Wonderful location just a few blocks off of Main Street and a short walk to restaurants, coffee houses, shops and the wonderful river walk area. The room is in a lodge like setting with a bed and a big sleeper couch. Trail behind the complex to walk a lift out the bag to take you to one of the peaks. Great value.

This small unit is ideally located just steps from the Snowflake lift and hiking trail. It has a bedroom, a living space/dining area with a sleeper sofa, a shower+sink room, a toilet+sink room, and a short hallway converted into a mini-kitchen. The kitchen was suitable for prepping breakfast and lunch, but dinner was a challenge since there is so little space (2 burner stove and minimal counter space). In general, the condo has very little open space, especially if the sofa was open (for example, yoga stretches were a challenge but the communal exercise room had mats and sufficient space). The unit worked well for 2 people, but would be quite cramped with three or four persons. Note that you need to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom, so everyone staying together needs to be comfortable with one another! The unit was well-maintained and it was nice to have a ground-floor ski locker. The hot tubs and sauna were also well-kept and never overcrowded. We had one issue with the key code, but Summit quickly and professionally resolved the issue - it's great to rent direct and have a real person pick up the phone when you need them!

The condo itself was a cozy, inviting space that felt like a home away from home. The amenities provided were thoughtful and catered to all our needs, from the fully equipped kitchen for our morning breakfasts to the comfortable beds that were a welcome sight after a day of adventures. The added convenience of having a dedicated parking spot and ski storage was the icing on the cake, making our stay smooth and hassle-free.

The check in process was easy and the location near the snowflake lift was ideal. Unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay. As far as room we had 2 adults and a teenager which was just right. Ski lockers on site were convenient and the mini locker space in the condo for ski clothes and gear was super nice.

The Condo was clean and well maintained. The chair lift next to the building was great and convenient. The only problem was you could not ski back to the loading spot. Had to take a bus back to the start and also my housing.

Great Property for Couple / small group - very close the lift nicely decorated with fire place, good sofa sleeper, with TV. The Sauna / Spa was not open (maintenance) every day. We would stay again - great location ski in/out.

Despite the fact that we had to call twice to get the code, the overall stay was very good, the location is great for skiers and for people that prefer to walk to restaurants. The condo was very well equipped. Maybe some improvements can be done to the power connections at the kitchen as well as the toaster.

Convenient location for skiing. Parking garage with the ski storages is a plus. Proximity to a ski lift. Couldn't ski back to the condo - closed trail, but the free shuttle stops near by. Cozy little condo!

Riverbend is a great location for the skier that likes easy access to lift and to get their vertical in! Unit was comfortable with plenty of amenities for my stay! Being just a few blocks from Main St made for some fun evenings out and about.

Perfect Location Ski/Walk to Snowflake Lift, you are right next to this lift and can see the lift chairs from the window. The Covered parking was great. All keyless entry, no need to worry "where is the key?" Space was just right for two adults. Close to downtown, you walk to town downhill and walk uphill to return to the condo.

A bit too hot in the room at times, even though we turned off the heat, but we managed it by opening the window.

Beautiful condo!
We loved staying in this condo. Very short walk to snowflake lift which takes you up to 4 o’clock run that you can ski right back down to Riverbend Lodge/snowflake lift. Or you can take a different run to the base of peak 8! We saw elk from the window in our room and loved watching it snow out the window while sitting by the fireplace. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub-we used it twice in our short stay and never saw anyone else in it. There is no oven in the kitchen which we didn’t realize at the time of booking, but the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook breakfasts, frozen pizzas (toaster oven), and warm leftovers from eating out. The garage is heated and has convenient ski lockers. My husband has been to Breck many times and said this was his favorite place to stay! The host provided more than we needed as far as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, bar soap, etc.
