We booked last minute and the host was still able to accommodate us. The unit is a studio unit but had good bed provisions (extending sofa bed + futon) to comfortably fit 6. Decent stay, especially for the price.

Little to no signal and the wifi barely worked. Not recommended for anyone who wants to get some work done. Pico de loro’s facilities are also a hit and miss. Elevators can be a bit wonky.

Nature. fish feeding is relaxing, saw tilapia and catfish along with coy.

Pool too far from the beach. We didn't actually stayed in 609b but 214b instead because posting of room in booking.com is not updated according to the contact person so they suggested other units. rom 609b however looks more cozy based on the postings. Most facilities need new paint job esp the pool and condo units.

The place was clean and complete functioning Facilities.

There were no toiletries although we were Advised about it. But maybe they can put some And add on the bill just in case customer forgets To bring like toothpaste , soap etc.

1. the place was clean and well kept, had a great view and was designed well from pool to beach. 2. for those booked in the condominium, you had the option to cook.

1. the check-in for all the 4 condo buildings were done in one area, hence a very long queue to check-in. 2. the caretaker asked us to leave earlier than the agreed check-out time because of another booking that day.
