This home felt just right for my husband and me. We were going to The Biltmore, some local hikes, and downtown for dinner and the location was very convenient. I always appreciate natural light in a bathroom. The high window (privacy but still light) was nice and the vanity was not tiny and cramped like some small bathrooms. All comfortable.

This was a great location in Asheville--very close to Biltmore village, good restaurants, and breweries. The apartment was as advertised and clean. Teri was very accommodating for our late arrival.

Fabulous place to stay. Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping and trolley stop. Short drive to Black Mt.and min to Biltmore Estate. Apartment extremely clean and appointed. Terri and Jim were easy to be in contact if needed. Will definitely return. We had a Perfect vacation for our week stay.

What a wonderful little apartment! It's very spacious and clean. The natural lighting is beautiful and it's nice and quiet. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. I actually like their mattress better than our own and the pillows were nice and soft. There were plenty of towels for our stay and they even left some supplies for us! The owner was always very quick to reply though they were never needed, because their instructions were so detailed. Absolutely loved staying here!

Perfect place for a couple. Walking distance to local coffee spots and Biltmore Village. Downtown is not far at all. The mornings you can hear a variety of birds singing and it’s just so beautiful. The owners are awesome and respond quickly with answers. I will be back!

Great location, walkable neighborhood in Biltmore village. Great porch with rockers. Comfortable with everything we needed. Great hosts. So much to do in Asheville but the Biltmore gardens were the highlight for us on this trip.

Everything was very clean and attractive. We were a little early at check-in. The owner was in the yard and allowed us to go in. We are 65+ so the steps were a little challenging, but being able to sit out on the porch was so nice when the weather was good. It is within walking distance of Biltmore Village. The owners, Jim and Teri, were excellent hosts.

This is a great place to stay in Asheville. The location is within 10-15 minutes of everything! Amazingly clean! The host were easy to communicate with, so very friendly!! We enjoyed our stay!

This guest apartment was clean, well equipped and had everything we could think to want. The location in Biltmore Village worked for walking to restaurants, an easy drive to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. The hosts were delightful and available but not overwhelming. This property made the rest of the vacation work so well.

Loved staying here! Watching the birds & squirrels playing in the yard & the very friendly kitty greeted us. Everything you need & nothing you don’t! Enjoyed having a glass of wine on the porch at the end of the day.

The house is in the perfect location to visit The Biltmore and shop at the village nearby. Downtown is also very close by. The owners reply to any questions quickly. They are living on property so they are available if needed but do not bother you. The house is adorable and very clean. They definitely take pride in their home. The home has everything you need…coffee pot, toaster, towels, washer and dryer, extra blanket…they even have movies for dvd player! I will definitely recommend this listing to friends and family and will stay here again. Thanks for allowing us in your lovely home!

My husband and I went to Asheville to celebrate our anniversary, this home is perfect for two. In walking distance of the Biltmore Village shops, restaurants and just a short drive to downtown. This place is super clean, as many commented on the cleanliness of the home, I was pleased to see this was true. The hosts are very helpful and kind. Would love to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this cute little apartment over the week of Thanksgiving. The owners, Teri and Jim, were so sweet and very accommodating! They take so much pride in their property and it shows! The apartment was very clean and had a lot of natural light! The location is great! It is in walking distance of many places, including Biltmore Village. Downtown Asheville is just a few minutes away by car. My husband and I came up for our anniversary weekend and immediately fell in love with this beautiful property! It was the perfect location; within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go in Asheville! This sweet little home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we could not have asked for better hosts than James and Teri. They responded quickly to my emails and even let us know to keep an eye out for bears in their neighborhood. We will keep this home in our favorites folder and definitely plan on coming back and staying again!

This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. VRBO, hotel, resort,etc... It felt like we were the first people to stay there. We stayed for over a week and were very comfortable. The bed was perfect. We had everything we needed to make meals and make ourselves at home. It feels spacious with the vaulted ceilings. Absolutely wonderful place. I highly recommend this and would gladly return myself.

As previous reviewers noted, the property was SO clean! And the vaulted ceilings made it seem much bigger than the square footage would lead you to believe. My husband and I adored this place! It truly felt like our little home for a long weekend in Asheville for a friend's wedding. The other guests stayed at hotels which were much more expensive. We felt so lucky to have found this gem to retreat to between events. The owners were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area!

I’m so happy I chose this lovely place to stay for my first trip to Asheville to visit my granddaughter! It was immaculate and so comfortable, with everything provided and thoughtfully furnished, as well as being charming and cozy….Great location too! I loved sitting on the front porch every morning with my coffee looking out onto the garden. Teri is a wonderful host, and so welcoming to me as well as to my granddaughter! And, as it turned out, her granddaughter and mine are in the same kindergarten class! This is a family property, so I really appreciated the feeling of comfort and safety. I will definitely look forward to returning and staying here again on my next visit to Asheville!

This is our third stay with Jim and Teri over the past 3 years. It looks as fresh, clean and comfortable as the first time we stayed in 2019. It's very convenient and easily walkable to Biltmore Village with it's many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This property was truly beautiful. Everything you would need has been beautifully placed in the apartment. There are steps which I knew when I booked. Owners are super and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal. We loved our stay and will be back!!
