Gorgeous stay with rolling waves soundtrack
This is a beautiful property at the end of a group of semidetached villas. It looks out onto an ocean beach with rolling waves. The view and the sound of the waves is captivating. The house is well maintained and well set up for a family with teenage and tweenage kids. The pool table was great for the rainy day that we had (in July) and there was plenty to do in town to keep our days busy when we wanted to be occupied. The TVs, wifi, coffee machine, home appliances were all excellent. Plenty of beautiful places to sit on balconies, in living rooms, by the pool, spa or on the beach itself. A really lovely property, obviously well loved.

Beautiful location to relax
This property was perfectly positioned, directly on the beach right up against the rainforest and a headland.
It had stunning views and quiet location. Enjoyed by children, dog and parents.

Great house with a few disappointments
The space is great, bathrooms lovely and kitchen equipment good. This house is showing a bit of wear and tear. Short on wine glasses for a house of this size. Internet very poor especially after 5 pm. Some jets in spa not working. The beach is not safe for swimming. Gardeners turned up unannounced.

Beautiful location and facilities
My partner and I stayed at this villa as a base to come back to after our wedding at Emerald beach. This villa was outstandingly beautiful and provided plenty of relaxing spaces and things to do. From evening drinks in the rain in the hot tub, playing pool in the games room to cooking delicious food in the kitchen with every utensil you could need. Thank you for creating a gorgeous space and providing us with wonderful memories as newlyweds.

The location is beautiful,
Loved this place we stayed 6 nights and our batteries were fully charged. Wish we could have stayed longer,spent most days in the beach front spa, if we had one negative it just lacked a little on the privacy side. And we had a large family and kids next to us for a few days.. already planing 2021

Lovely beachfront property in unique spot. Our only reservation was a lack of privacy with a very close next door neighbour. A substantial high stone wall or closely planted high bamboo screening to seperate the two properties would be a huge value add.

Amazing in Every way!
We had a truly wonderful stay at Liapari Beach House when we stayed with friends recently. The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need and more - the throw blankets on the balcony were a lovely touch (amongst many other touches). The living spaces have amazing views of the pool and beach, the rumpus room with pool table was a hit with the teenagers, and the bedrooms were lovely with extremely comfortable beds. The pool and spa area, which leads to the beach, is gorgeous - it felt like being in Bali. The house is very central, being located 10 minutes from shopping centres and restaurants in Coffs Harbour. Monique was so easy to deal with and we were so pleased we could bring our four-legged family members too. Thanks Monique - the house is warm, welcoming and just beautiful. We’ll be back!

Amazing property. Well equipped and refined, compared to other homes of the same caliber. Stunning location and all the amenities you require for a restful, luxurious stay. Monique and mike are wonderful, and nothing was an issue. Very prompt in responding to questions in a friendly professional manner. Can not recommend this property enough. Quick getaway

Wonderful Beach Side Retreat
We cant wait to return. The property was amazing - the pictures do not do the location justice. It was fantastic to be able to take our dog with us and the kids loved the spa. They did venture into the pool but were wearing wet suits! Monique was great to deal with and made the process very easy. The drive up from Sydney was very easy as the road is dual carriageway all the way.

What a fantastic 50th birthday I had with my family at Liapari. The property certainly lived up to its online listing. Not only is it situated in one of the most amazing locations, it was also immaculately clean and the manager Monique couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with, going out of her way to make our stay the absolute best it could be.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location
I find it very easy to recommend this house to others. The house is as per the listing if not better. In a quite spot on the beach, we didnt want to leave the house as it had everything, pool, beach ( though its not recommended to swim in), games room, open living, BBQ and i could go on. This house is great for a few couples or a couple of families.

What a jewel!

Beautiful house and views
We had a relaxing week at Sapphire Beach. The house had everything we needed and more than enough space for a family of four. It was easy to escape each other! Too cold for the pool but perfect for the spa which has the better views of the beach. All of Monique's coffee and food recommendations were spot on so we are up a storm too. Hopefully we get to come back in the summer.

Best of both the beach and rainforest! Picture perfect house by the beach! Lovely house that suited our getaway with extended family, comfortable pillows and beds, which is unusual when you are away from home! Loved the outdoor spa, wasn’t quite warm enough for the pool, but was tempted to jump in on many occasions!! Monique was great to deal with, very responsive on email and the phone, prior to arrival and even after check in. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful short stay at Lipari. Very sorry to leave and we will be back. The house is well maintained and the absolute highlight is enjoying the hot spa while looking out over the Solitary Islands.

We did enjoy our stay very much. It's one of the best and luxury places we've been to so far - Advertised photos live up to expectation. Location is absolutely breathtaking. Everything in the house is in good working condition. We hardly left the place during our stay.Thank you Lisa for putting all your effort in to maintenance and presentation. After spending yet another week at Liapari, now our fifth year, I just wanted to let you know why we keep coming back! We love the feeling of being wrapped within a rainforest, we love the sound of the crashing waves at night, we love our morning coffee on the sun-drenched balcony, we love the amazing beach views and spotting the dolphins, and we love the different zones that make it perfect for our growing family. With the beach and pool right there in front we could never resist a walk, run, swim or a spot of fishing. It is a truly beautiful place and you have always made us feel welcome and a valued guest. Just promise us you will never change it!

After much searching we found the perfect beach holiday. We had so much fun, the kids loved it, we loved it. We were blown away by the location, the beach was our back yard! The house was beautifully furnished with obviously a lot of care and effort in presentation and at the same time it was very child friendly. We swam, we fished, saw dolphins and had BBQ's on the beach. The kitchen had everything and much more which was a nice surprise plus it was exceptionally clean. The games room was certainly a winner with everyone. Liapari exceeded our expections in every way and we can't wait to come back. Thank you Lisa for the best holiday we have ever had.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! The location superb and the house was perfect for all of our needs. We had a week there in August for a family reunion. There were 4 couples for the week and there was plenty of room for us, whether it was having a bbq together or if we wanted to have some space, there was plenty of room for that too! The owner Lisa and her management were so lovely and extremely helpful. An incredibly memorable stay and we will be sure to be back there next year!

We spent 3 nights with friends and family which the house far exceeded all of our expectations. We had the most amazing time away, completely relaxed and never wanted to leave. My brother; 2 other couples (OBF); my husband & I stayed at this beach house for 3nts and it was awesome. It's just what we needed for a perfect getaway. Once you walk in you do not want to leave this house- you have everything you need in there. I spent the most amazing week at Liapari with my parents, partner and mother-in-law. This is true luxury accommodation with the most incredible views and relaxed ambience. Waking every morning to a beautiful sunrise, the only decision to make was what to do. Have a spa, a swim, a walk along the beach or just relax in the spacious surrounds and read a good book. My only regret is that we didn't plan a longer stay. I will definitely be returning!
