Very close to the airport, the apartment had everything we needed and an amazing view of the bay of Kavtat. Easy drive or water taxi to Dubrovnik, which was even more beautiful than we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Sandra's husband Srecko kindly collected us from Dubrovnik airport and chatted to us on the short journey to their accommodation. It was clear from previous communication with Sandra and talking to Srecko they were friendly warm people. The 3 bedroom penthouse appartment was superb. Unbelievable views to Dubrovnik with a beautiful sunset each evening. 3 perfect double bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and massive lounge. Our bedroom and the lounge had large patio doors opening in to a large private balcony which was furnished with sunbeds etc. Srecko even drove us to Dubrovnik for us to catch a bus at the end if our stay. Streckos parents live on the ground floor (Grandad) He was a lovely man who found my swimming shorts when they blew off of the balcony one evening. If you want superb accommodation and lovely hosts please book this. Note. We are now staying in a nice hotel on Brac island in a very expensive room. The air conditioning and facilities do not come close to Villa Sandra. Thank you for our lovely week Rob and Sue.

Very nice and clean appartement near Cavtat center. We had a great time at Sandras house. Everyone of her family is so friendly and helpful. The view over the ocean and on the mountains is spectacular. Thank you for this very nice time in your house.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this wonderful apartment, it was perfect in every way. The owners were a lovely couple who couldn't have been more helpful providing lifts if needed, helpful information on the area and always a warm greeting. We travelled as a family of 4 and the accommodation was the perfect size for us with modern fixtures and comfy beds. I would recommend Villa Sandra to family and friends and would not hesitate to return in the future. Laurence & family.

Apartment was as good as they show in the pictures. Host Sandra and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Cavtat was really nice village, we prefered it even more than Dubrovnik, since it was easier to go around with strollers. Apartment was on top of a hill, so walk there was little challenging for some of us, but the view was worth the climb. I would recommend the place for anyone who likes to spent their vacation in a nice and easy place near Dubrovnik.

Stayed for a few days with friends to explore the region. Our hosts went above and beyond offering rides and accommodating our staggered arrival times. We stayed in for dinner a few nights and the kitchen was great. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying in Villa Sandra for a week & to say the property is first class is an understatement, it totally exceeded our expectations. The view, hosts, apartment itself & facilities were all to the highest of standards. The area is quiet yet close enough to walk to the supermarket or catch a bus to the centre of Cavtat, it is walkable but an uphill walk. The hosts Sandra & Srecko were so accommodating & nothing too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone.

We stayed 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Property was very well equipped and spacious and we couldn’t want for more. Location is great away from main centre but only 5 minute taxi or 15 minute walk.

We were so lucky to find this property in Cavtat. Absolutely spotless, quiet, and everything you need for your holiday! Very modern. Fantastic views to the sea and to Dubrovnik. The hosts felt more like family. They were always helpful to us. Their generosity and warmth made our stay even better! I would highly recommend and look forward to a visit again!

We have rented apartments all over Europe, as well as the Caribbean and Hawaii. This was right up there with the nicest we have rented. Sandra and Srecko were gracious hosts and made us feel at home right from the start. The apartment was very large and it was so nice to have the washer and dryer for doing laundry. The bedrooms were beautiful and our ensuite in the Master bedroom was beautiful. The huge deck was amazing and the views of the Adriatic were spectacular. We were given a bottle of Croatian red wine upon our arrival and it was very good. They provided soap, shampoo, laundry and dishwasher detergent, food condiments, etc. The town of Cavtat is so pretty, it’s right out of a fairy tale. It’s a about a 15 minute walk down to the town from the apartment. The walk back up is a steep one but we needed the exercise so didn’t mind at all. We ate at a restaurant in town called Ivan’s. It was very good so went a couple of times! We also took the water taxi to and from Dubrovnik which was a recommendation from Sandra. It was well worth it! Just catch it at the waterfront in Cavtat and it drops you off right at the old town port of Dubrovnik. Only 100 kuna for a return ticket which is about 25 Canadian Dollars. We heard a couple nightmare stories about the #10 bus and the parking in Dubrovnik can be horrible so we were very happy with the water taxi. If you have a rental car there is big Konzum grocery store about 10 minutes up the highway toward Dubrovnik. And there is a great hair salon just 5 minute walk from the apartment down the hill just before the school. We would highly recommend Sandra and Srecko’s apartment to anyone visiting Cavtat, or wanting a place close to Dubrovnik but a lot more peaceful. Our sincere thanks to Sandra and Srecko.

Sandra and her husband could not do enough for us, they organised our taxi from and tothe airport and any other taxis that we needed And were always ready to give us a lift themselves. The apartment was a delight, and not many rentals measure up to their claims, this exceeded all expectations. I will recommend it to all my friends.

We took our 2 daughters and their husbands plus our 11 month old granddaughter. The accommodation top class, and I am one fussy lady to please. Our hosts Sandra and Srecko could not do enough for us. Helpful before and during our stay. Accommodation had enough space to escape from each other if we needed to. Balcony fabulous sun and shaded areas. Views amazing. Catvat has the wow factor and we will definitely go back. We are in love with it. Perfect holiday made even better by our hosts and their accommodation.

The apartment is perfectly located with a stunning view. It is well equipped, modern and clean. The owners are lovely, offering help and advice when requested. This was our first holiday in Croatia and we had a great time. Cavtat is pretty with some nice small beaches dotted around. The restaurants are all good and seem to offer a similar menu. Dubrovnik is stunning, a must see. We also loved Lokrum island. We will return!

We just wanted to convey our thanks for your hospitality and efforts to make our holiday truly fantastic - we loved your excellent accommodation with amazing views, Cavtat itself and the friendliness of the Croatian people. What wonderfully cultural experiences we have had with brilliant sunshine and of course, the added delight of swimming in the warm Adriatic - we were very sorry to leave this morning.

The property was exactly as we had expected but views were very special. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern and only one year old. Hosts were so lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend and we will be returning for sure and so will our friends.

Villa Sandra is every bit as good as it looks on the website. Spacious and beautifully furnished with free air conditioning and a great balcony. And in Sandra and Srecko you have the perfect hosts, who give you a warm welcome and follow it up with offers of help including lifts, vegetables from their garden, suggestions for dining out and assistance with the B-B-Q! The apartment is in a very quiet area with the Cavtat bars and restaurants a 15 minute stroll downhill. Four of us enjoyed a great week's holiday here at the end of May, but the apartment could accommodate six comfortably. Thoroughly recommended. A big thank you to Sandra and Srecko for making our stay so enjoyable...

This place exceeded all expectations! The hosts went out of their way to make our stay more than delightful! The place is so clean, spacious and beautiful to stay in! A perfect location too! I hope to return!

Most marketing/advertising puts the best foot forward and reality is often somewhat less than what is shown. In this case, reality exceeds the 'advertising'. Where does one begin - the views from the wrap around balcony are spectacular. I just mentioned to a friend that the coast line is more magnificent than Big Sur in California and certainly gives Amalfi a run for its money (roads are better here than in Italy). Sandra's home is everything and more than you want - clean, comfortable, spacious, bright... There are 3 very large bedrooms with two full baths so we 6 adults had no problems in that regard. The kitchen is fully equipped and Sandra provides some very nice touches in a surprisingly well stocked pantry - better than any thing else we have seen on VRBO rentals. It is very close to the airport, which is not very busy, and we got to watch planes coming in. Not like a major airport where one very 15 minutes would be aggravating, but less than one an hour on average, and shutting down during the sleeping hours, so that was pretty cool. A 15 minute walk down to the town where there are some terrific restaurants - ask Sandra about Toranj - and also the marvelous fish restaurant that starts with a 'K' - not a great view but amazing fish! I think when people realize what Sandra's place has to offer it will be booked very quickly, so if you are planning to visit Dubrovnik and want to experience the complete package (great ferry and bus service from Cavtat to Dubrovnik, and an easy drive and parking by car) you would be wise to book early! I know sometimes with limited reviews one can be a bit cautious. I certainly am. In this case taking the risk was more than well worth it.

We highly recomend this apartment, because is just as it appears on the photos: gorgeous. Brand new, beautifull, fully equiped, and very comfortable with amazing views. And so close to Dubrovnick and so far from the crowd. An the hosts are very kind.

Don't really do reviews for anything but feel I have to for this holiday, firstly the apartment was first class and could not be any better with great facilities and a view to die for. What made the property and experience better were the fantastic hosts Sandra and Lucky who were the nicest people you could meet and were very accommodating ensuring that our holiday was very enjoyable. 5 star place and people!!
