Nothing not to dislike

It was such a welcoming and relaxed stay. Nothing was too much trouble before, or during our stay. We loved the guest lounge where we could chill our beer and wine and enjoyed the lovely home made cakes provided with a mug of tea! The breakfasts I had were the best I have ever eaten. The sweetcorn hash, halloumi, avocado and egg was delicious and the salsa was so tasty I asked for a little extra!! 😉 If you stay on a Friday in the summer bring drinks and then order one of their pizzas and enjoy in the garden.

Lovely little B and B. Perfect location and a lovely breakfast. Room was very comfortable and clean. Was a great stay.

Great hosts. Delicious breakfasts. Hot tub a lovely added bonus. B&B ideally located to explore the Norfolk Broads and Norfolk.

This is a fabulous hostelry. Welcoming, friendly, comfortable, warm and well equipped. The extra reading room was a bonus with fresh cakes, fresh milk, sweets and microwave. Amazing. Excellent position with pub across the road. Jamie was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast that left nothing wanting.

We are older and it is more difficult to see a small TV. A larger TV would be better.

Everything, from start to finish. A warm welcome, spacious, clean and bright room, residents reading area with a fridge and fresh milk and homemade cakes. Breakfast was superb and freshly cooked to order.

Ye Olde Saddlery is a very welcoming and well equipped B&B. A lot of thought has been given to making your stay comfortable and the little things e.g. afternoon cake, fresh milk for tea in your room really are appreciated. I would say the breakfast in terms of quality and choice is among the best I've had in recent years. The White Horse pub opposite is very convenient too.

The breakfast menu was so inspired and delicious. Lovely sitting room with fresh milk, cakes provided and a range of books etc. A perfect location in delightful village near the river with shop/pub.

The beams in the bedroom were low so we had to mind our heads. Unfortunately it goes with having a quaint old property so we are not complaining!

nothing dried at all in the bathroom. the towels after one shower were wet and didn’t dry, so it was impossible to dry swimming costumes after using the hot tub, or the towel. The bathroom didn’t have a shaver socket.

We are glad that we chose to stay here, a much quiet place to stay rather than in Wroxham/Hoverton. Yet it is convenient to visit the Broad or beaches in the region. Mary contacted us immediately after our booking, gave us good suggestion for attractions and dining places. Thanks to her and we really had a wonderful trip. The room is tidy and clean. There is a common sitting area, with refrigerator/ microwave. There are complimentary cakes and fresh bottles of milk served too. That's exactly what we needed upon check-in after a long drive from London. The breakfast is good and delicious. Thanks for the special arrangement to let us have breakfast at earlier time too. Everything is just wonderful ! Highly recommended !

The breakfast, hospitality, atmosphere everything was perfect.

There was not one tiny little thing I could pick fault with. I’m an extremely fussy person and would normally find something not quite to my liking and I didn’t. I wouldn’t normally choose a 3* (and I’m not a snob) but I judged it on previous ratings e.g. 9.5, 9.7, and it was certainly entitled to these scores.

Absolutely superb B&B - the perfect set up for our group of 3 couples. The breakfasts were amazing with plenty of choice and quantity. The rooms were immaculately clean with comfortable beds. We loved the thoughtful finishing touches, especially the luxury bath products and cakes. The hot tub was secluded and well-kept with robes and slippers provided. The hosts and staff were lovely; helpful, friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Good location to explore the area and with a pub just across the road! We'd all definitely stay again!
