The house exceeded our expectations in particular regarding space and functionality. With 3 adult couples and young children, the house offered plenty of space for everyone including outdoor. The house is very well equipped, with a lovely decor and beautiful view of the sea. Located just a few minutes walk from the beach although getting back up the hill took somewhat longer with a pushchair! Saundersfoot itself had a good selection of small supermarkets and little shops including a good butcher and ice cream shop. We would definitely recommend the house for families. It would equally offer plenty of luxury and comfort for adult groups.

Our second visit to this wonderful house. The grandchildren call it their holiday house. Spotless. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Plenty of space for a large family. Would definitely recommend.

The outside area is a sun trap all day long. The views from the living room are straight out to the sea. Plenty of parking. We had a fantastic stay at Sian’s property, very spacious with an amazing view from the lounge. The property had everything required to make for a great holiday, the pictures do not do it justice! Will definitely be looking to stay again.

We had such a good time we've booked for next year. Spacious house. Used the lounge downstairs as a children's playroom. Could not fault anything. Would recommend.

Great property, great view and great location perfect for a family holiday.

Loads of space, comfortable and with a great view. If you have a wet day staying in is no hardship. The location is great, as long as you can walk up the hill from the beach/town, although you can always use the car. We had the grandkids with us who are great, but having the room for a bit of peace now and again was useful. All the fittings are top quality and not like so many self catering places where it is all the owners old stuff! There is lots to do in the area, and my granddaughter summed it up by insisting we hadn’t been there a whole week when it was time to leave.

Lovely house in a commanding position. Easy walk into town where there are lots of good restaurants. Steep climb back but helps walk off dinner. House very comfortable and well equipped.

This house in Saundersfoot was ideal for our group of 6 adult family members. Very modern, with superb sea views from the picture living room windows. The living, dining and kitchen space made for a superb communal area for the whole family, where we enjoyed cooking together after long walks around the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast. I would recommend this to anyone!

Wow !! What an amazing property, wonderful sea view, beautifully furnished & well equipped. Short downhill walk to the beach, a bit harder on the way back.

We loved our time with our extended family at this home. The place was really well equipped and felt like we were in luxury show home. The view from the lounge is to die for and we could probably have spent our time just enjoying that alone. However the property is perfectly located for so many wonderful place in beautiful Pembrokeshire. I have no doubt we will be back. Our grand daughters loved the twin room which kept them busy with games and toys, not sure how two little boys would cope though. 😉� I would highly recommend a stay here to any family or large group.

Very comfortable, well positioned, fantastic views, easy parking for 3 cars, great bedrooms apart from the shelf in the blue room which made navigation difficult in the night. Great kitchen (couple of banged heads on the cooker hood!), well stocked. Very steep walk back from the beach, not easy for elderly or disabled, needed to take a car down. We were party of 6 adults and 2 teenagers and loved the house - we didn't use the bottom sitting room at all, it might be an idea to put a bed settee in there to create more sleeping space? thank you for a lovely week :)
