Had such an incredible weekend out at the castle. Jeff is also maybe the best host ever.

The host was very helpful and available. Castle and all the decor was a hit with the kids. Lake is a short walk down the hill and he even took us out on his boat to tour the lake and anchor for some drinks and a swim. We just had to pay a captain fee for his time. We had an enjoyable Spring Break and would recommend the place.

Jeff, the owner, was amazing. The house was nice and we had a great time. We rented the boat too and that was an easy and smooth process. Overall great.

This is our 2nd time staying with Jeff, and as always it was 5 star experience, breathing views, boat, paddle boarding, floating pads , grills , potato gun was the biggest entertainment for our kids. All this been offered and we have used every single amenities . Jeff is very pleasant and hospitality oriented I am recommending Jeff's castle to everyone who want to have unforgettable life time memories!

Amazing location on the lake with an old school Austin vibe. Accommodations fit our group perfectly. There was plenty of room for our 31 foot Sea Ray at the dock. Jeff took care of us like family, if we needed something or had a question we called Jeff and bingo it was done. Thanks so much, totally enjoyed our stay.

Jeff is great. The castle has been the locale for a yearly get together for my college friends for two years now and it's got something for everyone. Plus a potato cannon.

We LOVED our stay! The home embodied the true “Keep Austin Weird” spirit, had everything we could’ve needed during our stay, easy access to the Lake, and Jeff was so responsive to my question, and Jeff checked in on our needs prior and throughout our stay. 10/10 would recommend a stay here!

Giving a 5 star rating, but a few things need to be known. The access to the water is far and steep. The pics of the water do not do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful. I kept saying I can’t believe this is Texas. Our host Jeff was awesome, friendly, accommodating for ALL our needs, anything we asked for he was there. This castle is very different with all the decor and such but really didn’t dig to much, was mostly on the water and back and top decks. The sunset is something to see. I know, I know a sunset is just a sunset, can be seen anywhere but on the top of this castle with no obstructions is magical. Thanks again Jeff we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

Jeff was a fantastic host! The views were incredible! So many activities to do on the property. If you enjoy having fun and relaxing, this is the place to be!

This place was excellent for our bachelor party group. The property seems to have been purpose-built for having fun. The view is unrivalled. The unique décor and many amenities are eclectically curated and add to the experience. The host Jeff was very laid back and extremely helpful. I could tell he really wanted us to have a good experience, and he was successful. I definitely know where to plan any future lakeside get togethers. Thanks for a great weekend!

Our Easter/Wife Birthday weekend was very relaxing with a beautiful view of Lake Travis. Jeff was a great host who gave us a tour of the property when we arrived and showed us all the annemities the house had to offer. Will definitely stay there again

The castle was an awesome property with an even more awesome host!! This house accommodated me and my group very well and made my birthday celebration super fun for me and my friends. Going to have to make this a tradition starting from here on out any book every summer! Best rental on the lake by far

This was our 4th time returning to the castle in 4 years. Jeff has been an amazing host from day 1. He is available 24/7 and always ready to lend a helping hand. He helps you check in, provides a tour and answers any questions right off the bat. The property is awesome with a great view on multiple levels and a couple of really cool hang out areas. We’re already looking into our stay for year 5 and can’t wait to come back! Can’t go wrong when booking a stay at the castle!

Jeff's place has some of the best views of Lake Travis around. The pictures don't do it justice. It's a fun and funky place and Jeff's hospitality is truly unparalleled. He was inviting and relaxed which made us feel comfortable and at ease for a super fun weekend away.

The castle was amazing!!! So many comfy places to chill and sleep. Lots of fun decor and music instruments to play with. Loved all the balconies. The bedrooms were very nice and quiet. Jeff, the property owner was very nice and easy to contact. Can't wait to come back!!

Awesome place filled with fun decor and a huge deck overlooking the lake. The space is wonderful, each room has its own feel with bits from around Austin and various eclectic items as decor. We had a small band play in the living room and it worked out perfectly. The deck is enormous, with lots of benches and chairs for hanging out looking over the lake. The owner Jeff was amazing. He promptly answered any questions we had and gave us a tour of the place when we checked in. If we had any issues we could just text or call him. It was too cold while we were there to take advantage of the large astroturf area with fire pit closer to the lake or to head out onto the water in one of the kayaks, but next time ;) Definitely recommend this for a fun time on lake Travis or just hanging out.

The property is truly unique in a great way. The home feels comfortable with a great open kitchen and living area for hanging out. Three levels of outdoor lounging space to enjoy the lake view. As well as comfortable sleeping areas and well maintained bathrooms to sustain a larger group if needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends or family.

First, I have never used Vrbo before, which made me nervous. In saying that, Jeff, the owner of the home was so kind and wonderful. The home was absolutely perfect of the occasion and the view of Lake Travis was spectacular. Absolutely no regrets and I hope to plan more long weekends at this home as long as Jeff owns it. Thank you for a memerable weekend.

The Castle had everything you want and far more. Jeff was a great host and the property is amazing and in a perfect location. The views of the lake and sunsets rival that of the Oasis. It's has everything you could possibly want for a friend or family gathering including cornhole on the deck overlooking the lake, a boat dock, and boat and jet skis for rent. I highly recommend it!

I really hope to hear back from you soon! My 50th birthday was ruined. Dog poop on the floor, non working refrigerator/stove/microwave, back door did not lock, dirty beds and the list could go on. We unpacked and “tried” to make the best of the weekend—until we had to listen to the property owner and another man screaming at each other over night where 5 out of the 8 women were refusing to stay another minute. We bought $500 worth of groceries to make a huge birthday feast and cake…..both ruined due to refrigerator not getting cold and stove not working properly to bake.

This place is quite literally a castle :) the house has more than enough accommodations for the guests. The house was very clean and there was plenty of resources (toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, etc). A special surprise was the amount of fun costume gear they had. We were there for a bachelorette party and love taking pictures and making videos so the costume gear made it extra fun. There is also a ton of board games! The kitchen is well equipped with plates, cups, bowls, cooking ware, etc. The outside decks are super private and have a wonderful view of the lake. You can’t beat those sunsets! The private dock is huge and they have floaties and lily pads so you can hang in the lake. If there is anything wrong with the house the owners are right next door and are very responsive so reach out and they’ll take care of it immediately. Overall highly recommend and would stay again!

This property is amazing, from the uniqueness of the castle to the access to the water/ and ability to rent a boat directly from the owner, everything is fantastic. I have stayed in many vrbo’s and this one is top of the list, extremely comfortable beds, strong AC, with a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for a group of people looking for a great house with breathtaking view, hoping to make some lasting memories. I can’t recommend this property enough. I will be back for sure.

We've been coming out here for a yearly get together since 2017 and still love it. Jeff is a great host and I'm sure we'll be back again next year.

This place has it all. The host is very kind and willing to help or answer questions. We didn't even leave the property at all and had a wonderful time both in the house and on the dock. We used the kayaks and paddle boards, which were very fun. The rooftop is also a great place to hang out at night. It has lights and plugs up there, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this place!
