Tout a été très bien dans l’appartement.
Piscine très bruyante et les gens irrespectueux.

very good size apartment and nicely furnished. quiet part of town. i loved the orange chair in the lounge of the apartment and sent an email asking for the maker so I can order some, but I have not had a response
pillows on bed were hard/too firm. mostly clean apart from two discarded contact lenses left on the shelf above second bedroom. felt a bit like second class citizens compared to the hotel guests - told to use a different pool., not allowed to use jacuzzi etc

La propreté et la taille des 2 pièces sont raisonnable.
La personne d'accueil de venue a promis que je pourrais check out la chambre plus tard que midi le jour de départ, en raison de skier le matin la dernière journée, à la veille de départ, la réponse a changé, je ne peux plus restituer la chambre plus tard que 10 heures, et bouleverse totalement le planning.
Mon disc dure externe a été volé dans le coffret, malgrés plusieurs appels à l'établissement, sans suite favorable.

The place is spacious, very comfortable and build with mostly quality piece of equipments. It is an awesome value in the summer! A place to go!

very friendly and welcoming staff (thx Léa). Place is super friendly for bikers. We could keep bikes on the balcony, and we had lift almost from the inside of the residence. Supermarket is like 100m from the hotel.
We liked everything ;) First,stay in France and couldn't be better.

Amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient to go snowboarding because the residence is close to the Alpe Express ski lift. There is a ski room, swimming pool and sauna available to use. In addition the ski shop and the restaraunt in the same building were great! The closest groceries is just 5 minutes walk.
Both sauna and hammam were crowded in the evenings.

Excellent location, spacious accommodation as ski apartments go and good quality modern fittings.
No real negatives. Slightly slow service at the bar one day during Apres Ski.

Lovely spacious apartment and dog friendly. Lots of the benefits of a hotel but with the flexibility of an apartment. Pool was nice. Reception staff were great.
We didn’t use the oven in the end but there were no oven gloves or tea towels provided, which we had not realised. If I had used the oven I would have had to use a bath towel to get the stuff out which I am sure they do not want!

The rooms are large, modern and spotless. The balcony was big and the spa facilities were great. Very friendly receptionist and maintenance staff.

The location and all the staff
No any service, they don't give even toilet paper 😒, The told that they change towels but no one did it. The room is OK, comfortable and clean but low standards

Very spacious room, nicely equipped with everything you need. Very good location of the hotel - one lift (and really closely located) to the pivot zone of the resort where you can take the next lift in any direction. On the other hand. the center with all of the cool restaurants for a night out is literally 5 mins away. We covered most of the highest-rated dining spots, never had to walk more than 10 mins. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff!
The way to the gondola is quite steep and a bit of a challenge, could use some redesign. The hotel's restaurant is not bad, but there are places in town with that high cuisine vibe that provide way better value.

Very bad sound isolation. Sound spreading across walls undisrupted. Unpleasant experience with laud young people in next app.
