Our family had a great time here. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and the pool area was lots of fun. Would stay here again.

10 days on the property, described accurately on VRBO, and fairly priced, with nice amenities on the property, i.e., pool, water slides, game rooms. Our 3,4 and 9 yo had plenty to keep busy with when we were not at Disney world. My only suggestion is that more toilet paper, papert towels , trash bags , starter pack of coffee, tissues, etc. We couldn't make it to the local Walmart for a couple of days and, with a family of 5, we ran out quickly. Overall experience, deserves 5 stars.

It was clean and close to Disney. We stayed for five nights and the only issue was the bathtub wouldn’t hold water, so the kids took showers. It works great for a family plus grandparents. We had a great week. The pool and slides were very close to the condo, and the kids loved it.

All was good, wish checkout was later… noon would’ve been better.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything you see here is what you get and more. The owner provided thorough instructions regarding check-in, making it a smooth process. The condo is very spacious and clean with up-to-date appliances, and is very close to the pool, other resort amenities, and several eateries and retailers. A minor issue occurred before check-out; however, it was easy to contact the manager. The owner and manager responded quickly and worked diligently to resolve the problem. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and resort and will stay again.

A great place to stay - nice amenities and convenient to Disney

This listing has everything, and more! Perfect location for our family. This listing accommodated our family perfectly, with all the amenities you could think of having/needing. Located very close the pool/water area, which was great for our little ones!

Loved our stay here. Dryer wasn't working properly and the manager was responsive and replaced it promptly. Very close to Disneyworld, we had a lot of fun using the pool on the "down" days.

I cannot ask for any better place to stay. I would love to stay again In future. Love the pool. Gaited community and close to Disney.

This condo is the perfect place to stay for a Disney/ Universal trip. We had plenty of room for our family of five. The condo was extremely clean and in excellent condition. There were plenty of bath and pool towels and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location is very close to Disney and only a short drive to Universal. It’s very close to grocery stores and restaurants as well. The owner sent detailed check in instructions and even provided some starter items like paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent and even some welcome snacks! We loved being on the ground floor, it made trips to the pool quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying someplace other than an actual hotel. It was a way better experience having a family of 7 plus an extra.

The condo and resort are well taken care of and had plenty of amenities that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The proximity to Disney World and shopping areas was a big bonus. The resorts large pool, water park, and common area were conveniently close to the condos location on the property. As well we enjoyed a great view of the water from our patio. Overall a great place to stay when visiting!

Amazing place!

The condo is beautiful, with great finishes and is very spacious. It is a quick 1 minute stroll to the clubhouse, pool and resort amenities.

This Unit was very nice. Highly recommended. The owners have thought of everything. Although we brought everything. They accommodate highchair, playpen, stroller, toddler potty. Definetly will be booking this unit again in the future.

Would definitely recommend this area to all families. Very quiet, clean and close to everything a family may need.

Everything was as expected and our stay was beyond expectations! Water park was just a short walk and Disney parks just a 10 min drive! Will definitely be staying here again for our next Disney trip. Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed the amenities included with our stay in this condo. The resort was clean and beautiful. The condo was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed for our week in Florida.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family. The condo was clean & easy to access. Just a minute walk to the fabulous pool, water slide & splash park. Our grandkids 8,6 & 3 could not get enough of. Close to Disney, restaurants, Publix & Walmart. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this property. The size, space, and amenities at this condo were perfect for our needs (parents and kids plus grandma going to theme parks). The condo is literally two minutes from the condo's pool and splash pad area, and the drive to Disney and other local theme parks is very reasonable. We took advantage of both every day of our trip. We appreciated that the condo building was extremely quiet and parking was very close to the condo. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Check in was easy. The instructions for use were clear and easy to follow.

Great location and easy access to restaurants, groceries, and gas stations. Plus, Disney properties were less than 15 minutes. My whole family enjoyed our stay!

It was very spacious and beautiful. It was a plus to be right next to the pool and splash pad for my kids. Would highly recommend and will return in the future! :)

We stayed here for a week while visiting Disney. Very convenient location. We did not have a rental car and relied solely on Lyft while we were there. The security on property was a bit difficult and gave most of the drivers a hard time trying to get in, but we just walked outside the gate to meet our driver. Not a big deal at all. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our requests. I did not get the check-in email that explained the check-in process and therefore did not realize we had to supply our own laundry detergent, toilet paper and dishwasher tabs. They give you two of each at check in, but those were gone after 2 days. When flying it is difficult to bring your own so we had to schedule a second grocery delivery when we realized this. But, if you are driving there you can easily bring your own or schedule it to be delivered.

Wonderful property! Great location! Kid and toddler friendly! Anne was a great host, very responsive! We have 4 young children and this property was perfect foe us! We had a wonderful time and we will be back!

What a pleasant experience it was to stay here! Check in was easy and smooth. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to start our week long stay. The location is a very quick walk to the pool and waterslides - which my kids loved! Another family stayed in a different unit here and when they entered our condo they said “wow! This is way nicer than our place!” We went to Disney and all parks were just a short drive away - short enough that we came back to the condo everyday for lunch and a swim/rest break before heading back to the parks. We felt very safe in the condo community and had no issues with loud neighbors. Although it is a first floor unit, we never heard anyone above us. Overall we had a great stay and cant wait to return!

We are SO happy that we booked this place for our Disney trip! It was very close to the parks and had everything we needed. I even brought a crockpot but could have saved the space as they already had one! The amenities at Windsor Hills was perfect for our 3 kids, and we enjoyed (and needed!) our day off from the parks to enjoy the resort area. When we plan our next trip to Orlando, this will be the first place we look to reserve for our stay!

This rental was fantastic. It was very clean, well appointed, great location, etc. It was everything we could have asked for. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Very near to many amenities, and less than 10 minute drive to Disney parks. Ann was a great communicator when I had questions. Directions were easy to follow for clean up. They do provide some things like dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags. We could have used 1 or 2 more trash bags, but that was my fault as I forgot to bring them. We also brought an extra roll of paper towels and some TP, which I recommend as they only provide a small amount to begin with (standard procedure). I did not expect this to be provided so we were happy about that. Condo has many amenities on site. And we either had the world’s quietist neighbors or the walls are very thick! We never heard anyone above or around us. Would 100% recommend!

The place was spotless and exactly like the pictures showed. Ann provided detailed check in and out procedures. The condo was easy to walk to the market grill, pool and arcade with the kids. It was a 15 minute drive to Disney. All around great place I would definitely stay again.
