I booked this house two months before the dates only to be contacted by the property manager t 9 pm the night before my check in date. The audacity of rhe owner to say what's the issue I'm not in Havasu yet and it's just a change of address. This is no way to host a house. Plus you can't use their garage which makes it harder to store belongings during the stay. Do NOT TRUST THIS HOUSE AND OWNER. when this all went down the owner wouldn't even talk to me. She texted me staring she was still working which I guess was more important than helping their guest who paid in full and was supposed to check in the following day. Don't waste your time.

We stayed back in 2018 and enjoyed the property - the dual master layout makes it nice for 2 families. This time there were some signs of wear (a dining room chair covered in paint?, red stain on the bedroom carpet, the oven didn't work, and the grill was not cleaned), but overall a nice stay. I did try to contact the property owner/manager for two weeks prior to our stay, but was not able to.

Beautiful house, great beds and very clean! Outside pool area fantastic!! Would definitely stay here agin plenty of room for four couples!! We loved it!!

Lovely place just like the site stated. Yes I would book next year. Nosey neighbors but friendly. Only complaint was I had to buy pots to cook. They were supplied but scratched. Yes I would recommend renting.

Very nice house, beautifully decorated and gorgeous waterfall pool. Was not happy we couldn’t access the garage - it did not state this in the description and is usually included in home rentals unless stated. Also it was a very frustrating we couldn’t park in the RV driveway, especially with no garage access - it is shown in the photos and we have a long ski trailer so something that We look for specifically . This was also not stated in the listing so a bit misleading. After booking - an email was sent referring to this driveway as the neighbors and that if used there will be a $500 penalty - it is not the neighbors, it belongs to the same address so we had to shuffle cars around to fit. Overall the house was beautiful and great to stay in. Very very pretty and well equipped for cooking and entertaining.

It was a small group for my 30th birthday. Overall the experience was great, but there were some concerns. The home is beautiful and has many premium appliances. With those appliances I hope they would all work for our use, unfortunately that was not the case. The built in oven did not work properly, the ceiling fan in the living room failed to turn on, and the outdoor kitchen grill was non operable (to their credit there was another grill for our use). I would definitely book this home again, just hope these issues are taken care of.

The house is nice and if anything overdecorated for a rental property, which is fine but it was almost like living in a house of glass. The first and second night we were not in the house much as we ate out on Thursday night and Friday night I had brought a crock pot to cook in. The third night was a disaster though. The oven did not work (it would not heat up), the grill did not work (the only thing that would light was the rotisserie). When reporting these things to the PM that was noted in the email there was no response. The refrigerator took more than 2 days to cool anything down even after the items placed in the fridge were cold from being in the cooler they would not stay cold. Overall the house and pool were nice but the accommodations themselves were not good. I would have at least liked a response to ANYTHING I reported.
