While the home was not quite ready for summer, with a few tweaks we were living comfortably. Gorgeous week of perfect weather and stunning views. Lots of room and very well appointed. 50' out the back to the water. 1000' to beaches.

It was a wonderful experience with the family at Lake House. The view was awesome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property on Glidden drive. There was room for all of us to be together, as well a rooms to have time alone. The view from the house was spectacular, as the waves were crashing in on the rocks. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. Overall our best vacation as a family in Door County

My family came together at this lake house to celebrate two milestone birthdays, a milestone wedding anniversary, an elopement, and the first time we'd all been together in many years! The house was the perfect setting for our trip - lots of spaces for gathering & spending time together and plenty of room for alone time, when needed. We could have happily stayed at the house enjoying the lake view (we were lucky with some very calm days and some days with beautiful waves) but the house was also perfectly situated to get out and explore Door County. There were a few instances of handymen/gardeners dropping in that we didn't receive any warning about but it hardly disturbed us or our plans. We'd definitely go back again!

This is a lovely home. The rooms are spacious and perfect for our needs. The location on the lake is idyllic and made for peaceful evenings by the bonfire. Kris is a wonderful host who was immediately available to address any (minor) concerns.

The location and lake views are fantastic.

The house is beautiful. Beautiful kitchen to cook in, lots of storage for food and good assortment of spices. No ice maker! The beds were comfortable. Not enough washcloths for all of us. The gas grill was FILTHY, but after cleaning was fine. The directions for garbage pickup are ambiguous/contradictory/wrong? but we managed, I guess. (Left everything in the garage) There are some steps to living room and bedroom and patio areas without railings. The house was clean and comfortable and th view of the water was unbelievable! Would definitely return - one of the BEST things (and reason we rented in the first place) was the four KING beds. With 4 couples (us and our 3 daughters /husbands) it is very hard to find that. Queen beds don't work! Would definitely return here if we get the chance. Jane

Beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline property. Lots of room for 10 people. Patio and areas on the water are fabulous.

Nice stay. Beautiful property! The lake water was extremely cold while we were there, so not much swimming. Would stay again. Great place for 3-4 couples to stay.

Loved the house, the place.... I would make a few adjustments to the checkout process.

Arrangement was not quite what was pictured in the photographs. Plenty of room for everyone ,large enough refrigerator for all meals to be home cooked. Lots of extras. Had a large enough water heater we could run the dishwasher, washing machine and take showers all at the same time.

A beautiful setting and home minus the ants in kitchen and no A/C working for 3 of the 5 nights stay. The listing boasted about a “private swimming cove.” Yes, there is a cove but it didn’t mention it’s very difficult & no safe way to access the cove. Disappointed in the customer service from Owner. I believe a credit of some kind should have been offered for the 3 nights of warm, uncomfortable temps. Inside the house. No one followed up with us to make sure A/C was working and if we were satisfied. This is an expensive home to rent and should be enjoyable each day.

We chose this property after our trip to Ireland was cancelled due to covid-19. The house was big and allowed everyone to spread out and have their own space. We cooked half of our meals in the big kitchen at the house and the others we ate out. There were plenty of restaurants that had outdoor seating and social distancing. There are many state and county parks to hike and do outdoor activities. While not Ireland, our vacation was very enjoyable.

Great property with wonderful lake views plenty of space for the couples that came. Clean and well thought out. Property manager was responsive and handled a call in off hours to help with check in which was appreciated. Thank you for a great weekend and making my wife’s birthday special. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house-enormous, yet warm and comfortable all at once. Beautiful location, tucked away but not completely solitary. Will stay again!

Perfect place for 4 couples to relax, take in the beauty and to connect! Excellent accommodations.

Seven of us enjoyed three wonderful days at this beautiful and very private lake home following a Packer Game. The views and sounds of the lake were spectacular, and the house was very spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped. To top off our stay we had a fabulous dinner just 5 minutes away at the Glidden Lodge - amazing prime rib! Overall this is a great place to stay in Door County!

Four couples stayed here over a long weekend. It's perfect for such a trip. Each bedroom has a king bed, so you don't need to worry about which couple gets what room. The patio on the lake is magnificent. We spent each evening with a fire and each morning looking at the sunrise. We will be back!

The sunrises were spectacular. The patio was perfect to watch the waves and the boats. The open concept of the house is very nice, it keeps everyone together. Plenty of room for parking also. Would stay there again!

Excellent property right on the lake. Tons of space. Lots of firewood. Had fun kayaking and biking.
