two children 9 and 12), spent 1 week in this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay! The private terrace was really nice. Thanks to the large umbrella it was lovely to have breakfast and lunch in the shade. The apartment was well equipped and we didn't miss a thing! There were even chairs and a beach umbrella that we could bring to the pool and beach. The location is perfect! A 5-minute walk to the beach. Supermarkets and a bakery also really close. As well as the bus stop. It was really convenient to take the bus and the train along the coast! We went to Italy, Monaco, Nice, Antibes and Cannes. We did not need a car! We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely like to come back!

Just returned from this beautiful apartment. The apartment is well laid out with all amenities. We particularly loved the privacy of the garden and the fact it close to the beach and pool. The apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival and the owner made sure that we had all the relevant information regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. Good communication with owner and absolutely no problems with booking arrangements and entry on arrival. Had a great time and would highly recommend it.

Beautifully maintained and decorated apartment in a secure complex. Everything clean felt like home from home with English to channels. Information pack sent by the owners before hand very informative . About 20 minutes walk into Juan les pins and golfe for a better choice of restaurants. Lovely sandy beach about 5 mins walk away with deckchairs provided to carry down . Would highly recommend . You need to take insect repellent spray if sitting in the garden as the little blight ers appear from nowhere and nibble you .

Apartment was very well maintained and in a super location, convenient to beach, swimming pool (within complex), supermarkets, restaurants and local transport facilities (buses and trains - very regular and inexpensive). Can't recommend enough, great base for chilling or touring about - Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Monte Carlo, Eze and Saint Paul de Vence all worth visiting.Our holiday over all too soon, hopefully be back in the not too distant future.

We spent one week in this excellent apartment. We are two adults and two kids and the apartment was big enough for us. The apartment is well-maintained and clean. There was all we needed in the apartment and the terrace was really nice. The pool area was also clean and nice. There is also sandy beach close by. The owner sent really good information of the public transport, restaurants, shops etc. before our trip. There was a couple of supermarkets and few restaurants close to the apartment. Our kids liked a lot of the pizza car which arrived every evening.

We stayed for only a few days but had a lovely time. The flat was clean and had a good size for us. The garden/patio was great and comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try out the pool but it was close by. Check in was quick and easy with lots of explanation backed up with lots of written explanation. Thanks!

Myself and my wife booked here for a long weekend for our wedding anniversary. We found the owner to be very pleasant and the communication during the booking process was excellent. The apartment is very well presented and decorated with all the modern conveniences that you need. It is exactly as advertised and better than we expected. We found the information pack really useful for getting about all the nearby towns (Cannes, Antibes and Nice). The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk. Also contained details/leaflets on things to do in the area. We loved having our breakfast out on the secluded deck. Having Wi-Fi and British TV channels made it feel, home from home! The beach was only 5 minutes walk away (which was lovely and sandy). We will certainly be recommending this apartment to our friends, and in fact have just booked to go back in the spring for a week!

What an ideal location. Apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, we felt at home right away. The comprehensive welcome pack provided had us relaxing on the lovely beach, walking the delightful boulevard to Juan-les-pins, exploring Cannes and Antibes - then the holiday was over. So we have booked for next year to relax and explore some more.

This apartment is perfect place to stay in Juan Les Pin. Location is very good, away from noise and the same time only 5min to walk to the beach. Perfect stay for family with children or couples. Apartment has full equipment for your needs and you can feel yourself like home. All needed information provided from owners, what is very nice. Highly recommend this apartment for holiday stay.
