We were very pleased with all that the property offered. The condo was very nicely stocked (kitchen amenities in particular), very comfortable furnishings and the layout was lovely. There was a pool, game room and movie room that we really enjoyed. The location in Breckenridge is so nice with easy access to the center of town and a grocery store. The owner of the unit (Lee) was very helpful and available to answer any questions. We couldn’t have been happier with his place and him. Hope we can rent his place on our next visit!

While I have skied Breckenridge in the past, this was my family's first trip and it could'nt have been better. Lee's condo was just as advertised. Great location with just steps to the Quicksilver Superchair. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds. All the kitchen supplies we needed to prepare great meals. Check in was not only easy but very convenient. Condo facility has incredible pool, hot tub, steam/sauna area as well as cool game room. Last but not least, Lee the property manager was extremely helpful and provided great communication to be sure we had an excellent trip. If you are looking at condos in Breckenridge, this is the place! We will be back, thanks Lee!

Our day was fantastic. We are somewhat local in that we live in the Denver area in a town called Castle rock. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for us, as well as our friends. Location could not have been better. We simply walked around the corner and we were on the main street which is where you want to be. The owner, Lee was perfect. He went above and beyond trying to accommodate us in every way. I have saved this listing so that when we go back, we would definitely rent it again.

Lee is a very attentive and helpful host! The apartment is well stocked - particularly the kitchen. All appliances and cookware were in good condition, clean, and organized. Condo had lots of thoughtful items: drying rack, laundry bin, humidifiers, extra sheets, pantry items. Location is absolutely unbeatable for access to ski school! Building and condo access with the new app was very easy. We will stay again!

Great place to stay! A perfect fit for our skiing family of four, my husband and two sons (twenty year olds). Location was awesome, steps away from the Quicksilver high speed chair lift at the base of Peak 9 so you’re out the door and on the mountain in minutes. The owner was friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful recommending equipment rental companies (also beside the chair lift) and shuttle transportation from the airport. The condo is located right in the village so you are one block from Main Street’s restaurants and shops. There is no need for a car rental, grocery close by and walking distance to everything you need. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Set up nicely for skiers and their gear, love the cubby bins for helmets, googles etc., keeps the place less cluttered. Kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook in. Quick walk via elevator to hot tub, sauna and pool. Nice little bonus was the real fireplace with free firewood in the garage area. Ski conditions were great, fresh snow almost every morning, we loved this condo, would definitely stay here again

Quick three day trip to Breckenridge and had a great stay! The location is perfect, 100 yards to Peak 9 lift and ski rental shops, very short walk to all restaurants and shops in town. Our host, Lee communicated frequently with us including everything from great check-in instructions to restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

We had an amazing trip to Breckenridge and this location could not have been better for our family. Literally a stones throw to Peak 9's Quicksilver super chair. Lee the owner made everything easy and answered all of our questions. The unit is clean, and comes equipped with all cooking and appliance needs. The balcony has a nice view of the mountains We made the 1 block walk to Mainstreet several times to visit the great restaurants and bars. This location just rocks! We used many of the ameneties the Village has to offer including the indoor/outdoor heated pool and the fantastic outdoor hot tubs. My kids really enjoyed the game room as well. At night we took advantage of the free firewood for the wood burning fireplace. My wife and I along with her parents and our two kids had plenty of space an no shortage of things today even in blizzard conditions that kept us off the slopes much of one day. Highly recommend this property, just don't pick the same week we book next time!

Stayed for 3 nights to ski Breckenridge with my two kids - 21 & 17. This location is fabulous! It was great to be able to get on out early and walk just minutes to the Quicksilver lift & be able to come back and take a mid day break. The condo was very clean, check-in & parking instructions were very clear & appreciated. Walkable to other restaurants & shoppping. We really enjoyed our stay - we will be back some day!

My family of 4 stayed here for our ski trip in Jan 2024. We have stayed in at least 15 places in Breck over the years and this was our favorite. - We absolutely loved the common areas and used that game / hot tub space every night. - can’t beat the location. We started and ended at Peak 9 every day and never worried about walking very far in our ski boots. - we rented from Breck Sports Village and left our skis there overnight, so smooth and convenient! - the condo was well appointed and had everything we needed from cooking to bathing. The boot dryer/heater was a welcomed bonus. - I was very impressed by how clean all of the dishes were, that is a big indicator to me on quality of maintenance. The coffee maker too!

Amazing location!

This condo was very roomy for 2 families! It was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of bedding for the pull out couch as well. Storage for skis and outer clothing was great! We rented skis from Christy Sports so they stored those for us, but boots, poles, jackets, pants- there was plenty of storage to dry. There is also a boot dryer which was nice. Location is just steps from Quicksilver lift (possibly the closest building to the lift.). We were also just steps from downtown. Great place to stay! We would definitely visit again!

The condo was the perfect setting for our family’s holiday vacation. The open floor plan with kitchen and living room is great for gathering the family after a long day on the slopes. The condo is great and well organized/well equipped and the place has a warm and cozy touch!

Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. The condo was so clean and comfortable. The host was the best communicator and provided all the things needed for a family first vacation at Breck! The condo couldn’t be any closer to quicksilver lift and the town was footsteps away. We can’t wait to come back next winter!

Location was great...right next to Quicksilver lift. Property was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy a week of Thanksgiving bliss. The owner was proactive in reaching out to us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was responsive, courteous, and provided information on everything we could possibly need for our stay. I can't say enough good things about this property and especially the owner. Will definitely be booking this property again.

Loved the hiking, biking, shopping and eating in Breckenridge. This recently renovated condo is in the heart of it all. Kitchen was fabulous and spacious for the whole family. Owner was great with communications to help get us checked in and out smoothly.

The condo had everything we needed and is in a very convenient location. It was a great place to relax after busy days in Breckenridge for a wedding.

We were very pleased with this property! It was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. It was very close to everything we wanted to walk to, and the communication with the owner was stellar. We would absolutely go to this property again.

Condo was very clean. Need to be patient for hot water in bathrooms. Was nice to have extra bed pillows but there was not additional pillow cases. Kitchen had all amenities you’d need. Additional dish towels would be nice along with dish cloths which were not provided. Property owner was extremely easy to work with. Would recommend this unit without reservation

This Condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable! The condo has a great layout, and view of mountains. We appreciated the short walk to the game room, pool, and hot tubs. It was an easy walk to get downtown, Maggie's Pond, and the hiking area. We enjoyed everything about this trip to Breck. We plan to book with adult kids/grandkids in the future, the amenities available here are very kid friendly. The owner/operator Lee was very informative, and checked in with us a couple times to make sure all was good after we arrived. 10/10 recommend! :)

Property owner was exceptionally communicative and but for the app that couldn’t be loaded prior to arriving in Breckenridge it was a smooth process. Would stay again.

We spent the weekend in Breckenridge with friends and had a blast. Condo was perfect for our needs and the location made it easy to walk around and enjoy restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

If I could give each category 6 out of 5 stars, I would! Lee was very thorough with instructions and attentive to every possible issue or need. Next time we head to Breck, we will cross every finger and toe that this property is available!

Lee is a fantastic host making sure you have everything you need and the condo is perfectly set up for a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, but you don't have to use it due to the great location near restaurants and amenities. Having access to all the amenities at the village is also helpful. You won't regret staying at this great place. Our family always stays at VRBO places and this one is one of the best!

My family (wife and 2 boys) had a great time! The facility, parking, location was just what we were looking for, perfect spot for a family looking to escape the Midwest heat. Thanks for everything

My family and I had an amazing time recently in Breckenridge. This property was perfectly located for us to enjoy all meals, ice cream, shopping, accessibility to Carter Park where my husband competed in the Firecracker 50 bike race, and even had the opportunity to catch an art festival that set up literally right outside the building. Our three teenagers loved the game room and swimming pool every evening too. Lee was excellent with communication too. We would definitely stay here again.
